• Caitlyn (9/5): Vibrant location with lovely stay - Fantastic location, and the team were very helpful prior to checkout ensuring this was a good fit. The suite is brand new and sparkling clean, the facilities are lovely. Bed was a little hard for us but that’s just a preference.

The building smells of pipes and mould, and the rooms also have a slight unpleasant smell of pipes, which is understandable given that it is an old building in an old area/city, but they should try to mitigate the smell because it is really unpleasant.

• StanAmana (10/5): Great stay in Athens in a centrally located property - The property is in a great location; it is in a relatively quiet street that is a 1 min walk to Ermou St which is the main walking street in Athens. The property is also a 7min walk to Syntagma station where you can travel the Metro or catch the train that goes to the airport. The property does not use keys but every door has a code to open it, didn’t think I’d like this, but in the end it was the best not having keys. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was large and shower was an excellent size. Bed was comfy. Room had lost of natural light and the area around the property had many cafes and restaurants. The property also has a storage area to leave your luggage if you have a late flight out. This was really handy for us as our flight out was at 10pm. All in all a great stay, would stay here again if visiting Athens. Everything was great

Aunque el check fue vía Whatsapp la persona que nos atendió fue muy atenta y amable. Vino y agua de cortesía, un detalle a tener en cuenta. En la madrugada, del sábado al domingo, se escuchaba la música y a la gente de la calle. Nada que reprochar ya que lo dicen claramente en la página. La segunda noche, sin ruidos, perfecta.

• Begoña (9/5): - Un apartamento muy céntrico, tiene todo lo que necesitas aunque no hay cocina como tal, simplemente una encimera y una nevera. Las camas son super cómodas, hay aire acondicionado y amenities en el baño. Necesitas tres codigos para entrar en el alojamiento, pero te los dan a través de booking y el proceso para entrar es bastante facil. Al estar en una zona tan céntrica es bastante ruidoso y no hay cortinas o persianas como tal, simplemente estores que no tapan completamente la luz.

• Markus (10/5): - Tout a été impeccable,depuis la réservation jusqu'à à l'envoi de la facture pro forma. Et la situation est juste idéale. Seul tout petit problème: comme ce n'est pas un hôtel, mais un logement auquel on accède par une suite de codes depuis la rue jusqu'à l'ouverture de la chambre louée, nous avons eu pas mal de difficultés à ouvrir la porte la chambre!! Mais c'est probablement un problème de vieux!🤪👍

The management was very quick to respond whenever I had any questions or concerns. Great location, right in the middle of the shops and restaurants! Although the entrance had that vintage look, there were some places that seemed dark.

• Sylvia (9/5): Perfektes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp in Athen! - Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden, aber auch für die An- und Abreise aufgrund der Nähe zu den Metro-Stationen. Obwohl bei unserer Anreise das Zimmer gerade noch gereinigt wurde, konnten wir die Koffer bereits dort deponieren. Die Reinigungsdame war sehr freundlich! Der Wein und das Wasser im Zimmer sind ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk! Der Eingang des Gebäudes und Zugang (Stiegenhaus, veralteter Lift) zum Zimmer sind etwas gruselig (auch der Geruch). Obwohl die Fenster total neu erscheinen, sind sie etwas "hellhörig" und man konnte in der Nacht den Lärm auf der Straße (sogar die Stimmen von Personen) hören.

• KATERINA HADJIKYRIACOU (2/5): Dissapointment!!! - only the location was good. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The owner did not apologize at all for the problems I raised, which left me feeling that guest concerns are not taken seriously here. Basic courtesy and an apology go a long way in hospitality, and unfortunately, that was completely missing. I would not recommend this hotel to others.The bed in my room was broken and has missing parts of the bed, which made it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep.A functioning bed is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and it’s unacceptable that this issue wasn’t addressed.The shutters in the room were broken, making it difficult to block out light AND THE BLINDS were yellowish, and the bedside lighting was not working at all. The lighting on the side of the bed did not work as well. For the price that i paid for a deluxe room , I expected proper service and upkeep. Sadly, I cannot recommend this property and would not stay here again.

