Costeiner (10/5): Einzigartig Kleinod inmitten ruhiger Natur - Außergewöhnliche Lage. Sehr schöne Zimmer ebenfalls einzigartig mit dem Aussenplatz. Schöne kleiner Wellnessbereich mit tollem kleinen Pool an außergewöhnlicher Lage. Das Nachtessen und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Auch unsere Labrador Hündin war herzlich willkommen! Nichts. Es war einfach perfekt!

Jenny (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit vielen Nebenkosten! - Nette Begrüßung, auch der Hund wird hier mit einer Leckerliebox empfangen. Ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet und tolle Weinauswahl am Abend, sowie sehr leckeres Abendessen im Restaurant „Lang is her“. Dieses Hotel 🏨 nimmt für ALLES zusätzliche Gebühren, hier ist NICHTS inklusive. Parkplatz 🅿️ 5€, Wellnessbereich 15€ p.P./Tag, 4 Sterne Superior und KEINE Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer. Natürlich, kosten ja 5€ „Reinigung“ extra. Und zum Wellnessbereich mal Folgendes: für die Preise und Sterne erwarte ich einen sauberen Wellnessbereich. Die Scheiben sind überall verdreckt und verschmiert. Die Gegenstromanlage funktioniert nicht, das Wasser ist nicht warm und es gibt tatsächlich nicht ein Handtuch im Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut und umfangreich, ABER 24,50€ pro Person??? Wer kann das abessen? Völlig übertrieben. Beim Abendessen kein Stern hat die Küche, aber schon Sterneküchen Preise verlangen. Wahnsinn 🤯 Die Lage nach Wolfsburg, gerade nach dem Abendspiel ist ungünstig… wenn man 21:03 Uhr den Bus verpasst, kommt erst 2 Stunden später einer zum Hotel.

Das Zimmer war ok- nicht riesig und mit einem fast bodentiefen Fenster mit Blick in ein verwildertes Stück Hintergarten. Also Preis-Leistung nicht ok. Die beiden Damen vom Frühstücksservice waren nicht gerade gut gelaunt.

Kirstin (5/5): Es lohnt sich nicht dieses Hotel noch einmal zu buchen. Ich kam mir schon veräppelt vor. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren modern. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Restaurante und die Bar waren geschlossen. Sonntags hat das ganze Hotel geschlossen nach der Frühstückszeit und man kommt nur noch auf sein Zimmer. Möchte man den Pool nutzen, muss man das vorher anmelden, damit die Türe aufgeschlossen wird. Spontan einige Urlaubstage verleben kann man hier leider nicht. Schon bei der Anreise wird man gefragt zu welcher Uhrzeit genau man zum Frühstück kommt. Die Zimmer sind zwar gut und mit allerhand Technik ausgestattet, aber eine Info zur Nutzung sucht man leider vergebens. Aus der Dusche kam leider nur kaltes Wasser

Wellnessbereich sehr gut . Ich hatte mich gefreut, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu bekommen, um nicht immer vor das Hotel zum Rauchen zu gehen. Aber leider war auch auf dem Balkon das Rauchen verboten. Das war eigentlich der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel gebucht hatte.

Frank (8/5): Hotel lohnt sich - Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und das Bett war ebenfalls gut. Das Essen war lecker und das Frühstück auch. Der Parkplatz lag nahe zum Haus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war mir zu klein.
Sabine (8/5): - Ich habe 2 Nächte mit Frühstück wegen einer Familienfeier in WOB dort verbracht. Das Hotel liegt sehr hübsch an der Burg, es ist sehr ruhig, gibt genügend Parkplätze. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück international und sehr reichhaltig. Zimmer und Bad komfortabel mit angenehmen Extras wie der Möglichkeit, Tee und Kaffee zu kochen, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, Beleuchtung im Kleiderschrank, etc. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt und kann ihn deshalb nicht beurteilen.

Fabian (1/5): Odradzam !! - Zarezerwowałem najlepszy i najdrozszy pokoj z klimatyzacja oraz wanna z jacuzzi. Choruje na nadciśnienie oraz bezdech senny, wiec klimatyzacja to podstawa bym mogl swobodnie funkcjonować w pomieszczeniu, zwłaszcza w upalne dni. Po przyjeździe do obiektu i wejsciu do pokoju od razu zgłosiłem, ze nie dziala klimatyzacja po czym zadzwoniłem na recepcję. Recepcjonistka powiedziała, ze zapomniala włączyć klimatyzacje i prąd był odłączony. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji czekaliśmy dwie godziny aby cokolwiek odczuć, jednak klimatyzacja śmierdziała i nie działała tak jak powinna, nie dało sie swobodnie oddychać i funkcjonować, zgłaszałem kilkakrotnie problem na recepcji, jednak recepcjonistka zasugerowała nam otwarcie okna zamiast korzystania z klimatyzacji , bylo to dla mnie karygodne, ponieważ pokój nie spełniał warunków za które zapłaciłem! Oprócz tego nie działało jacuzzi z którego skorzystać chciała moja dziewczyna. Było bardzo duszno i śmierdziało grzybem z klimatyzacji która nie działała. Następnego dnia poprosiłem menadżera obiektu o zwrot chociaż połowy kosztów , na co usłyszałem, że nie ma takiej możliwości i że nie obchodzi go mój problem. Byłem bardzo kulturalny wobec menadżera i poprosiłem o rekompensatę, jednak menadżer obiektu był dla mnie okropnie okropnie nie miły i nie interesowało go nic, powiedział że moge wystawić jedynie opinię i nie obchodzi go reszta. Straciłem bardzo dużo pieniędzy za komfort którego nie było! Nie polecam i nigdy nigdy tam nie wrócę, jechaliśmy przejazdem w celach biznesowych, ale gdybym mieszkał nie daleko to na pewno nie zostawiłbym tej sprawy i wszedłbym z nimi na drogę prawną, ponieważ jest to oszukiwanie ludzi oraz traktowanie ich bardzo źle, zamiast spróbować rozwiązać wspólnie problem to kompletnie go nic nie interesowało i potraktował nas jak śmieci.
Katja (9/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, super Service, sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Pool und Massageangebot. Super ruhige Lage, dennoch nahe zur Innenstadt. Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer ist zu dunkel, sonst alles top.

Nadine (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - Super schön und ruhig. Modern gehalten. Das Personal war super freundlich und war immer ansprechbar. Direkte Nähe zur Stadt Für Raucher gab es keine schattige gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit, wo man auch mal länger sitzen kann.

Antonio (7/5): Good, but I would not repeat - It’s a family business and it’s overall good. Quiet residential area very close to Wolfsburg if you prioritise that. The pool is part of a spa experience, so not free. The breakfast looked good, but not worth the 25€ to me. The private parking is almost mandatory because there is no place outside, but price is reasonable (5€ per night). The staff is very kind and helpful, but not all speak English. The room is nice, but I couldn’t use the computer or the scale in the bathroom, and the mattress could be a bit softer.

Anthony (4/5): Price increased at check in - Nice staff comfortable rooms When you book through Booking.com you sometimes get a discounted rate. At no point was I advised I booked a room without air conditioning on a very very hot day. However this is what I was told on check in and I was charged an additional 20 euros to have a room with a/c. That just left a sour taste as it seemed like a rip off. I have stayed in many hotels.. sometimes you get a cheaper room without a window and you are advised on booking... not at check in. Someone needs to look into this

George (10/5): I would stay there again. - This hotel is a beautiful resort and spa. It was located a ways from Wolfsburg in a beautiful village. Unfortunately, the season was over and there were very few guests. Their loss. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet.
