• Michael (9/5): Great experience would book again - I recently stayed at Comfortable Family House from 10 to 17 April and had an overall very enjoyable experience. Highlights: The villa’s hot tub and pool were the clear standouts. They offered plenty of relaxation and fun for the whole family, and the facilities were well-maintained and inviting throughout our stay. Criticisms: The only real downside was that the safe in the villa was not working, which was slightly inconvenient for keeping valuables secure. Overall Rating: I would give this villa 4 out of 5 stars. The comfortable amenities and wonderful outdoor features made it a great holiday spot, with only minor improvements needed to make it perfect.
• Rachel (2/5): Villa with no hot tub no heated pool and no wifi - Lovely villa in a good location for walking to shops/beach, little dated but comfortable. Hot tub doesn't work. Heated pool is not heated and there isnt working wifi. Host came across helpful but actually it appears they just made excuses for why these main facilities aren't functional.

• Vikki (8/5): Lovely, spacious family home with a huge pool! - Spacious property with everything you need. WIFI worked great and Tv came with Netflix etc for a night time. The whole family enjoyed their stay! Pool is huge (bigger than most the pools in the surrounding area) and was a huge hit with the older kids. Even though it was December the pool was heated and used everyday. The owners were extremely quick to reply to messages and would try to help anything you needed. Would definitely recommend Nothing.

• John (10/5): Enjoyable stay in villa. - Nice villa in a quiet location, nice large pool and a 10 min walk from shops and some restaurants with a 20 min stroll into town. We have stayed here 3 years running and again there is nothing to dislike about this villa.

• Colin (3/5): Pool dangerous, unsafe and unmaintained. - Great location. Villa is lovely. The roof terrace is large with impressive views The pool was unusable and had been leaking. Don't think that it's maintained well at all. There was a previous review mentioning a leak. This meant that the pool's filter wouldn't work, covered in algae and about 10 inches shallower. Had to book another villa on the 2nd day. The hot tub was not heating higher than 29. Still awaiting a refund from the villa management or booking.com

Would Not Use This Management/Property Company Again - Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Maintenance Issues Our stay at this holiday villa was far from what we expected. The pool, which was supposed to be heated, took four days to reach the correct temperature. The jacuzzi was also broken, it was freezing cold with only one set of jets working and spraying water four feet into the air. Despite reporting these issues, it was never repaired during our stay. The management company was unhelpful and, at times, rude. They refused to speak to me over the phone and even went as far as to threaten us with eviction instead of addressing our concerns. Overall, the poor maintenance and lack of professionalism from the management company made this a disappointing experience. I would not use their services again and cannot recommend this villa.
• Neidin (8/5): Comfortable and clean. - House was nice had everything we needed. Host was excellent very attentive. Pool was kept clean multiple times during our stay. Some of the kitchen appliances could do with upgrading and the hot tub unfortunately was not working during our stay. The host did do his very best to get someone out to fix it.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - The house was very clean and spacious All the basic things we needed were there and it was not far to walk of a shopping centre and beach. Our stay was very relaxing and the management agents very accommodating, as we asked to stay a few hours longer due to the time of our flight and they allowed us to remain for 4 hours longer. We did not know about the rules of the area recycling and rubbish disposal which is done via communal bins on the road. Some information about this would be helpful for first time visitors. Eating out and finding places to visit was a little hit and miss, we would suggest some information on this for local eateries would be helpful. We found our stay was very pleasant,  relaxing and enjoyable. A house folder would be useful about how things work and if we need extra things we might need such as a blanket for cool evenings.
• John (10/5): Lovely stay again - We stayed here last year with family and had good time, so booked again. Nice size pool in quiet location, 10 mins walk to shops/restaurants and 20 min walk to town. Nice size rooms and spacious villa with comfortable seating. Lots if sunbeds and areas to sit. Villa is lovely and spacious. Only downside was gave arrival time of 15.00 when arrived at 15.15 cleaners were still there and was told would not be ready until 17.00. When arrived back they were finishing off, however they had been kind enough to take our luggage onto Villa.

• C (8/5): Good and not so good - As the name suggests it was a very Comfortable house and it had almost everything we needed. We liked the Comfortable sofa and armchair for 5 of us whilst watching a film in the evening. Comfy beds. We enjoyed the pool and loved the jacuzzi. There were no instructions for anything like fridge freezer washing machine, dishwasher, TV or safe (which we were never able to use). A recycling bin was provided but could not find any further bags or where to take the recycling to until the last day. Also we never had enough hot water for 5 baths and or showers in the evening. However we found ways round most of these issues and would use it again if the price was right and we were going back to the area but I suspect there are better ones in the vicinity.
• Hbh (9/5): Overall a lovely stay , pool was fantastic everything you could need in the property 10 minute slow walk to nearest shop - Size of property , pool was fantastic , we didn’t realise you needed to request pool heating till we arrived , but contacted property and it was sorted and started to warm within 24 hours Air conditioning in twin bedroom never got cold , the lounge garden set was broken I’m guessing it was ready to be removed and replaced

• Brett (9/5): Superb - Location was great, beach and grocery store just a 5 minute drive. All the facilities were well maintained and met or exceeded expectations. Bed was super comfortable. The terrace was wonderful and we spent most of our time there or laying by the pool. Hosts were always quick to respond and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

• Hristo (10/5): Wonderful, comfortable and relaxing! - The heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Even if the day was not sunny enough for beach it was nice and relaxing to stay by the pool and jacuzzi. There are plenty of comfortable couches, sun beds and chairs to relax in around and inside the house. Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Location is also very convenient just 15 min drive from the airport and 15-20 walk from a local beach. one of the best holiday my family has! Thank you nothing
• Will (10/5): Great Villa - my family had a great time - The facilities at the property were first rate and there were little added touches which made it very welcoming The full information about how to access the property was clear and received in good time The host was friendly and answered all our queries promptly There was a supermarket within walking distance with restaurants and other shops in the local commercial centre again within walking distance. Although we did take taxis back at a cost of 3 euros It was also less then 5 euros into nearby Caleta de Fuste which has additional bars, restaurants and shops There was nothing we didnt like but it may have been helpful if there had been an information folder at the villa covering things like wifi, Jacuzzi, dishwasher and washing machine operating. Location of nearest shops etc, but on the whole it wasn't a problem as we either worked it out or the host helped us out.
• Emma (8/5): A great villa for a family break. We would book and stay again. - The swimming pool was fantastic & enjoyed by all the family! There was a great amount of outdoor space and good facilities. The view from the rooftop was lovely. The company were very accommodating and replied quickly to any messages or queries. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t working for our stay which was disappointing although this was beyond the control of the company and they informed us quickly.
