• Светлана (8/5): - Отличное расположение. На большую компанию этот дом хорошее решение, лучше останавливаться на несколько дней. Прекрасная зона для барбекю, есть все для того, чтобы готовить, накрыть стол. В целом, чисто, аккуратно, сделано с изюминкой. Прекрасный мини сад, особенно розы. Хозяева вежливые, доброжелательные. Если вернусь в Джермук, буду рассматривать данный вариант, а не гостиницу в самом городе. Мебель в гостиной зоне устаревшая: был сломан раскладной диван, рассохшийся стул (ножка отклеялась), это не испортило отдыха, хозяева быстро решили вопрос, предоставили раскладушку, правда её хотелось бы тоже понадежнее...
• Anonymous (7/5): Adequate - The accomodation is in remote area, basically just next to the forest, which is nice and refreshing. All the equipment is available - fire pit, grill, even playground for the kids. Also there is huge parking place. In fact it´s one building split into two accomodation units - that means your privacy is limited and you will share exterior equipment with "neighbors". There is some quarry or something like factory across the road which is quite noisy and it´s running even on weekends.
• Mohammad (8/5): Amazing cottage, lovely hosts. Recommend to visit them - The cottage is beautiful and the facilities available like bbq area and kids playground is excellent. The host are amazing and perfect and provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We had to deal with an unusually large number of insects inside the cottage. There are cobwebs, spiders, flies, butterflies, and other insects all around the bedrooms and living rooms. The hosts sprayed them and cleaned after we complained.
• Gabriella (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely little cottage with 2 bedrooms. Close to waterfall location. Our host was super friendly ensuring we were comfortable It is a bit out of town, so you need to plan for your dinners abd breajfast
