- Maria (9/5): I would come back - Giza as a neiborhood is not the most atractive place in Cairo, but if you are looking for a rooftop with pyramids view, this is a good place. The rooms are clean an confortable, hot shower, breakfast is great, wifi is fast (yet a bit unstable) and the staff was very kind. We actually spent the new years' eve, and the crew organized a nice dinner and party at the rooftop, including atractions and fireworks. It was really nice, we could see they put a real effort on it. It is not very easy to find. Just be aware you will have to go up some stairs, but the staff is gentle and will certainly assist you
- Alamgir (1/5): WORST HOTEL EVER - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Only thing we linked about this hotel was that it was a good from the room.
Also the lady who made breakfast every morning, was very friendly, helpful and made the coffee and the eggs just perfect.
Apart from that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. I would recommend to anyone.
From the day 1, the toilet seats were broken, sink leaking and flooding the bathroom, no toiletries, had to ask every time.
Also they were hammering and doing some unnecessary work on the roof, top of our room until 22:45pm and only stopped when I went upstairs and complained to the owner who was just chilling there with lots of his friends and smoking away.
Room is extremely Cold. Windows are very poor, wind gushes through, as there are no seals and it’s single glazed.
Complained to the owner but didn’t solve the issues.
I had to leave and go to another hotel with my family.
Owner is lazy and doesn’t know what’s happening in his hotel.
Avoid booking or staying there.
- Akram (9/5): Superb -
- Monish89 (10/5): The rooftop view is priceless & amazing staff - Amazing staff. Very hospitable. Host Mr. Mohammed was so helpful & friendly. He gave us free breakfast too on the day we arrived. The rooftop view of the pyramids is priceless 😍 Just 2 mins walk to the pyramid complex. Nothing to complain
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. We were picked up from the Airport by Mohammad who patiently waited for us to arrive, after a timely turn through immigration. Our room offered all we needed, including a fridge. In general, always bring your own soap and toilet paper (not to throw in the WC). The breakfast was great, although it was delayed. Mohammad was our designated driver for the whole day and the kids loved him. All the straff members were amazing and really cared for us. We had good conversations with Franco, the owner, who also allowed us to store our luggage at the Hotel after check out - and let us shower before taking the night bus to Luxor. We really felt we got value for the money we spent for the room.
And if the above reviews is not enough then the breathtaking view could be a sole reason to stay here regardless. Thank you Franco and team. Hope to see you soon again. Wifi signal very sporadic.
- Ríos (10/5): Good Experience 🤗 - All Nothing
- Anna (9/5): Good value for the money, a great location close to the Giza Pyramids, and a simple breakfast - The rooftop restaurant with a view of the Giza Pyramids is breathtaking. The staff is accommodating and hospitable to the guests, and even the owner is very helpful. The breakfast is simple but enough to fill the morning. I don't remember anything specific.
- Shaima (6/5): Pleasant -
- Moiz (10/5): Perfect location. - The property was stone throw away from the pyramid. air con worked perfectly. Highly recommend it if you are coming with family. safe area. Nothing. everything is good and as i expected. We only stayed for 1 night and it was summer the room was clean and the air con worked thoughout.
- Elshwadfy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karim (10/5): Lived it - Everything Nothing
- Soukaina (8/5): Amazing, would definitely come again! - The view was amazing, breakfast was good, staff verr very nice !! I wish we had different breakfast
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ramaraju (8/5): IT IS REALLY GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY, THE HOSPITALITY was VERY GOOD - The Hotel has a Good view of PYRAMIDS, The STAFF and OWNER are EXCELLENT and VERY CO-OPERATIVE, The food served was GOOD . The high light was the way they received, treated and send off was GREAT. I recommend this HOTEL for to STAY in GIZA near to PYRAMIDS. As INDIAN we eat more Spicee food, Whole of EGYPT uses very little Spice, I recommend other touring Indians to carry some chilly powder.
