Yasmin (8/5): Wonderful hotel and the amazing staff - The hotel staff Sharif and Chacer was absolutely amazing. They did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location wasn't great as you could barely go out and enjoy a walk. The high road is crazy busy and the locals will hassle you constantly!

Isabella (10/5): Vista da sogno e ospitalità da 10 e lode - Abbiamo soggiornato al Pyramids View Inn di Giza ed è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima. L’hotel è molto elegante e curato, ma la vera magia è la vista: avere le piramidi proprio davanti agli occhi, soprattutto al tramonto e la sera, è qualcosa che non si dimentica facilmente. Il personale è stato incredibilmente disponibile e gentile fin dal primo momento. Ci hanno letteralmente viziato, sempre pronti ad aiutarci con qualsiasi cosa. Un enorme punto a favore è stato il loro supporto nell’organizzare la vacanza: sono riusciti a incastrare perfettamente tutte le attività, facendoci vivere al massimo ogni giornata senza stress. Menzione speciale a Caesar e Sherif, che sono stati semplicemente fantastici: sempre presenti, attenti e con un’energia che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Ottimo hotel, lo consiglio davvero tanto. Un posto che ti fa sentire coccolato con una delle viste più iconiche al mondo.
Isabella (10/5): Svegliarsi con le piramidi davanti non è normale… ed è bellissimo - Soggiornare al Pyramids View Inn è stata una di quelle esperienze che ti restano addosso. La struttura è elegante, ben tenuta, ma il vero colpo di scena è la vista: le piramidi lì, davanti, come se facessero parte dell’hotel. Surreale. Il personale merita davvero tanto: sempre gentili, disponibili e con un’attenzione che raramente si trova. Ci hanno fatti sentire super coccolati e, cosa non da poco, ci hanno aiutato a organizzare ogni dettaglio del viaggio, riuscendo a ottimizzare al meglio tutte le attività. Un grazie speciale a Caesar e Sherif: due persone fantastiche, sempre pronti a dare una mano e a rendere tutto più semplice e piacevole. Nel complesso, un ottimo hotel che consiglio senza pensarci due volte. Qui non sei solo in viaggio, sei proprio nel cuore dell’esperienza.

Ahad (9/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay . - Room size was good and clean. The furniture’s were ok . The pyramids view from the roof top at night was amazing. All staff were very friendly and helpful specially Sharif and Ali . although communication was a bit poor due to lack of language barrier (English) . When we booked , there was picture of jacuzzi bathtub within family suite but actually there wasn’t.

ANNIE (9/5): Emplacement magique - Presque tout. Chérif est un guide parfait, souriant et très attentionné : il est chauffeur, guide, très disponible. La vue de notre chambre était magique. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Petit déjeuner ( produits locaux ) excellent et copieux On peut dîner sur place avec de bons produits ( un peu cher pour le pays ) mais pratique Le bruit incessant dans la rue, et même dans l'immeuble ( travaux à 23h ).

عمر (1/5): - المكان شعبي جدا وسرير النوم كان فيه ريحه الافطار الي المفروض يكون مع الاقامه والله جابوه خربان وريحته اللهم لك الحمد وفي واحد اسمه احمد كلمني عشان اروح الاهرامات وكان يحاول ياكل فلوس يقوالي عربة الحصان من 1200 الى 1500 ولما سحبت عليه ورحت لحالي لقيتها ب 400 وطلبت من عندهم فنجال قهوه وقالي ب 90 ولما جيت احاسب قالي ضريبه وطلب 110 صراحه ماش ما عجبني المكان ابدا وما صدقة تخلص اليومين واطلع

Sama (7/5): Good for a short stint if you want to be walking distance from the pyramids and get there early - The location was very near the Giza necropolis and you can see the pyramids from there. The staff spoke very little English but we managed using translation apps and they were very kind and helpful It was very difficult to find, our taxi driver fron the airport got lost. The area is safe but seemed like an underprivileged one. The signage to identify the hotel (as it is the 5th floor of a building) is not great. On our last day there was a municipality water cut that was very frustrating for staff and us, they did provide us with a 20l Jerry can of water as the cut wasn’t in their control.

