• Junbae (1/5): when you get the accommodation, you need to call to customer center for 2hours for cancelation. - the wreiten number, one person took the phone but they would say 'we only manage Agoda, I don't know your booking on bookinf.com so call to the booking.com' customer center. the reason 'few review' , now I can write down review because it just confirmed even thought I ask cancelation to customer center for 2housrs. I couldn't stay there. when you get the accommodation, you need to call to customer center for 2hours for cancelation. but you wouldn't be allowed. I waste time for 3hours and money. please be careful in vietnam, they can not understand English even.
