- Katerina (5/5): Very so so - Apartment is located in compound with swimming pools and access to the beach. The sea water was clean, beach was sandy with all necessary amenities. Room had a nice balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools. The apartment was cozy. Every room had an AC. The apartment was extremely dusty and not clean. The beds were not done. The bedsheets were with spots and not clean at all, not ironed, not normally prepared. The shower was broken (had to mend it), the toilet had unpleasant smell. The compound in general was overcrowded and extremely noisy. Water in the swimming pools was far from being pleasant.

- Haithamezz (1/5): Be careful it's a scam, If there is a scroe below 1 it will give it to them without hesitatation. - I can't find anything good in this place. It's a scam. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. There were several significant issues that made our experience highly unpleasant: 1. **Incorrect Contact Information:** The telephone number listed on the property's website was incorrect, making it impossible to contact anyone directly. This is unacceptable, especially in case of emergencies. The only way to reach out was via email, which is not a suitable method for urgent matters. 2. **Misleading Directions:** The directions provided on the map were inaccurate, causing unnecessary delays and confusion upon our arrival. 3. **Booking Inaccuracy:** I specifically booked a sea view apartment, but upon arrival, I was given a unit with only a side view of the sea. This was a clear misrepresentation of what was advertised. 4. **Non-Functional Equipment:** None of the equipment in the apartment was working, which greatly impacted our comfort. Despite requesting a change of apartment, we were informed that no other units were available. 5. **Poor Cleanliness:** The apartment was filthy upon our arrival. We requested a thorough cleaning, but unfortunately, the place remained dirty even after they supposedly re-cleaned it. 6. **Lack of Response to Complaints:** We raised multiple concerns about the non-functional equipment and the overall condition of the apartment, but no action was taken to address these issues. 7. **Unhygienic Conditions:** The bed sheets provided were smelly and clearly had not been cleaned properly. 8. **Water Supply Issues:** The water supply was unreliable, further adding to our discomfort. Due to the numerous unresolved issues and the lack of any effective response from the management, I had to cut my vacation short, reducing my stay from four nights to just two. Lastly, I would urge potential guests not to trust the pictures on the website, as they do not reflect the actual condition of the property.

- Muhammad (8/5): - The property was specious, and swimming pools are in front of the units. Cozy and furniture was good. Services available all around. Night activities are good. Availability of transportation, if you don't have a car, it's a bit difficult.
