- Marnie (10/5): - The location. Right in the centre. Only 1 shower.
- Gillian (10/5): Would definitely rebook! - Host was great and gave us great recommendations for places to eat! Place was clean and worked well for two adults and 2 adult children.
Location was perfect and waling distance to almost everywhere. Some great food and restaurants just steps from apartment. Spanish Step just minutes walk. The street was a noisy from early in the morning and woke us early but we didn't mind rising early!
- Luke (8/5): Nice place with a great location but so-so beds - Responsive and helpful host. New and updated interior. Close the the Spanish Steps and the metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The beds weren't very comfortable. Too hard for American preferences. The second bed was a pullout couch rather than a true bed.
- Bernard ford (9/5): -
- Muller (8/5): Nice place - The place is great it's closer to everything the walking distance. Inside was clean. The entrance inside of the building was dirty all the way to the staircase, and the hallway smells like piss .

- Roberta (8/5): -
- Abdulmetin (7/5): Nice - Everything Noting
- Yana (7/5): -
- Suzanne (10/5): Excellent stay. Would highly recommend this accommodation - Perfect location right in the centre of Rome in a great shopping and restaurant area.
Apartment was spacious and fully equipped and clean Nothing
- Ann (8/5): - Great location and easy to get to. Host was excellent and was prompt to meet us tonguve us our keys. In the 2nd bedroom, the bed had a very hard mattress
- Nia (8/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location about a 4–5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and a grocery shop (Carrefour Express) is just 1 minute away. The staff were very kind and helpful; they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out in the office and shared useful information about places to visit. However, the apartment is generally old and needs renovation and some renewal overall. The door of one bathroom didn’t close properly, and the lock of the other one was also damaged and couldn’t be closed.
- Herbert (9/5): Great place. Was very happy staying here. - Location, facilities and helpful host Could use a slight refresh as some parts of the place seems dated VS the published pictures. Was a bit noisy at certain times
- Cecilia (10/5): -
- Lucija (9/5): Fenomenalno. - The location is great, right next to Piazza di Spagna. The 24-hour grosery store is right below. I think there should be more supplies in the kitchen like paper towels, kitchen towels, sponge, maybe sugar. And I think it's time for new pillows.
Other than that the apartment is great and has everything you need.
- Bucarey (10/5): Execelente estadia - Excelente todo. Amplió y cómodo. Ubicación muy buena
- Tomatis (9/5): -

- Svanhildur (8/5): -
- Hana (10/5): The Perfect Roman Holiday - Great location, very clean and functional apartment, just next to the 24/7 supermarket, friendly and helpful host
- Gina (10/5): AMAZING PLACE TO STAY - Highly recommend this apartment. From the original contact with the owner, we were kept up to date with all arrangements. We were met for an earlier arrival with Alessandro, who was so helpful showed us around the apartment and gave guidance when required. The apartment is fabulous inside and out. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shops, cafes and a supermarket next door. Would very much love to come back soon. Thank you all.
- Mostafa (3/5): Poor -
- Indre (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very cosy and has an amazing location. Grocery shop just downstairs and all kitchen main suplies are there. Very good communication with company who was renting it. We had an issue one morning with hot water, and it was resolved immediately and fixed. Overall, amazing stay and amazing location. The apartment is beautiful and cosy. We liked everything, what maybe I would suggest is a better cleaning company.
- Ale (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is centrally located and walking distance to all main squares and attractions. The bathroom had a bad smell coming up all the time from the shower drainage pipe and the noise outside the street during the night is very annoying. Apart from the fact that the agency/ owners didn’t offer the possibility of luggage deposit. We had an early and a late flight for which we had to carry around our luggages or find another luggage deposit solution ourselves. Been traveling to Rome quite a-lot of times and never crossed paths with such an issue of not having a luggage deposit on site!
- Joyce (8/5): Great price for the space and location! I just wish it wasn’t so dated but for that price I was happy and because it was - The location is great! It’s spacious, had all the necessary appliances! Staffs were fantastic and helpful It’s extremely dated, everything was tired, foul smell from toilet, cleaner didn’t clean properly.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Best location, few steps away from via del corso and Spanish steps.. metro is just 3 minutes away by walk.. you can walk to fontana di trevi, Pantheon, piazzia navona, and piazzia del popolo. The apartment is well equipped. 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. One flight of stairs. Fully air-conditioned and heating system. A convenient shop just next door for your daily needs, which open till midnight. The apartment consists of a bathroom with a shower and a spare toilet. Bedding and towels were all clean. The host was really helpful, and communication was super.. If I could go again to Rome, I would book this apartment again with a blind eye.
- Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - The location was really good, the apartment is warm and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable,as well as the new sofa in the living room. WiFi is working, there are enough towels and toiletries. Hosts were really nice and considerate. Definitely would stay here again. Some of the things in the apartment need a little renovation (door handles, maybe some wall painting...). You can hear the noise from the street but it didn't bother us at night as some of others mentioned in the other reviews.
