• Filippa (10/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt direkt am Park mit Hauptstraße und zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsläden. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr groß,wunderschön und hochwertig ausgestattet und eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt und Berge ist grandios! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar! Die Kommunikation und das check in waren wunderbar wir haben jedes Detail Fotos usw. zugesendet bekommen, sodass wir problemlos das Apartment finden konnten und einchecken konnten! Vielen Dank Alles war perfekt!
• Roger (10/5): - The apartment was chosen because it was close to both where we were going to be dropped off from our transport and also nearby to put departure points. It was also very convenient as it was central for everything else including restaurants bars and places of interest . The apartment was very spacious and clean,and easy to access . Our host provided very clear entry instructions and photos. The apartment affords views of the lake, the mountains and a full panoramic view of the city. This also included a very very beautiful call to pray by the Iman from the local mosque which was evocative and moving. To be honest ,very little. Ok the decor is a bit 'bling' red bathroom and kitchen design ,but it was fun in a way. And I would definitely come back ,both to Shkoder and to this apartment. It was a shame we were only staying for one night. Loved it

• Ane Marius (10/5): Top - Goed te vinden, mooie locatie en eenvoudig incheck proces. We kregen alle incheckinstructies per whatsapp doorgestuurd, wat erg overzichtelijk en eenvoudig was. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was prachtig en je loopt vanaf het complex zo de binnenstad in. De airco werkte niet super, het was erg warm in het appartement toen wij er waren. We hebben desondanks heerlijk geslapen

• Inan (7/5): Preis Leistung war gut. Zentrale Lage mit genug Platz und ein paar kleineren Themen - Zentrale Lage, Check-In war sehr gut beschrieben. Kleinere Themen die nicht in Ordnung waren. Dusche und in der Ecke einer Außenwand war Schimmel. Gulli Geruch in der Dusche. Muss man ständig Wasser rein machen, dann geht es. Rollladengurt defekt in einem Raum. Alles verkraftbar und für das Geld auch ok.

• Joseph (8/5): Good stay, with some things to note - We stayed here several nights. The location is very central to visit the area. The mattresses in the second bedroom were very comfortable, they are firm. The apartment has a washing machine but there was no detergent, or shampoo. Easy fix by going to the grocery that was close by. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The couch is comfortable and the airconditioning worked in the living room. I received a request to review our stay, and if I gave it a 10/10 the manager and cleaning team receive a bonus. I think the apartment is run just fine and it is clean but there are things to note, I will put these on the negative part of the review. It is a lovely apartment. It was very quiet and we liked the view. WiFi was good, initially the QR code provided for the WiFi would not work but the manager was quick to provide me with the actual password etc. Check in was easy with good directions provided. Enjoy your stay! Unfortunately the main bedroom does not have airconditioning. There is an air conditioning unit but there is a glass enclosure with a second kitchen between the bedroom and the balcony. That’s where the air conditioner is located. They do provide a fan that you can use. The second bedroom has an air conditioner but it only blows cool air the first few minutes and then just warmer air. I told the manager and he said he would check it. There is also no hot water in the kitchen, but there is a water kettle that can heat up water to wash the dishes. With no hot water, many of the dishes were not really clean, but a quick wash in hot soapy water fixed that. The hot water kettle would not turn on sometimes, but I told the manager about that as well.

• Cameron (6/5): Lovely apartment, but with clear hygiene problems - Amy’s apartment is amazing and possibly one of the best places we have actually stayed at, with not only one, but two balconies! The apartment provides you with all possible utensils, a comfortable bed and sofa! The host, Abedin, was very responsive and friendly throughout, going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. However, unfortunately we did experience a few issues. Overall, we absolutely loved staying here!! Throughout our stay we lost all water supply from midnight to 6am (including all taps, the shower and the toilet flush). Not only this, but on Friday evening we lost the water at 7pm, just before we were getting ready to freshen up and head out - we had to contact Abedin and ask him for assistance. While he was very responsive and even called the water company for us, we had to wait some time before we could shower. There was also a horrible stench of sewage from the bathroom which we experienced virtually non-stop throughout our entire stay. We would also like to mention that there is clearly a problem with the cleanliness of the apartment, especially the utensils and underneath the kitchen windows. Overall, we absolutely loved staying here; however, the water issue was too big of a problem to not mention.

• Aleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is in the very centre of the town, adjacent to the main pedestrian street (accordingly close to restaurants, bakeries, shops). Good view of the city, mountains and a little bit of Lake Skadar. Very clean, has everything you need. Very pleased that there are board games and children do not stick immediately to the TV, and can do games. This is not a disadvantage, but a feature (it is indicated in the description), the flat does not have its own car park and in the vicinity of the flat even do not approach by car - there is a barrier. There is a paid car park a couple of minutes walk away. At first we were told that there were no spaces, but in the end we were able to park for 4 euros per night. If you have a car, it is better to ask the owners for parking options, as the street is one-way. If you miss the car park, then you will have to do a circle to get back there again, you can't go back.
