• Alejandro (5/5): Ubicación inmejorable, pero con problemas de diseño y mantenimiento - La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Málaga. El apartamento, al ser interior, es tranquilo respecto al ruido de la calle, las camas son cómodas y el detalle de tener estropajo y bayeta nuevos a estrenar se agradece. Sin embargo, la experiencia se ve afectada por fallos estructurales y de mantenimiento: Problemas de iluminación: La iluminación general es mala y las luces del techo resultan molestas. Además, los interruptores no funcionan correctamente y las lámparas de luz indirecta están fuera de servicio, lo que impide crear un ambiente acogedor. Ruido de la nevera: Es tan molesto que nos impidió utilizar la habitación de la planta de abajo. Tuvimos que dormir en la planta de arriba y con la puerta cerrada para poder aislar el sonido. Problemas estructurales: El suelo de la planta superior cruje mucho al caminar, lo que resulta incómodo. Diseño poco funcional: La puerta del lavavajillas no se puede abrir por completo porque choca con la pared de enfrente, dificultando mucho la colocación de los platos. Detalles de ahorro excesivo: El champú, el gel de baño y el jabón de manos estaban muy aguados, un gesto de tacañería que empaña la atención al cliente. Conclusión: Un alojamiento con mucho potencial por su ubicación, pero incómodo por el ruido de los electrodomésticos y fallos de diseño que deberían corregir.

• Caroline (8/5): - Excellent loction. Spacious comfortable apartment. Communication with host before arrival was not good. AC remote didn't work well, it was hard to turn it off. Bedroom was quite hot at night, but we didn't want to leave the AC on all night. A fan would've been nice.

• INMA (6/5): - El apartamento muy amplio, limpio y cerca del centro El anfitrión podía ser mas amable. Nos cobro 14 euros el día de aparcamiento y el último día dejamos el coche aparcado hasta después de comer las 1630. Y nos llamó por teléfono con malos modales. Y nos envió un mensaje diciendo que era obvio que teníamos que haber sacado el coche con el check out. Si es obvio o no es obvio no creo que me lo tenga que decir el. El checking lo habíamos realizado a las 1700. Hay muchas formas mas educadas de dirigirse a las personas.

It has fake walls and ceiling, as the 2nd room is upstairs and unfortunately, you hear every noise in the apartment, which it makes it uncomfortable. The stairs are also not as stable as you can hear a lot of noise climbing and descending, as well as all the apartment doors when opened or closed.

Le logement disposait de la climatisation, indispensable l’été en Andalousie ! Le parking tout proche était également un gros atout lors de notre séjour à Malaga. De plus, notre interlocuteur Fran était très réactif et sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Rien !

All of the facilities were of a high standard. Nothing, I would highly recommend this accomodation and could not fault it.

• Kevan (10/5): Wonderful couple of days in a wonderful city. - 😁 location is brilliant, a short walk to the Cathedral, Picasso museum and Alcazabar. You are surrounded by by bars, restaurants and shopping streets. The added advantage of decent parking almost next door in a proper multi-storey car park is brilliant. Unlike other apartments we stayed in on our trip, this was quiet at night. The apartment has everything you need.

• Linda (10/5): Very nice and spacious apartment in the city center. Perfect communication with Fran :) - The apartment is located just a few minutes by walk from city center. We also used the opportunity to park the car in garage which is near the apartment. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious and fully eqquiped. Check in was very easy and communication with Fran, the owner was also very great. Definitely recommend :)

• Fiona (9/5): Really great location (3 minute walk to the heart of Malaga). Comfortable and quiet apartment for four people. Wanted to - The location was fabulous - right in the action of the old town, but inside the apartment, it was quiet as all rooms faced an inner courtyard. Basic essentials like coffee salt, sugar oil and vinegar were in the cupboard. More than one supermarket within a 60 second walk! All towels and bed linen were nice and everything was clean. Price was fair. The kitchen was a bit awkward and the floor/table outside the master bedroom creaked annoyingly when you walked past, which might be disturbing to others in the morning or middle of the night during a bathroom visit. Small complaint as we loved our holiday in Malaga.