Alberto (6/5): - Buona posizione a 12 minuti a piedi dalla sfinge. Personale disponibile. Wifii non funzionante nelle camere. Funziona solo in reception e sul tetto vicino alla reception. È stato molto difficile trovare albergo perché non ha insegne luminose ma solo piccola insegna poco riconoscibile. Appena esci vieni assalito da persone che ti chiedono soldi. Colazione davvero deludente e abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti. Ci sono hotel migliori nella stessa via a prezzi uguali. Verificato io in loco.
Joanie (7/5): Beau séjour qualité/prix c’est bien si vous avez des activités de prévu mais si vous voulez relaxer à l’hôtel ce n’e - La vue sur les pyramides est tout simplement spectaculaire. Depuis la terrasse du restaurant, on profite d’un panorama unique sur ces merveilles, accompagné des feux d’artifice et de l’animation de la vie locale. Les chambres, récemment rénovées, sont propres, confortables et décorées avec goût. Je dois avouer qu’à notre arrivée, l’aspect extérieur du bâtiment nous a un peu effrayés… mais une fois à l’intérieur, nous avons découvert un lieu chaleureux et de grande qualité. Un immense merci à Ahmed (le manager) et à Ali, qui ont été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils nous ont pris en charge dès le premier instant et ont organisé des excursions sur mesure selon nos envies. Le quartier où se situe l’hôtel ne se prête pas vraiment aux promenades tranquilles. Dans la rue, on est constamment sollicité par les locaux, et les femmes doivent se couvrir pour éviter d’attirer l’attention, ce qui diffère de certains autres endroits touristiques. Le manager de l’hôtel nous a déconseillé de sortir marcher. Nous avons également eu quelques mauvaises surprises côté budget. Par exemple, certaines excursions ou activités, comme le tour de chameau, étaient proposées à un prix trois fois supérieur à leur valeur réelle. Nous avons fini par comprendre qu’il fallait systématiquement négocier, car sinon les tarifs deviennent déraisonnables.

Anastasia (7/5): I don't want to visit Cairo again after this experience, the cities by the sea are on another level. - I liked the cleanliness, the tv channels and the view of the pyramids! Jacuzzi is not working, the window next to the jacuzzi was very dirty, you couldn't take the long-awaited pictures, the breakfast was nothing, I don't recommend asking the reception for a tour to the pyramids, they will charge $80 just to take you by car one kilometer, it's better to walk and only pay for the tickets. You can't sleep at night because of the noise outside, the windows have no soundproofing.

Patrick (1/5): The room and view are nice, everything else is terrible. - The view was nice We first showed up early in the morning to drop off our luggage. There was a young boy that didn’t speak any English working at the counter and he confusingly told us to leave our luggage in a different hotel room that smelled like a sewer while we were out for the day. When we arrived back at the hotel around 7:30 pm They said they will clean it in 10 minutes but it was (not surprisingly) still dirty afterwards with what looked like the remnants of a party still in the room. We asked for a refund and were given one and they told us we could stay at another property of theirs. They took us to this other location which was basically a construction site except the room was nice looking. They then asked us to pay the full price for this replacement room which was coincidentally the exact amount they just gave us a refund for. We refused this and we ended up having to book a different place because the customer service and cleanliness was so bad.

The room was beautifully decorated, everything was brand new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Even though the reception was small, it was very charming and welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop terrace, which was well-arranged and offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. Breakfast was also quite generous, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by an issue with a staff member at reception. We had arranged with him to book a taxi to the Grand Egyptian Museum, and he initially told us the price would be $14. We agreed, but later that evening, when we returned to pay, he suddenly demanded $40 instead. This was an outrageous price, considering the short distance and the usual taxi fares in Cairo. My husband refused to pay the $40 and reminded the staff member of the original agreement. The staff member then went to speak with the owner, who made an excuse about Ramadan, claiming the receptionist didn’t speak English well—although he clearly did. In the end, the owner told my husband to pay whatever he thought was fair, so we paid $20. While it wasn’t a huge amount of money, the situation felt dishonest and left us with the impression that we were being scammed. Even though we loved the room, the cleanliness, and the view, the negative experience with the staff spoiled our overall impression. It’s hard to fully enjoy a place when you feel like someone is trying to take advantage of you. Because of this, I can’t give the hotel a perfect score. Instead of a 10, I’d rate it a 7/10. If management improves customer service and ensures fair treatment of guests, this hotel has the potential to be truly outstanding.
David (8/5): Very good - Sisar was an absolute legend. Fantastic breakfasts and wonderful views of the pyramids. The taxi's from the hotel cost a fair bit more than the Ubers I used later on.
Atari (10/5): I highly recommend this hotel . Make sure to book the Jacuzzi suite it’s the best! - I absolutely loved this property! I plan to book with them again in the future.. I traveled to Egypt very often. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest properties that you will find here in Giza. I was very impressed with this hotel. This hotel is Truly, the best! It was very clean. When I arrived in first saw my room, I felt that this hotel recently opened because the room looked brand new. Everything was new. Everything was working… Everything in this hotel is up-to-date in modern.. I was impressed by not needing a converter charger to charge my device. It was perfect such a beautiful place I have no complaints. There is nothing bad to say about this place.
