Petr (8/5): Very good - The place is clean and nice. It's not far from Tiburtina train station so you can get there on foot. There is a small fridge with free bottles of water in your room. You can as well use coffee machine for free. There is AC, but I didn't turn it on, so I can't tell whether it works or not. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony. The owner lives in the flat and you are not allowed to use the kitchen facilities (except the coffee machine). I got this information only a few hours before my arrival. So it was a bit of disappointment for me. The Via Tiburtina is a pretty busy road and there is a bar just below your balcony, so you might consider usinf earplugs. However, I don't need them at all. I had only one bad experience, which was caused by another guest who came back drunk with his group at 2 a.m.
