• Rosa (9/5): Fantástica - Todo, su ubicación es espectacular cerca de puerto marina playa paseo marítimo. Ana es estupenda y hace lo posible por ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La casa muy limpia y con todas las necesidades. Por poner un pero el tener un espejo completo donde poderte mirar.

• Chris (10/5): Beautiful Stay - Booked 10am house was ready for us by 2pm a hour early check in, helped massively. Perfect location short walk from restaurants, harbour and bars. Selection of games to play, jenga ludo etc. WiFi was excellent. Beds really comfortable. Can't fault the place Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect

• Barbara (9/5): - Todo era muy bonito y bien cuidado, para repetir la verdad, la estancia fue muy agradable y la comunicacion con el anfitrion genial La television no tiene casi canales y todo estaba en aleman y quizas el cerramiento tendrian que arreglar por donde entra el frio y poner unas cortinas para que no te vean los vecinos

• Sonia FG (10/5): Mi segunda estancia y repetiré - Todo me gusta de ésta casa: su situación, la tranquilidad, la decoración, la plaza de parking privada, las toallas...la casa es muy cómoda para mi gusto. Tener la TV sintonizada en los canales españoles me hubiese ahorrado algo de tiempo. También echo de menos un espejo de cuerpo entero.

• Robles (8/5): Un alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito. - Bien ubicado y con parking propio, que en Benalmádena es imprescindible. Estaba muy bien decorado, coqueto y dotado de todos los enseres y utensilios. Muy limpio y con camas cómodas. La mayoría de las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado que para este verano fue de agradecer. El barrio es tranquilo y salvo los vecinos traseros de unos apartamentos en unos breves momentos era muy silencioso.En general un chalet muy cómodo y bonito. Muy pocos detalles negativos aparte de un precio un poco elevado. No había aire acondicionado en unos de los dormitorios y en salón estaba roto y abierto. No se podía sintonizar la televisión española y con volumen casi inexistente..

• Rodriguez Pérez (10/5): - Todo correcto, tal y como se anuncia. Nada, por decir algo unas mantas cubriendo lps sillones, estan un poco sucios. Pero estuvimos poco tiempo.

• Nerea (6/5): - Casita muy cómoda para pasar unos días con todo lo necesario , climatizada , con todo tipo de menaje , artículos de limpieza , baño … En la parte exterior cabe un coche o dos pequeños perfectamente La ubicación es buena , a 7 minutos andando de la playa de puerto marina junto al burguer king , aunque cuesta arriba, pero calle cómoda. Dispone de lavadora y productos para la misma , un patio lavadero donde tender , mesa y sillas tanto exteriores como interiores … los sofás son atrapadores , comodisimos El supermercado más cercano es un Supercor en el mismo puerto marina o un lidl a 800m de la casa. Ana la anfitriona super amable y disponible en todo momento , un 10 por tu atención Nada mas llegar nos dimos cuenta de que las ventanas que dan al patio exterior son del vecino, no propias de la casa , lo que incomoda que no puedas tener intimidad . Lo que provocó que a la hora de estar en casa descansando sentados fuera nos llamara el vecino a la puerta indicando a las 7 de la tarde que no hiciéramos ruido porque vivían ahi y tenían a una persona mayor en casa…. No podíamos ni hablar cómodamente porque nos sentíamos vigilados y controlados a cada minuto… El cuarto pequeño huele bastante a humedad, armario y cajones inutilizables por el olor a pesar de tener ventilación.

Our taxi driver found the accommodation without any fuss, and entering into it was easy (just follow the instructions left by the owner). We enjoyed the fact that there was air con. The beds were comfortable. Communication by the owner was excellent. We liked everything.

• Caroline (3/5): Not quite as we had expected but great location - Good points: Quirkiness and charm of the property, lovely pieces of furniture and beautiful wooden entrance door that looked like it was out of a castle. Can't think of any equipment that wasn't provided, Cava, Water and lots of other teas, coffees and condiments at the property on our arrival, probably left by others but very pleased to see they don't throw it away and leave it for next guests. Off-road parking and the feeling of security is nice too. Host very helpful before and on arrival. Great location both minutes from marina and top of town. Bad points: Property felt slightly damp and our clothes felt damp from being in wardrobe, and ensuite to bedroom had alot of black mould which further suggests it's damp and not at all healthy to those with lung conditions such as asthma. Cleanliness is my number 1 priority in accomodation but as I have worked in an infection control role in the past I might be particularly fussy. With a bit of elbow grease and bleach this could be sorted and should be removed. My husband didn't sleep as coughed so much whilst here, we'd stayed in 3 other properties on our multi city trip and only had this happen here. We only had 2 nights booked so we put up with it, but if it'd been a longer stay we would have had no choice to find alternative accommodation. Most of the doors are creaky and water pipes are noisy but I suppose thats part of the charm of the building, but as a middle aged woman who gets up at least twice a night for the bathroom, it would have woken up others if we'd been a bigger number of guests. One of the sofas was constantly covered in ants (there was a sign saying not to leave food out which we didn't and only ate food at dining table). Couldn't get hot water to flow into the sink in ensuite so had to wash hands in cold water which isn't ideal for hygiene.

The beds were comfy and the location was perfect for us we could park our car and easily walk to our favourite restaurant on the beach which we did for my birthday!
