Според мен можеше да бъде предварително, защото първата вечер беше некомфортно. Напускането беше в 11.30 ч. Точно под прозореца има автосервиз, а срещу сградата хотел, които създават шум. Вярно е, че беше споменато в условията, но няма да препоръчам това място.
• Maya (10/5): - The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped with brand new furniture and amenities. The building is also new and quiet. The location is great - close to metro station and bus stop. The host is very kind and responsive.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The location is convenient for getting around, yet pleasantly quiet. The host was genuinely kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to other travellers.
• KHASAN (1/5): УЖАСНО!!! HORRIBLY BAD! - НИЧЕГО ХОРОШЕГО СКАЗАТЬ НЕЛЬЗЯ! HORRIBLY BAD! They can unilaterally deny you check-in! Your money will not be refunded! Lack of professionalism! Lack of customer focus! Snobbery from the owners! The phone number to which the client's ID should be sent is forwarded to the owner's wife! She is unable to explain to the taxi driver how to get to the hotel! Google Maps indicates a different location than the address listed on the BOOKING.COM website. And even if you arrive at the hotel and the taxi driver verifies the address using indirect landmarks, the owner's wife who answers the phone can't help because she is incapable of doing so! The hotel does not list the name of the property as BOOKING.COM anywhere on the property! Only the name of the company that owns the property is listed! When we pointed these issues out to the receptionist, the hotel owner, Mr. Mehmet, called and rudely and categorically demanded that the taxi driver and the client who had paid for the hotel stop calling his wife and cancel the reservation at the client's expense! Money was lost, time was wasted, and trust in BOOKING.COM was lost. УЖАСНО ПЛОХО! В одностороннем порядке могут отказать в заселении! Деньги не вернутся! Отсутствие профессионализма! Отсутствие клиентоориентированности! Снобизм хозяев! Телефон на который надо отправить ID клиента переадресован на номер телефона жены Хозяина! Она не способна объяснить водителю такси как проехать к отелю! GOOGLE MAPS указывает иную точку по адресу указанному на сайте BOOKING COM. И даже если вы подъехали к отелю и водитель такси уточняет по косвенным ориентирам адрес, жена Хозяина, которая отвечает на телефон не может помочь, потому что не способна это сделать! На отеле нигде не указано название объекта прописанное BOOKING COM! На объекте указано только название компании владельца объекта! В итоге в заселении было отказано! Потеряны деньги! Потеряно доверие к Букинг.сом!

• Mehmet (10/5): Exceptional - A perfectly made , 1 bedroom flat in a brand new building. I was there for family visit. Very convenient and easy to find location. Just opposite is a bus station with perfect connections into the city centre. The famous Business Park is a 10 minute walk. The kitchen is very well equipped . Spotless clean. Free parking is a big plus. For me the location was the deciding factor for this nice flat. All was fine.

I also suspect personal data abuse. - Free parking option In the property description it clearly says “heating” is in place. The truth is that there was no heating in the apartment at all. I guess that there would be no “cooling” option during the summer days as well as in the apartment there’s no AC or whatsoever. The apartment is located right next to a very busy street and a car wash which means that there’s a lot of noise all the time. Last but not least, host is hard to reach directly through a phone call or whatsoever. Only text messages which is not okay.

• Daniel (8/5): Very good - The interior design is lovely. The apartment is warm and clean. There are two bus lines near the building. They leave every 15 minutes or so to the center of Sofia and to the metro from which connection to the airport is fast. The owner assumes every guest is arriving by car and that every guest uses gps maps to reach the building so she intentionally gives the wrong address as there is confusion on google maps which shows the building as being located at # 479 when in fact the building's correct address is #488A and #488B (the apartment is at B block). I am familiar with the discrepancies in addresses in Sofia because I visited many times so I used common sense and found it relatively easily. Adding to the confusion the project goes by two names (homes.eu and also allegra apartments) and the former is more visible from the street than the latter (especially at night) so those arriving by public transport should know the building is around 200 meters from Lidl supermarket on the same side of the road and is also directly opposite where end station of bus #76 and bus #213. The apartment is like a showroom apartment. It looks great but is lacking functionality, ie the bed mattress is soft and uncomfortable so I slept on the sofa bed and there is no drying rack for clothes. The bed linen is not beautiful and not particularly comfortable and does not fit in with the overall design.

• Jorge (8/5): Nice brand new apartment in Sofia - It's completely new, nice decorated with modern style. It's a nice place that just needs some little improvements to be great in the future. The building is very recent and even some sections under construction apparently so a lot of dust in the common areas, we had some noise the last morning. No coffee machine, we missed some more kitchen tools to use the oven if we wanted to, the shower has no place to put any soap, the bed has no side tables to leave the phone or lights to turn it off from the bed, in general is very new, and it still needs some improvements to do it more comfortable, but nothing serious.
