• Milena (9/5): A great place with great hosts, real value for money! - The apartment is exactly like pictured on the photos and as described in the comments of other guests. It is very modern and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances like a washing machine with a dryer, dishwasher, oven etc. which makes it a perfect place for a longer stay and/or for families. All toiletries and basic cooking products were provided, including tea and coffee (the coffee machine was missing a glass pot, though, so it was impossible to use it). The apartment indeed offers a stunning view over London and is situated on the 8th floor of a huge and very modern apartment complex. The grocery store is just under it, good restaurants are in a walking distance and the tube line stop Gloucester Road Station is in a 5-8 min walking distance. One will receive a home manual upon arrival, so make sure you find time to study it well as some things might be tricky. The hosts were very communicative, extremally helpful and caring, and accomodated our later check-out, trying to ensure that we have a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cannot recommend the hosts more, thumbs up! The train passes literally under the building and is visible from the windows plus extremaly loud. The sound of a steel & iron giant passing with the frequency of about 8-10min wakes one up early in the morning and makes one wish to leave the house asap. Sound and sun proof window blinds are a must as it was almost not bearable to be woken up daily so early in the morning. Maybe bad luck, but we had cockroaches in the living room and in the bathroom, hence (I guess) the extra cleaning team has been sent. It was kind and they did their job really thoroughly. We also had some heating issues (could not turn down the temperature, so it was like in a sauna in the living room, yet chilly in the bedrooms; additionally the heater in one of the bathrooms did not work). The host managed it very well, though, by sending a technician who could partially help and fix some of the problems. The issue, though, was that both the technician and the cleaning team spoke very broken English and the communication was hard and irritating. The intention was good, though, so still much appreciated.

• Sheila (7/5): - Convenience and spacious apartment. The raiway track below which had trai.s going past every 15 mins. We did not get any proper sleep for 2 nights We should have been told about this and made a decision based on that. Would not book again.
• Assalieh (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The communication with the staff was excellent — they were very helpful, responsive, and professional. The flat was very clean and well-maintained. The location is amazing, close to everything you need in London, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and there is plenty of storage space, which made it very comfortable, especially for a family. The only small point to consider is the noise from the train nearby. It didn’t bother us because we stayed in February and kept the windows closed, which made it much better. However, in the summer, if the windows are open, it might be noisy for people who are sensitive to sound. There is air conditioning in one bedroom, which is helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this flat
• iliyan Rashkov (10/5): - İki çocuğumuzla birlikte ilk kez Londra ya seyahat ettik. Ve öncelikle güvenli bir bölge tercih ettik. Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Metro durağı, marketlere müzelere çok yakın. 4 müzeyi hiç metro kullanmadan görebilirsiniz. Kendi resepsiyonu olan oldukça büyük bir apartmanda bulunuyor ve bütün girişler çıkışlar kontrol altında, bu güvende hissettirdi. Soğuk bir havada orada olmamıza rağmen yerden ısıtma gayet güzel iş gördü. İki bağımsız banyo ve tuvaletinin olması çok iyiydi. Ev sahipleri özellikle çok ilgiliydi her zaman halimiz sordular. Zaten evdeki her şey için çok detaylı kullanım bilgilerini gönderdikleri için irtibata geçmeye gerek kalmıyor. Tren sesi geliyor. İlk gece rahatsız etti ama sonrasında hiç sorun olmadı bence bu konum ve manzaraya değer.

• Maria (9/5): Nice apartment with a great location and host. - Well located with easy access to public transportation. The hosts sent clear instructions before arrival and were very helpful, offering assistance if needed. Access to the apartment via code was simple, and we would definitely stay here again. A small improvement could be to provide single duvets rather than double ones.
• Barbara (10/5): Traumhafter Blick über London - Sagenhafter Ausblick; schön eingerichtet; absolut sauber; perfekte Lage schräg gegenüber der Station Gloucester Road; mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe; Matthew und Charlotte sind sehr freundliche Vermieter, die bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet haben. Wir werden dieses wunderschöne Apartment für den nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder reservieren!!! Nichts - es war einfach perfekt!!!
• Magda (9/5): We will be back!! - Clean apartment, comfortable, good size, and well equipped kitchen. Forgot to mention the nice views of London from kitchen!!! Easy to communicate with the team !! It’s quite complicated to find the apartment within the building, the building is huge , there is a bit of walk across the corridors and need to use two different lifts. The apartment it’s amazing though, so it’s worth all the hustle :)
• Coralie (6/5): It’s a shame that the property info didn’t mention the noise, because I wouldn’t have rent it! - Nice flat, with a view. The flat is located literally above an open sky tube line. Despite closed windows, we heard the trains from 5:40 am, and couldn’t sleep…. Of course, the informations said: close to a train station, but didn’t mention AT ALL the noise. I lived 2 years in London, close to a train station, with no disturbing noise.

Need to change lift and going through long hallway Before check out we just got informed that they do not have baggage storage as written in booking.com They only can keep the luggage until 1pm, and when we ask about why they write otherwise in booking.com they responded quite rude. And when we need time to find solution about our luggage (our flight is at night) , tlhe security in lobby keep

• Philipp (10/5): Very nice, convenient, well located apartment - Very nice apartment, very well located, well equipped kitchen and very convenient with two bathroom and two bedrooms. Extremely well located , three minutes walk from Gloucester station and supermarkets. Very welcoming and helpful host. Trains passing nearby were a bit noisy.. ( but that’s of course the prize you have to pay to be so well located near public transportation…)
