- Isabelle (10/5): Gemütliche Hütte im Grünen - Schöne Lage im Berg mit Garten. In dem Häuschen kann man sich wie zuhause fühlen, das Bett ist bequem. Man wohnt im Grünen aber Salento ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Weg zur Unterkunft (ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß von Salento, einzige Möglichkeit zur Unterkunft zu gelangen) ist ziemlich steil und teilweise matschig und kann nach anstrengenden Wanderungen etwas mühsam sein. Man muss sich entsprechend organisieren.

- Louise (9/5): Excellent host, beautiful peaceful location. Thanks Fabio! - Our family of 4 spent 10 days relaxing here. Fabio is a lovely guy. We asked if there was any chance he could find us a guitar for our lad and he went to the trouble of borrowing one for us and drove over from Armenia with new mozzie nets for us. The house is about 10 minutes walk out of town (up hill on the way back!). It's in beautiful peaceful location, with gorgeous views. I'll never forget watching the sunrise from the bedroom balcony, drinking local coffee and watching the hummingbirds buzz past just a few feet away. The track to the house carries on down to the river (about a 20 minute walk) which is great, because the road would be challenging with traffic. Don't miss walking a little way back towards town in the dark to see fields full of fireflies! We left a bit of our hearts here. The only downside was a lot of mozzies, or more specifically, the 'no-see-ums' which give worse bites. Go prepared to cover up, especially in the evenings.