- S77chin (7/5): Rome is beautiful! - I really liked the location, really close to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain and Via Del Corse. Also how spacious the apartment is. Good to have 2 toilets for 4 of us. Also the air conditioning was brilliant! I didn't like the shower, poor drainage meant the shower basin would fill with water so you would be standing in a pool of water by the end which spilled over onto the floor.
I was not keen on the "balcony". It was a very small outdoor area where two people could just about squeeze in.
- Irene (7/5): Great location, overpriced for the quality - Amazing location, just minutes away from plaza de España. The beds were very uncomfortable, one of the bathrooms smelled very bad the whole time and it was noisy since early in the morning. Overpriced for what you get
- Erin (8/5): Nice apartment close to everything - Very close to the Spanish steps and there were lots of restaurants everywhere. Great base unit for Rome attractions. Nothing
- Kairat (10/5): Worth ever penny - We liked everything: location, amenities, cleanliness. On the wall across the street there is a sign saying that there lived Giuseppe Garibaldi and the king Umberto I visited him there
- Aimee (10/5): Comfortable, very homelike & very convenient - Close to everything & the express store. It was spacious & they had amenities so we were able to wash our clothes & dry them outside. Also the aircon was great especially during the hot weather Just the noise but other then that it was great
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great location, close to the Metro subway, restaurants everywhere, and space for everyone. - My main reasons for picking this house were space for the family and a safe/fun location. This house was amazing! There were 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. My sons were excited they didn't need to share a bedroom. I loved that we had a 1/2 bath in the master. There were also AC units in each room which were very needed in July. It was nice to be able to have each room's temp personalized.
The location was perfect. We were in a high-end shopping area with loads of restaurants. There's also a supermarket 3 doors down and another a few blocks away. The restaurants were everywhere and we used Google Maps for ratings. I highly recommend it. Go to Venchi for ice cream and chocolate cone (a block away) and The Baker of Sardinia for pizza (2 blocks away). Newbie tips - many stores close from 12 - 4 pm for lunch and you are only given a shot glass of water at restaurants. Usually, they charge 2-3 euros for a fancy bottle of water; if you like water, you will need at least 1 per person. If you go to the supermarket you can get water very cheaply at around .20 euros for a little bottle or around .55 for a big one. Nice savings. There are also public water faucets everywhere in the streets you can use to fill up your bottles. It is an apartment one floor up in a loud city on a busy street. You will hear people hanging out, yelling, and the trash pickup daily. Don't rent in this lively neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet night's sleep. However, we did feel safe the whole time. The house is well-used and there's basic wear and tear, but it's clean, the fridge had water (which we desperately needed after walking from the subway), and the owner's representative spoke to us often via WhatsApp. She walked us through the apartment, the policies, check-out procedures, and gave us tips for the town. I'd certainly stay here again!
- Angel (5/5): Passable -
- Robbie (6/5): Pleasant - Location is brilliant Not comfortable Needs
some attention to detail
One towel for 6 nights. Pillows lumpy and dirty. Chipped crockery
Very uncomfortable sofa in living room
Beds hard
Sofa beds , not proper beds. Could have been a nicer stay
- Natalia (7/5): Good - Location is amazing! Super easy to get anywhere, 10min to Fontana diTrevi by walking, 5min from Metro. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around.
Many basic things were provided. Noisy already at 6am.
Bathroom was super sticking. A supr bad smell was coming from the toilette with shower. So, only with the windown open is possible to use. The lady said was once in while would happen but it is non stop
No coffee machine, only Moca but u no coffee power provided
Sofa bed in all bedrooms, but comfortable with the exception the one in the living room
- Elena (6/5): Pleasant - Terrific location! Only superficially cleaned. Terrible smell in the bathroom. Extremely noisy, we would wake up at 6am due to the noise of the super market down the street.
- Zammit (6/5): Pleasant - Location and Hosts were excellent, kitchen full equipped. One of the beds was not comfortable and street too noisy during the night.
- Rocco (9/5): Superb - Excellent location
- Ioanna (6/5): Satisfactory regarding location - Great location It was stated that it was 2 bathrooms but only one shower
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Oxytec (9/5): excellent location, comfortable and very responsive host - The location is excellent. It is only few steps away from the Spanish steps in a nice side street fun of restaurants and shops. walking distance to most main Rome attractions. 2 minutes to the metro. the Host helped book a shuttle to the airport for us. none
- Lisandro (10/5): Rome - Great location, walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment was very comfortable in general. Having a supermarket below is a plus, they make some noice early in the morning but it was good in general. Not about the property but I would avoid Rome on a Saturday…. Too many people….
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- George (5/5): Passable - The apartment was still dirty when we arrived to drop off our bags at 2pm. The cleaners weren't turning up for another few hours. One of our children felt unwell so even at around 5/6pm they were cleaning meaning we all had to sit in one room. Sofabed tricky to get out. Very small for a family of 5. Location was good but as mentioned you get the early morning (5am) street cleaners and other street noise.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stelios (8/5): it was very good 😊 - it was in perfect location so many noises but is perfect
- Fraser (9/5): Superb -
