A pleasant, bright apartment, fully equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Everything you need is within a short walking distance, it’s very convenient, safe to walk around at any time of day or night, with great people, attractions, and transportation nearby. • Tudorache (9/5): Atena este o capitala cu totul aparte, in primul rand prin vestigiile antice uimitoare. - Apartamentul este confortabil, cu o bucatarie utilata si o terasa cu priveliste spre strada pe care este amplasata si o mica gradina privata. Apartamentul fiind amplasat la etaj zgomotul strazii este mult atenuat. Gazda ne-a pregatit apa, capsule cu cafea si pliculete cu ceai, de "Bun venit" Am primit in timp util instructiunile pentru self-ceckin. Asa cum este mentionat in majoritatea comentariilor, cartierul este afectat de aglomeratia, degradarea si murdaria cladirilor, trotoarelor, de nivelul precar de curatenie a carosabilului, de galagia micilor comercianti orientali. Aspectul general este mai degraba de cartier oriental decat de cartier grecesc. Este evident ca in trecut a fost un cartier prosper, elegant, confortabil, demn de capitala Greciei. Sentimentul de nesiguranta pe care strada si cartierul il produc este ameliorat de prezenta continua a unui echipaj de Politie, echipaj plasat constant pe parcursul zilei pana seara tarziu la intersectia din apropierea locatiei apartamentului. La sosire a fost stresant sa gasim intrarea spre scara blocului, pentru ca la acelasi numar, sunt 2 cladiri mari, diferite, cu mai multe intrari fiecare.

• S (10/5): Superb area, safe, spotless apartment nearby hotspot sights, vibrant bars, restaurants and clubs - - Location 10/10 (Psyri) - Very SAFE area (with no crackheads or shady people like other areas) -Apartment is very spacious, with loads of necessities, super quiet and very (spotless) clean! -Host 10/10 with communication and tips for the area Psyri area starts within 2-3 min walk Monastiraki area is 7-8 min walk Supermarkets (bazaar, Sklavenitis) 8 min walk Zara, pharmacies, fresh juice bars etc. 8 min walk Nightclubs, clubs, late food (my plate) area Keramikos 10 min walk Acropolis 20 min walk The apartment is located on walking distance nearby all the famous sights, vibrant areas (basically behind the apartment building and even nightclubs and bars area. Plenty of food and chill options! In the street of the apartment there are plenty of (cheap) shops, mostly owned by Asian, Pakistani etc., where you can find everything from mini supermarkets, clothes to suitcases. The merch lays basically for grabbing when you walk by, this shows how SAFE the area is! I have walked and jogged almost through entire Athens and trust me, a nice area like this place is hard to find. To give an example: Some of the famous hotels are basically located where are the addicts and stuff area! The apartment is tremendously clean and there is everything you need. Very spacious, quiet building too and no noises heard during my stay. Big living room with a nice balcony and big tv. Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. Bathroom 9/10 with bath and washing machine. The only ‘but’ I’d give is to invest in a better shower head haha. I liked it so much that I even extended my stay with a week!
