• Judy (9/5): Comfortable, well-equipped apartment with great views and a kind host. - Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location, an easy 15 minute walk from Plentzia metro station at the end of the Bilbao line. Great views from corner balcony position towards Gorliz beach and Plentzia. The apartment is in a large block on the third floor but the corner position means that you don't notice the rest of the building, just the amazing views. Our host, Ugutz, was so kind and helpful, provided lots of useful information, lift to the airport and a welcome gift. It was a pleasure to stay here. Gorliz beach s very popular for surfing, waves and breezy conditions here. The weather in mid May was cool and we had some rain. On our last full day, the sun came out and it was so beautiful. A June visit next time, perhaps.
• Hans (9/5): Fantastische locatie, zeer comfortabel appartement. Absolute aanrader! - Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Ook tijdens het verblijf gemakkelijk bereikbaar en steeds tips gegeven. Prachtig uitzicht over het strand/ zee en heel centraal gelegen. Veel op loopafstand. Wij hadden een huurauto en hebben tochtjes in de omgeving gemaakt. Konden steeds ook goed parkeren. Toch naar Bilbao de metro genomen. In het appartement was een metro-/buskaart aanwezig waarmee je tegen geringe kosten de metro kon nemen. Prima systeem. Metro voelde ook heel veilig aan (qua publiek). Appartement heeft hele comfortabele bedden. Zelden zulke lekkere matrassen meegemaakt in een huuraccommodatie. Keuken is heel compleet ingericht: erg prettig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. En dit aangevuld met persoonlijke details, dus je krijgt een gezellig ingericht appartement en geen onpersoonlijk standaard-verhuur appartement. Het balkon is heerlijk: heel ruim en leuk kijken naar het strandleven (een deel van ons verblijf was het warm weer). Genoeg opbergruimte en ook fijne badkamer met lekker warme en voldoende krachtige douche. Op loopafstand winkels en restaurants. En toch heerlijk rustig: hebben prima geslapen. Alles klopte ook met de informatie vooraf. Sterker, het is zelfs beter dan dat. Deze verblijfplek kunnen we alleen maar aanraden! En daarbij komt: de omgeving is prachtig. Mooi wandelen en Bilbao en San Sebastian zijn zeer aan te raden. Niets bijzonders. Misschien een extra schemerlampje/ leeslampje naast de bank.

• Fernando (9/5): Apartamento ideal para desconectar unos días frente al mar - Nos gustó mucho el recibimiento por parte del anfitrión, con algunos detalles de bienvenida muy especiales. El apartamento tiene una ubicación extraordinaria frente al mar/playa. Es muy confortable: espléndida terraza, cocina muy bien equipada, salón acogedor y los dos dormitorios más que razonables para un apartamento de playa. Me gustó todo. En este apartado reflejaría que es el equivalente a un tercero sin ascensor, así que para que los que nos gusta hacer piernas es estupendo, pero creo que debo hacerlo constar.
• REMY (10/5): - Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement à Gorliz! Tout était parfait, la vue, les équipements du logement, l’emplacement… Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et sympathique, il nous a bien conseillé pour visiter les alentours et il nous a beaucoup aidé. Si je reviens dans les alentours je reviendrai ici sans hésiter !!

• Gillian (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the Basque Country. - Location was excellent. Wifi a little inconsistent. Barik card provided for transport around the Bilbao area was a really kind gesture. Views from the apartment were fantastic. Ugutz was a wonderful host and kindly waited for us to arrive for the handover briefing about the property. Facilities in the property were superb for the two of us. Five days in Gorliz was not enough time! We would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay on the outskirt of Bilbao.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect place to explore this beautiful region of Spain. To speak a little bit of Spanish would help but not essential, - The location was ideal, close to beach and nearby harbour. Very quiet. Lovely double balcony overlooking beach. All facilities in the apartment were good and very clean. Nothing.
