Guest Reviews
- Tamara (8/5): Excellent location, right infront of the tram. Everything needed within walking distance. Spacious for a small apartment - Location, secure building
- Brydie (6/5): -
- Katrna (6/5): It was pleasant - The location of the place is ideal for our needs The cleanliness of the bathroom needs a lot to be desired. As this is not the first time we have stayed at this property I feel the beds need replacing
- Rizwan (9/5): -
- Kaitlyn (10/5): Fantastic stau - So close to everything we needed. Very homely and surprisingly so quiet being right near such a busy area.
Very clean and comfortable. Would 100% recommend to people staying in melbourne
- kylie (3/5): -
- Raymond (9/5): Melbourne trip - Very strategic location and convenience. Tram station just in front of the apartment. All foods and shoppings are within walking distance.
Complete kitchen utensils provided, can have good homecooked meal even far from home.
Clean and comfortable.
Customer service, ms Sharon was very helpful. The registration and key picking process is a little troublesome as were given near to travel date. But once all done, the stay is wonderful.
- Michael (7/5): Solid Melbourne Base with Top Location, Tempered by Arrival & Bond Process - Unbeatable central location — Right on Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne's CBD and Chinatown. Steps from authentic restaurants. Fully in the free tram zone with stops outside — made getting to Federation Square, Flinders Street, Melbourne Central, Bourke Street Mall, and attractions effortless.
Great value for money — Solid pricing for a 2BR apartment sleeping six in such a prime spot.
Host responsiveness — Generally prompt with messages during the stay, and the bond refund went straight through once we prompted ~7 days post-checkout and provided details.
Functional for a short city break — The apartment suited our group needs overall. Arrival-day stresses — Deposit transferred Monday, but Thursday message claimed it wasn't received (host oversight — it had), delaying check-in instructions pre-Friday arrival and causing unnecessary anxiety.
Key handover frustration — Via EzyMart: Early pickup/return fine, but later needed new code/host input. No phone answer, so messaging contact only was stressfull late in the day after travel.
Comfort shortfalls — No full bedding set for the sofa bed; mattress very thin and uncomfortable. Air conditioning struggled to cool the whole unit, especially bedrooms (minimal reach, stayed warmer).
Bond refund process — Required our prompt ~7 days after checkout to initiate; only then asked for details (felt like chasing to avoid oversight), though resolved quickly afterward.
- Abdifatah (8/5): Above and beyond good people they change the tv while i was there. - No breakfast at this place the location was good for tennis walkerble Small cosy clean and almost full kitchen ypu can cook youself perfect for family like us for shortstay very good.
- Rosemary (6/5): - Great central location. Clean apartment. Second bedroom has little privacy as connects to living area/kitchen. Tricky if 2 couples. Air conditioning only in living area. Only given one set of keys.

- Ellen (8/5): - Location. Well equipped.
- Robinson (8/5): Perfect location in China town. Beds were comfortable. Had everything you needed. - Location, location, location. We were in Melbourne for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was in walking distance from the apartment. Not easy to find, initially as it was down an alley.

- Gary (10/5): Great Place to Stay - Great location. Great host. Close to all the shopping malls and a tram at your doorstep to take you for free to the outlets, MCG and Crowne Casino. Great pubs and eateries within walking distance. Very Quite Pillows need to be changed
- Lina (10/5): Clean & comfortable with the tram directly in front of your take you to the main shopping malls and outlets - Great location. Great host. Close to all the shopping malls and a tram at your doorstep to take you for free to the outlets, MCG and Crowne Casino. Great pubs and eateries within walking distance. Although no car park there are plenty nearby for a reasonable cost per day.
- Mia (9/5): We had the best time, everyone said it was the most fun they have had in ages - Everything about the property was great! We loved how it was only a small space so we felt like we were together the whole time. Also loved how you had to scan a fob to get into the building felt like an extra layer of security and made us all feel safe! I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about the property! The only thing was the mirrors in the bed room were a little dark and the bathroom didn’t have much space for us girls to do makeup but other than that everything was amazing
- Jasper (10/5): Family footy trip - Location, and layout of the room felt very spacious and very accommodating, Host was very easy helpful Booking process was a lil different, but after doing that way I am now fan, I just personally wasn't use to it,
- Akafrank46 (3/5): Do not book this place. - It was clean and tidy Beware it took 5 hours to check in. Had to call booking.com, which took 2 on the phone to fix the issue. I followed the house rules ust be a aware you need $300 clear security deposit or else do not deal. Staff rude and stop taking my calls and refuse to fix the issue and no humanity at all. For anyone. Plus I weird to pick up the keys down the steee(at an Ezy mart with code). I did
- Chloe (8/5): Very good -
- Bonnie (1/5): Security deposit has not been returned, after following up they said would action but have not -
- Y (1/5): Bad - need to get keys from other store which located couple hundred meters away , and return the keys dame store but they only open 7AM . it is hard to get in touch with them to comunicate . we got 5 person but they only have 4 bedding , no extra clean bedding and duvet for us .
- Jean (10/5): Was amazing - Very helpful
- Gary (7/5): Pretty good and would definately stay again. - It was centrally located and access was easy. The key collection agent was rude. Obviously it was an inconvenience to him. He is just an agent and not the host and obviously that can’t be controlled. The apartment was just a little dusty from the nearby construction work. Overall it was good and great communication with the hosts. 😊
- Kathy (8/5): It was a nice place to stay - The location was good. It was spacious and with the door opening onto the balcony was easy to get fresh air. There were some nice touches in the decor that made it feel homely. It was a bit weird to collect the keys from the shop down the road. Also felt a bit odd to pay the deposit into a bank account but we got that back without any issue. I had to buy some cutlery because even though we booked for five there were only enough forks for two. I’m still waiting for them to send me my tax invoice so I can claim the stay because I traveled for work.
- Cheng (5/5): Passable - Location the bed sheet / blanket was not clean, used overall by previous tenant was left remain in the wardrobe , not being clean up properly, overall the set up is not well prepared , we have up front communicated for extra laundry hangers, the owner promise to prepare upfront but it is not .
- Patrick (5/5): Unreturned bond.. - The apartment was nice, the location was good. The hosts took a $300 cash bond when I picked up the keys and when I returned the keys they advised me that I would get the bond back via payid but still to this day about a week later now I still have not received the bond back and the host is not answering any of my messages or calls in regards to the unreturned bond.