- Ehab (1/5): Bad - I have booked room for family and they give me different room
- Melanie (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent roof top view. Comfortable room with excellent shower. Booked 2 pyramid view rooms and only received 1. You cannot prepay this hotel so if you do not have USD or Euro, the booking .com rate does not apply......I booked this property ay USD20 (or about AUD32) When I was unable to pay in USD the owner converted to EGP at the black market rate (50 to 1 not the official 30 to 1) so it cost me AUD50 per night. Everything on the roof is charged in USD and once again converted at a 50 to 1 exchange rate. In AUD this made things quite expensive for us and considering we went to Egypt straight from Spain and Portugal, we were actually paying less there for things. The hotel is very hard to find with no signs.
- Alla (10/5): Exceptional - We liked so much the view from the terrace! Room was clean, personnel very helpful, breakfast tasty and we got great advice about many things for staying in Cairo. Thank you very much!
- Ama (10/5): A Hidden Gem 💎 - I loved the staff , they are very sweet and helpful. Everything was good, no complaints, the internet was even upgraded since my last stay which was great.
- Aziza (1/5): Bad - Nothing Unclean beds broken overcharged
- Bart (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, friendly & helpful staff, well connected to organize tours, tasty food and roof terrace with an amazing view.
- Mahendra (7/5): Good - Outside photo of the building was not the same witch was showing in the photos.
- Khondakar (9/5): We had great time at this property . - Amazing view of the pyramids from the room and rooftop. Room was huge , clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Owner Franko and his family members are really friendly and helpful. He arranged black and white dessert and Cairo tour for us.Breakfast was ready everyday even though we left hotel around 6am .
- Anonymous (10/5): For my first experience ever leaving the states they made this very special to me and will never forget my time with the - The property is located in the heart of old Cairo. If your going to go to Egypt to experience real Egyptian authenticity then this is your spot. Beautiful location the Pyramids are in your backyard! Frank the owner treated me like family from the moment I arrived. The staff received me with open arms and made sure I felt home away from home. The food was amazing we sat down as a family and ate together me and his family. The tea and coffees hands down nothing like home! I would recommend this spot a million times over then staying at 1 of the big name hotels any day. The staff here was wonderful from my tour guide Hamed and our driver please forgive as I forget his name. This place is a gem and would come back in a heart beat next time with the entire family. If your going to go then this is your spot.
- Diego0091 (10/5): Exceptional - Good location Nothing
- Naziema (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing, it is very close to the pyramids. The staff is very helpful, would give them a 10 out of 10. We started our journey in Egypt and stayed here and returned after 7 days on our way home to spend another night. Nothing, everything is perfect. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. Good value for money.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The view is amazing! You can see the light show for free and you have all you need around off-licence and restaurants You couldn't close the window so the AC was always on

- Özge (9/5): Superb - I loved almost everything. Very clean inside, bedroom and also bathroom were very neat and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Very close to Pyramids. I would stay there again. It was difficult to find initially, maybe they could put up a sign. And the area is a bit dirty. Like u have to jump over horse sh.t to go to the pyramids from the hotel. But it is not hotels problem of course
- Farouk (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are clean, the view from the roof is very beautiful, especially Mr. Hussein, who is very friendly nothing
- Hany (7/5): Good -
- Pablo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Imdad (5/5): Its ok if you want to stay close to the Pyramid and take some photos from the roof - Like the Location was great, we got to take some good Photos from the Roof of the Hotel, and very close to the access gate of the Pyramid. When we checked in to the hotel the receptionist said drinks and water are included, but so when we went to the roof to see the view of the Pyramid and ordered 5 drinks for my family at the end I believed he was the Owner asking us to pay for the Drinks... lol
we Booked a room family room with a city view but when we went to check in they were saying it's not available. I showed them the paper i have reserved it so it should be available for me. they were saying sorry cant do anything.
I had to stay in a room
