• Daniel (6/5): Convenient location with useful amenities, but cleanliness and service need improvement. - The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. It was also great to have laundry facilities onsite. Complimentary water and coffee provided on the first night was a nice touch as well. The room was only cleaned every two days. While I understand daily housekeeping may not be required, I expected the towels to be replaced more regularly, especially since the towels were poor quality and often did not dry properly between uses. The reception staff were not particularly warm or welcoming. Interactions felt quite transactional, with little friendliness or hospitality. The corridors and laundry areas were also noticeably unclean, with items such as false eyelashes and even underwear left on the floor. We noticed the same eyelash in the corridor remained there for two days, which reflected a lack of attention to cleanliness.

• Leona (7/5): - Ubytování bylo v dobré lokalitě vše do 2 km. Blízko metra a nákupního centra. Pěkné prostředí hotelu. Během našeho pobytu změnil hotel koncept snídaní. Nebyly formou švédských stolů, ale vybrat jsme si museli pouze jídlo za skleněnými vitrínami. Výběr byl omezený. Množství nabízených potravin může být pro někoho nedostatečný. U některých “vystavených “ potravin jsme ani neměli možnost výběru, protože byly pouze pro klienty, kteří si snídaně platili zvlášť. My jsme měli snídaně v ceně pobytu. Důvodem je zřejmě problém s plýtváním potravinami, ale je dobré to při výběru hotelu vědět.

• Tereza (6/5): 4 nights stay - - Location is great - near metro, restaurants, stores and a commercial center - also 20 min away from center on foot; - Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at 3AM and the receptionist was patient and cheery, definitely made our night better. - the double bed was quite small for two people. If you're on the taller side, definitely not a good fit; - cleanliness was definitely not their strong suit - we got stained bedsheets and stained bath towels; - a lot of ANTS!! everywhere. I don't know if this was the case for every room but we had so many freaking ants that we had to deal with. Also, some spiders & their webs; - dust bunnies on the floor that were there when we arrived and stayed with us throughout, even after the cleaning service came by; - breakfast options are quite scarce and not vegan friendly at all. Also about eating area, there was a huge dead cockroach near one table. Makes you wonder about the conditions of the cooking area - our keycards were faulty and turning on the lights in the room was a hassle daily, it was incredibly annoying to stay for 5 min near the door to try and turn on the lights.

• Okan (10/5): Moderner und angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage. - Die Unterkunft hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und komfortabel, die Lage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm. Es gab leider keine zweite Nachtkommode sowie keine Steckdosen und Lichtschalter auf beiden Seiten des Bettes. Das wäre für den Komfort deutlich praktischer gewesen.

• Figueroa Pérez (10/5): Céntrico y limpio. - Muy céntrico, con la estación de metro y centro comercial cruzando la calle, pude visitar la mayoría de las atracciones caminando desde el hotel. El lugar es limpio y cómodo. El personal es muy amable, me guardaron un paquete que llegó 2 días antes de mi check in y también me dieron la posibilidad de hacer el check in a penas mi habitación estuvo lista (casi 2 horas antes de la hora de check in) lo cual se valora muchísimo cuando vienes de un vuelo largo.

• Faroug (8/5): Nice location if you want to be close to gran via - Probably the location is the main reason why i liked this hotel and the fact that they have a parking in the basement. The google map direction is far from the actual entrance of the garage plus the fact that the staff do not have good skills to explain to you how you can access the parking nor how to get out of it.

• Emiliano (3/5): Very bad experience, would not recomend and I’m not staying again in this property. - Staff was gentle The room, was super uncomfortable was made for handicapped, shower was open and short had to bend for a shower, hot water was on and off while showering.Breakfast was not at the level of the price paid, and you had to wait in counter for someone to give you what they had, at least 25 minutes making a line and waiting, food was cold and taste old.Not use to this at all. Could keep going, but not fair to the staff who try their best.

• Laurence (8/5): HÔTEL BIEN SITUÉ DANS MADRID ET FACE A UNE STATION DE MÉTRO - La situation de l’hôtel face à la station de métro et accessible à pied pour aller aux différents points d’intérêts. La propreté de la chambre et surtout le parking très appréciable. Le prix du parking à 20 € la nuit. Une très belle kitchenette avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes, mais sans avoir la possibilité de cuisiner. Aucun ustensiles de cuisine ni bouilloire soit pas de bol, verre, assiette ou couverts. Juste une machine expresso, c’est tout ! Nous n’avons pas compris le fonctionnement de la télévision.
• Uno (4/5): Es mas un hostel que un hotel. Extras por todo. - Ubicación buena, habitacion amplia y limpia Teniamos frio y no era posible poner la calefaccion. Tampoco nos ofrecieron mantas. El apartamento en foto se ve muy bonito pero no tiene ni vasos, cubiertos, nada, completamente vacio. Cualquier cosa que pidas para usar es de alquiler extra. La sensación es mas de estar en un hostal de mochileros que en un Hotel.

