Dámaso Panes (6/5): Un lugar de contrastes - Había llegado muy temprano a Valencia, casi sin haber dormido en el bus, y el encargado del alojamiento tuvo el encomiable gesto de permitirme entrar varias horas antes de lo establecido en las condiciones para el check in. Por esto un 10. Había posibilidades de mitigar la alta temperatura interior gracias a aire acondicionado y un ventilador en el techo. La ducha funcionó muy bien Si se leen los comentarios, este lugar ha recibido diversos calificativos, desde decepcionante hasta excepcional. Y yo estoy de acuerdo con ambos extremos. En mi caso, mi estadía fue por un tratamiento dental y no turístico, por tanto poco salí. Como lugar para estar es muy incómodo. La cama en lo alto, muy cerca del techo, donde sube el aire caliente. La escalerita, estrecha y empinada. El lavamanos es tan pequeño, que cuando echas a correr el agua, se llena de inmediato. No hay lavaplatos, sino una pilita entre la cocina y el baño, por tanto para lavar tienes que hacer un rodeo cada vez. No hay un lugar natural para afeitarse. Como lugar tranquilo para inspirarse...., puede ser si los vecinos se tranquilizan . Además es feo, sinceramente. El viejo piso de cerámica era blanco, pero lleno de manchas y rayaduras se ve sucio. Las paredes blancas necesitan una nueva mano de pintura. Hay detalles grises muy feos

Daisy (8/5): We really like it here! - We stayed for 7 days and had a great time here. The staff were helpful and responded really quickly for help. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Great cooking facilities. We loved the local area, very friendly, lots to do in Ruzafa, we can't wait to return! Local restaurants, coffee shops, bars and great public transport links all over valencia! Beautiful courtyard outside and lovely decorated. Safe and secure, easy access to the property and no issues with safety in the local area - we felt safe walking around at night as two women! The host provided useful tourist information both online and with leaflets which was great for our stay! The double loft bed was too hard to get into for anyone with injury or mobility issues (it had a tall ladder) so we had to put the mattress on the floor because the single sofa bed was too small for a couple. The owner was honest about this and communicated well. You can hear each other poop as the toilet room is connected to the bedroom

Patrik (10/5): Exceptional - near to the city centre and train station. you can find everything in the kitchen to cook or make a sandwich. the apartment is very kind and it is in a very beautiful street. we are waiting for the staff for 1 hour because he has not answered on the phone so we could not get in to the apartment. wc has no roof so if you are using it your partner can hear everything from the room. there is an axe throwing center in the neighbourhood so there is a booming noise and the walls are shaking… (on saturday it is closing at 23:00)