• Nektarios (1/5): It’s the typical case that one foreign investor buys apartments in Athens and turns them into holiday rentals with extre - The location is very convenient and you can consider it as great if you don’t mind the noise. The furnishing is kind of basic but does the job There were bed bugs! I saw them running on the bed and called booking immediately and also the property management. There was noone there physically to support. I left the property immediately and booking didn’t help me find a solution. Also I noticed that lots of the doors what marks showing people tried to break in in the past.

• Rejhane (3/5): Viel zu teuer! - Die Lage Es war anscheinend ein Rabatt von über 80%. Ich habe um die 80 Euro bezahlt, ohne Rabatt wäre es wohl 390 Euro gewesen. Ziemlich schäbig, für 390 Euro. Ich habe auch so halbpatzige Antworten bekommen. Habe insgesamt über 3 Wochen in Griechenland verbracht und das mit Abstand die schlechteste. Wir habrn bezahlt, sind dann aber doch frühzeitig abgereist, haben 1-2 Stunden am Nachmittag im diesem "Hotel" verbracht und sind am Abig dann weiter gereist, nicht da geschlafen.

Es un tamaño ideal para pasar unos días si no necesitas hacer vida dentro del apartamento. ¡Las camas muy, muy cómodas! Solicitamos una cuna y finalmente no la hubo. Además echamos en falta alguna posibilidad de cocinar o calentar comida: no hay cocina ni microondas. (Yendo con un niño pequeño ha sido bastante limitado).

• Olga (5/5): - Nice bathroom and room was comfortable Elevator shut down when we were checking out. Five floors down with heavy luggage. Room was clean but premises and the entire building need a deep clean.
• Tina (2/5): - close to city center lots of problems I was closed in the lift for a long time in a 40" Celsius heat and due to electricity fault and after releasing with help I couldn't get in to our room waited in the heat for help had to walk 3 times up and down the stairs of 5 floors it took over 6hours to fix it was very stressful situation we stayed there for 5 days and spend most time out the television only worked with your phone and internet with a Google account which I had no access it felt very uncomfortable and the noise was unbearable will not stay there again.

• Sandra (7/5): Leider nicht wieder. - Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos angegeben. Die Check-in Beschreibungen sind sehr einfach - es gab keine Probleme. Guter Ausgangpunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es war wahnsinnig laut. Lärm von aussen und Lärm von innen. Ohne Oropax geht nichts. Schade.
• OCEANE (8/5): - L’emplacement est idéal, vous êtes au centre ville soit à même pas 10min de marche de la place Monastiraki. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse. Les informations du check-in sont claires et l’hôte est présent au besoin. Prenez en compte que vous êtes dans le centre, donc potentiellement plus de bruit que sur les extérieurs de Athènes.

• VanessaG (8/5): Satisfying. - The location was fabulous, and the host was responsive. The standard of the room was quite good. Overall the place has a very standard, basic aesthetic. It was fine but there was nothing unique about it. A bit cookie cutter. But I don't regret staying there. It put us in the heart of the city, and being next to Syntagma square we got to and from the airport easily with the airport bus.
• Karen (8/5): Great base for a few days in Athens - Location Location... was perfect for us as we love staying on Voulis. Everything was literally right at your doorstep and very easy to move around from here. The room itself was nice and the chambermaids a delight. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Athens. Trying to get into the actual apartment very late at night! The door code was not working as the battery was flat however we then discovered the key was in the door... phew. We also had to help another traveller get into her room so perhaps this could be made a bit easier. All other codes worked fine into the building and to the actual floor ....
• caroline (10/5): The staff and communication was amazing. My daughter left her laptop behind and luckily we were briefly returning to Ath - The location in the centre of Athens was second to none. Right in the middle of the action.