• Teresa (6/5): Cómodo por la ubicación pero poco adaptable a las condiciones climatológicas. - La ubicación, al lado de la estación de metro y a 10 min de Gran Vía A pesar de tener cocina no había nada en ella salvo la cafetera. Pille el fin de semana frío y tenían el aire acondicionado en frío sin posibilidad de cambiar a caliente. Pasé muchísimo frío en la habitación. Tuve q dormir envuelta en una manta que por suerte me dejaron. El viernes por la noche hubo mucho ruido de gente corriendo y entrando y saliendo hasta las 4 de la mañana.
• Paloma (9/5): - Me gustó mucho el hotel. La pieza era grande, la cama cómoda y tenía un buen escritorio para poder trabajar. No ocupé la parte de la cocina porque no tenía implementos. El baño también era cómodo. Estaba en una zona donde podía llegar a la Gran Vía en 15 min caminando. No tengo una queja realmente.

• Nuno (8/5): Excelente Localização! - A Localização é de facto o ponto principal. O chuveiro tinha uma pressão excelente. É raro encontrar um chuveiro em condições em hotéis nesta gama. O frigorífico no quarto era ruidoso. Tive de desligar as tomadas do quadro elétrico para poder dormir. Também não gostei das paredes do quarto. Estavam sujas com marcas de malas de outros hóspedes.

Volveria a hospedarme. - Me encantó la ubicación y en mi caso, el apartamento tenia todas las comodidades para cocinar y pasar un rato en familia. Falto informacion sobre todas las instalaciones del hotel y servicios adicionales. Seria fantastico contar con mas informacion para turistas o viajeros.

• hasan (5/5): - first of all this is not a hotel , this is a HOSTEL . Just a modern hostel and thats it . Please keep in mind this before making a reservation . Otherwise the location is great , the train station , metro station , bus stop are right in front of the hostel . There is a very nice shopping center opposite of the hostel as well . The rooms are good enough , no noise , very good isolation of the windows . Very comfortable beds ( it is for not for 2 people , but for 1.5 ) . Nowhere is mentioned that this is a hostel , and it is advertised as hotel. the ac is not working as you need . outside was cold , raining mostly , we wanted to heat the room , we had 2 rooms , 1 room was fixed to 23 degrees with cooling , the other one 25 degrees with cooling . We asked to reception to change it to heating as it s cold and we need to heat , even the manager was there , and i would love to picture you that moment !! no one cares , the manager said it is fixed for everyone , as if it is 30 degrees outside . At least one lady ( thank you for her ) , gave us 2 small heaters , otherwise i m sure we would leave the hostel because we would get a flue for sure .

• PEREZ LOPEZ (3/5): Decepcionante, incómodo y defectuosa limpieza. - La ubicación, cerca del centro. El colchón muy blando, incómodo. La cama pegada a una columna en medio del largo que, para salir, había que levantar las piernas rotando. La limpieza muy regular. Además está más dirigido a estudiantes de temporada que a clientes de hotel. Para lo nuevo que es me ha decepcionado mucho. No creo que vuelva. No lo recomiendo.

Pokoje czyste, komplet ręczników, miła pościel, suszarka do włosów, TV. Aneks kuchenny z lodówką, mikrofalówką i płytą, ale nie ma żadnych naczyń sztućców itd. Polecam na kilkudniowy pobyt Zdarzały się hałasy z korytarza w nocy. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, ale korytarze/klatka schodowa już nie

• Ewelina (7/5): Budget friendly hotel in good location - Clean hotel in a good location. Good for only short stay. Reception ladies weren't pleasant to deal with. Lack of customer service. Only at the check out I dealt with a very pleasant man. Room was clean, but I don't understand why there's a small kitchen? There's nothing there. Only two small coffee cups and coffee machine. If you wanted to make a tea, forget about it. You won't even find a kettle, not to mention mug, plate, spoon ect.
