• Evgeny (10/5): - Проживанием остался очень доволен. Отель расположен в самом центре города, при этом на территории царит атмосфера тишины и спокойствия — настоящий оазис посреди шумного Каира. До всех ключевых мест можно дойти пешком буквально за 5–10 минут. Комната хорошая, чистая, с очень удобной кроватью. Персонал невероятно отзывчивый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь. Также хочу отметить прекрасные, сытные завтраки. Огромное спасибо команде отеля за гостеприимство!

Mr Badr and Mr Mostafa were so welcoming and they did their best to make us comfortable. We requested a late check out after our interview and they agreed for free. Location was perfect. Lastly, breakfast was good and pure egyptian. Thank you all

They gave me a nice room with three beds. The restaurant gave a very great burger. There was not really any view from the balcony – only on the other building.

Отдельная благодарность команде поваров, которые готовили вкусные, полезные и свежие завтраки. Обед который я заказала, уставшая и голодная после пирамид, был необычайно вкусный, полезный и из свежих продуктов. Цена за обед, очень доступная. Район тихий, спокойный с зеленью и птичками, в пешой доступности к набережной, центру и автостанции. Это мой лучший выбор! Я чувствовала себя , как дома. Всем рекомендую отель!! • yiqing (10/5): Solo female friendly :) - Really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were super friendly, polite, and respectful, which made everything feel comfortable. The laundry service was amazing, quick and high quality. I also loved how flexible they were with check-in and check-out times, it made things so much easier. The service in general really stood out. One of the beds made my skin feel a bit itchy, although the other one was totally fine. The elevator was also a little scary at first, but you get used to it.

• Ibrahim (10/5): Thank you, - They were very attentive, helpful, and understanding, the best hotel I have stayed in Garden City. The Reception Manger Mostafa, Mohamed, and Amr are the most helpful considerate and quick to correct anything regarding your stay there (from my experience). If there was any mistakes even later on the same day the issue will be resolved to your satisfaction. The building is located right next to a Bank, The National Bank of Egypt. There is a closely guarded area that is guarded with Special Egyptian Police Security Forces Units, not far from there. One of the best places ever to visit if you want to try it for yourself even once based my personal experience. Thank you, P.S. In the rooms there is a way to make sure that you didn't have any one enter while you were for example asleep, which very neat. The door on the inside has a turning lock, there is an extra quarter like turn that only you can do from the inside so that you are certain no else has entered here. I like everything about this hotel.
• Yumi (8/5): Hotel bem localizado! - Equipe atenciosa, e nos prepararam um café da manhã para levar, já que iriamos partir antes do horário do café da manhã! Boas instalações no quarto e banheiro. A rua era silenciosa e a localização foi estratégica para conhecer Zamalek, o bairro copta e o centro do Cairo. A única questão com o hotel, foi que quando chegamos não tinha papel higiênico, e tivemos que pedir na recepção. Além disso, acredito que por ser um prédio antigo, o encanamento seja um pouco antigo também, então quando deitamos para dormir, ficávamos escutando um apito vindo do uso de pia / chuveiro de algum outro quarto ou andar.

• fatih (9/5): Paradan daha kıymetli şeyler olduğunu gösterdiler. - Mısır'a seyahat ederken herkes dikkat ol diye beni uyarıyordu. Konaklamam sırasında sizi bir üst odaya ücretsiz upgrade ettik dediler. Ama kart ekstreme baktığımda ödediğim ücretten fazla ödeme alınmıştı. Bunu fark ettiğimde durumun upgrade işleminden kaynaklı olduğunu düşündüğüm için otel yönetimine bir şey belirtmemiştim. Otelden ayrılmadan önce benimle iletişime geçip bir hata yaptıklarını fazla ödediğim ücreti geri verdiler. Paradan daha kıymetli olan şeyler olduğunu gösterdikleri için ekibe çok teşekkür ederim. Otel sessiz ama merkezi yerde. Biraz daha temiz olabilirdi.

Очень удобно, что в номере холодильник и электрический чайник. Очень тихо. В центре Каира и при этом никакого шума с улицы. Очень доброжелательный персонал. Организовали экскурсию на пирамиды и в GEM. Завтраки с горячими блюдами и свежевыжатым апельсиновым соком. Мелочи, не снижающие оценку, есть, но по соотношению цена/ качество без них нельзя)

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance because the hotel name was different, so we weren’t sure at first. Not knowing that it was on the third floor also made arrival a little confusing. The pillows and sheets could have been cleaner.

La habitación que nos tocó era amplia, con dos camas individuales bastante grandes. El personal del hotel muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cerca hay un restaurante libanés fantástico El desayuno es mejorable. La ducha rebosa por el suelo
