• Guest (9/5): Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen, es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gab keine Utensilien zum spülen, außer einem alten Schwamm. Aber das ist stöhnen auf hohem Niveau.

• Patri (7/5): Coqueto apartamento muy cerca del Vaticano y de muchos restaurantes - La anfitriona es encantadora, muy, muy amable. La ubicación está muy bien y las instalaciones son nuevas. El aire acondicionado es bueno El apartamento está en el portal y da a un patio interior lleno de tuberías y aires acondicionado. Supongo que tuvimos mala suerte pero esos días olía bastante a tubería y era desagradable.
• Martina (9/5): Consigliatissimo. Proprietaria disponibile. - Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla metro Ottaviano e di fronte alla fermata del bus n.32 che passa dallo stadio olimpico. Bella zona per la presenza di luoghi dove poter mangiare bene. Appartamento confortevole in tutto. Accesso all’appartamento facile e veloce. Letto pressoché comodo. In linea generale tutto fatto trovare all’ospite quanto meno una bottiglia d’acqua all’arrivo, date le alte temperature, uno scottex in cucina, una tovaglietta per le mani e per le stoviglie nel caso di utilizzo.

• Michal (8/5): Very good - Very good location, comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom. On the other hand, it was half below the ground, and you thereofore feel a bit higher humidity inside.
• Evangelos (8/5): Cozy, comfortable, and convenient - The location is ideal, metro, bus, restaurants shops, everything you need is 2 minutes walk. The neighborhood is nice, spacious, and feels safe in the night. The restaurants are better and cheaper than in the center of Rome. The apartment is recently renovated, and all furnishings are of good quality and in perfect condition. The washing machine is a very useful addition, and one single washing liquid capsule is offered for free, which can be very helpful, especially if you want to pack light. As pointed out by other reviewers, heating is not adequate and not uniformly distributed. For the season of our visit (March), it was not a problem, but I think some improvement is needed for a heavy winter period.
• David (6/5): Good location, good value, inconvenience of old European studios - The photos reflect what you will find. Accommodation is clean and equipments are well maintained. Great location - it is a 5 minute walk to the Vatican, 2 minute walk to the metro line A, lots of buses nearby, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Access to building and apartment was via online activation via phone - it may be a plus for some, but I did not like the risk of being locked out at a late hour if for whatever reason my phone did not have data, gets stolen, or the system doesn't work. To be clear, this never happened. But there is a lag between the time when I press open and the actual opening of the apartment door. The apartment is on the ground floor right by the entrance to the building, and seems to be a refurbished studio of what used to be a storage area. The walls are thin so you can hear people moving through the building. Near the bedroom area, you can hear people/neighbors talking, yelling, hammering things (at night). I visited in February, some days were quite chilly. The apartment has A/C and heating, the heating will keep the upper bedroom area warm, but not the kitchen/salon/washroom.
