• Manzoor (4/5): Disappointing stay- lack of sink made even basic tasks inconvenient. - The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, especially being close to the airport. However, unlike other stays in Denpasar, there was no offer to assist with luggage. While we didn’t mind carrying our bags ourselves, a more proactive approach would have been appreciated. The room should have been much cleaner. There were multiple stains and hair on the bedsheets, and the duvet and pillowcases didn’t seem properly cleaned, which was quite off-putting. I was also surprised there was no sink in either the bathroom or the room, making basic tasks inconvenient. How are you supposed to brush your teeth or wash your face here - no mirror in the bathroom either. The shower drainage was poor as well—it flooded easily and water spread across the bathroom floor. Overall, not the best experience.

• Chloe (8/5): Good for early morning flight and basic amenities. - Clean, basic facilities and good location for early morning flight, but otherwise not a good location if exploring Bali. Very loud street noise, and location wasn’t the nicest to walk around.

• Tristan (5/5): Great for a few hours prior to departing Bali. Has a shower and all the things required but I couldn’t get over the smel - Close to airport. The rooms were decent but there was a horrible smell. There was a very unpleasant smell - mould, damp and it was so strong it felt like it was making me sick.

• Lily (5/5): Okay - The place was very clean and well equipped. It’s a very small space and feels very crammed in. There’s no sink in the toilet so had to use the shower to brush my teeth and then the floor was soaking wet. During the night there was a plastic banging notice coming from outside the toilet which was very annoying.

• Jade (5/5): Ok pour une nuit de passage. - La chambre est très jolie. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été décevante sur le plan de la propreté. Les draps étaient tachés et ne semblaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Le sol de la chambre était encore mouillé, ce qui donnait une impression de ménage inachevé. Il y avait également beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre, et l’absence de lavabo dans la salle de bain était peu pratique.

• Felicity (7/5): Good for a quick stop over - Clean, comfortable and well styled. It had everything we needed for a 1 night stop over. The property felt safe and secure. 24 hour reception staff were friendly and helpful. No sink the bathroom was a little bit strange, but otherwise no issues.

• Caroline (1/5): Terrible - still waiting for a refund. 36 hours later - Nothing - was in such a terrible state we were unable to stay in the accommodation. Bathroom was dirty and bed sheets like wise. All stained. Musk/damp smell in the room. Ended up having to book else where

• Vedran (7/5): Small but great value and proximity to airport! - The room is very close to the airport, great value for money Very small, and the bathroom is not fully functional. No sink or mirror!

• Isabela (7/5): Use the room to sleep but no need to stay. Go explore. - Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Location can be quite easy to miss. High AC/closed room smell. There are no images of the toilet because it’s a wet toilet. If you are not used to this, this in itself is an experience. Food was provided for morning, but it is indo food-was sweet pancakes, boiled eggs, rip off Nutella. Not my vibe. Would I stay again? Probably not.

En la planta 3, hay una pequeña sala donde puedes cocinarte tu propia comida La habitación tenía trozos de comida, seguramente de los huéspedes anteriores y por tanto estaba la habitación llena de hormigas incluso en el lateral y debajo del colchón también. Le pedimos al chico de recepción que por favor nos la limpiara y encantado nos dijo que ahora nos la limpiaba. Y cuando volvimos al hotel, el chico nos dijo que ya la había limpiado pero… la realidad no fue así. Seguíamos teniendo los mismos trozos de comida en la habitación y por supuesto seguía lleno de hormigas. Tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros y poner anti mosquitos que que era lo único que teníamos.

• Steve (6/5): For women or men who don't shave. - Central location, close to airport and busy business centre. The only thing that would be a great improvement would be a small sink (wasterfel) with a mirror positioned above it. This would allow men to wet shave in the ensuite. The towels and linen are showing signs of age, off white grey in colour.

• Steve (8/5): Everything you need ... if you're a beardless woman. - The bed was firm and comfortable with many pillows provided. Work table and chair. Various lighting options. Electronic entry system with a manual locking override. The Shower has to be experienced ... hot and powerful, beware. No mirror over the sink in the bathroom, difficult for a person to shave without one. The bed cover had black marks, making it look uncleaned.

• Yuanita (8/5): Good stay - The location is good. Plenty of plugs to charge our gadgets. The AC, TV, hot shower work well. The water dispenser outside the room is useful. The overall place is clean. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathroom lacks a washbasin, so washing hands and brushing teeth causes the bathroom floor to get wet. The bedsheet and pillowcase could be better, as the ones we received had stains here and there. Noise from people talking on the phone, carrying luggage on the stairs, as well as sounds from the military base and the mosque, could also be heard, but it was still manageable.

Plus, the mixed power outlets were a major plus for charging our devices without any fuss. The bathroom could've been cleaner. We noticed some grime in the corners. Also, there wasn't a sink in the bathroom, which was a bit odd

I wanted the camera recordings. The camera system, which is always working, was turned off that day and they did not provide the camera records, so I will apply to the police and the embassy. Definitely do not go to this hotel. If anyone wants, I can also send you WhatsApp messages to the hotel. There is nothing positive about the hotel. Even though I took my money out of the hotel, my money was lost and I am sure it was stolen there. I wanted the camera recordings. • Chaymae (1/5): I wanted to write more but i think it s just a waste of time. - Nothing The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guy is the worst and indifferent..the room was the worst part, no windows at all and a stinky smell of musty towels.Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. The noises of machines non stop like if you are staying at factory.

Seemed like there was some issue with my booking but they didn’t speak enough English to explain, which made check in take a long time but they ended up sorting it out. No windows No sink in bathroom ???? Had to brush your teeth and spit toothpaste onto the floor in shower. Wash hands with shower. Was TINY. Lots of stairs with no lift. Annoying for large bags. Very hard bed. It was clean but wouldn’t recommend.

• Raymond (2/5): Disappointed - A better reception interaction. Left waiting for someone to come to the desk for a long time before leaving and renting a room a different hotel. Everything about the place including locating it from the front. Need a sign to say where the actual place is.

• Sarah (8/5): Good value, but very basic! - Good value for money if you just want luggage storage or a short stay as a basic base in Bali. There is no sink! In the rooms the shower is in the toilet and there is no separate sink, which is just weird and not mentioned in the description on Booking.com. There was also a loud buzzing, vacuum cleaner noise constantly in the hotel lobby area, which can be heard all day and night from the 1st floor rooms. The location is very near to the airport, but the traffic on the road in front is terrible at all times and many Grab taxis will refuse to pick you up due to traffic.

• Mia (5/5): Passable - decent price and location the bed was rock solid, there’s no room at the end of the bed between the wall to manoeuvre across the room, you have to stand and walk over the bed to get to the bathroom. the bathroom doesn’t even have a sink and the shower pressure was bad. Our room was on the fourth floor too with no lift and extremely steep stairs. also rooms very close to each other and there’s lots of noise.

• Kwan (7/5): Good value 👍 - The place is so nice and new! Good value for couples to stay for the Budget ! Like they have a common area and kitchen ! Also got a water machine that's a plus! Close to a big supermarket and airport! Be aware It doesn't have a lift but the staff will help you! The kitchen has a microwave but other stuff doesn't have much so you can't really cook much... The bathroom doesn't have a sink so when you want to brush your teeth or wash your hands it will get a bit wet....
