I was stranded in Almeria, my plane having been diverted there during a storm. The family members I was due to meet in Malaga had been diverted to Madrid. I booked the apartment close to midnight, in a storm which meant very few taxis. I informed the owners of my situation and they picked me up and delivered me to the apartment and ensured I had something to eat. They went above and beyond anyone’s expectations. The property was perfect, in a beautiful location on a golf resort and such value for money. I wish I’d had chance to spend longer there! Nothing at all - in my circumstances it was perfect.
