Guest Reviews
- Catherine (5/5): Great Location, not so great quality of accommodation - Great Location Sheets for one of the beds were still in the washing machine when we arrived and we were instructed to dry them ourselves. Windows in bedroom wouldn’t stay open. Very expensive for the quality of the accommodation as wasn’t very clean (shower had black mould, previous guests cable found under rug etc.)
- Fahim (8/5): Very good -
- Isabelle (1/5): It was awful, don’t recommend! - It had WiFi During my stay, there was no running water, making basic hygiene impossible. Additionally, when I raised this issue with the staff, I was met with rude and unhelpful behavior. This significantly detracted from my stay and caused considerable inconvenience.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable conditions and poor customer service I experienced.
- Aleksandra (2/5): Very poor - The property was very dirty and not the standard seen in the pictures. Not located in the best of locations, very loud at night and smelt of damp.
- Mark (4/5): I found the communication skills lacking. - Interesting location. Not well maintained or clean. It just seemed like nobody really cared.
- Hayley (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (7/5): Great location! - Great location (city-wise), apparement and facilities are fine. Two 24/7 beigel stores literally across the street, so you won't starve. Two 24/7 beigel stores literally across the street, so there is noise pollution (especially Friday and Saturday) during the nights. Earplugs recommended.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rashed (10/5): A perfect affordable stay at London - Location was absolutely perfect..few minutes walk to Shoreditch high station. Lots of affordable eateries around. The host Rabib went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. He allowed us for early luggage drop and delayed luggage collection during check-in and check-out respectively. He guided us on everything. Bed was comfy, room was clean with all the facilities available except meal. All the London's main attractions were within very short distance. We will definitely stay here again once in London. You need to be reminded of stairs..though that was not a big problem for us. Rest.. Perfect
- Ketul (3/5): Poor -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location in the heart of Brick Lane. Easy to find, easy entrance to the flat with clear instructions.
Beds are comfy, and the sofa bed worked well.
This is obviously a high traffic accommodation and looks a little tired around the edges, but it's all about the location.
- Chris (10/5): Great communication from host throughout. 100% would stay again. - Clean and well kept apartment. location it A*
- Thomas (5/5): Passable -
- Davide (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean in a perfect position
- Robert (10/5): Last minute booking, very accommodating and just what we needed for the night -
- Valentin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caroline (5/5): Great Local, comfy bed. Just don't eat here! - Absolutely fabulous location. Close to transport, good mix of cafes, restaurants and fabulous vintage shops. The kitchenette was not fit to cook anything. Cupboards were coming of hinges. The fridge was off and because of the poor state of cabinets, I was not able to access the power points. Our perishable food went off as a result. The manager did not seem to think this was an urgent matter. The manager would not arrange a time to fix it.
It was advertised as having a TV. This is true. Unfortunately you can't watch it. There is no connection or signal.
There was 1 toilet roll supplied for 3 nights.
No tea towel or hand towel to dry dishes or hands.
To be fair when I asked for these items, the manager delivered them in the morning at the door. T rolls but the tea towel and hand towels were stained rags.
- Shannon (10/5): Lovely little apartment & good value for money! - Lovely little apartment in a great location. Our host Rabib was very helpful and communicative. Travelled with friends and it was a lovely little base for us. Comfy beds, very warm and cosy! Only stayed for 1 night but would’ve definitely been happy staying longer! A little noise from the street outside in the bedroom but that wasn’t too much of issue
- Juliana (9/5): Superb - The place had all the basics, kitchen, washing machine. Love the location, easy to find food, coffee and Spitalfields market is just around the corner. And just a short walk to the bus stop to get to Oxford street. It was on the top floor but we didn’t mind it. Heater & hot water worked well. Most important, our host was very accommodating, helped us with our bags & was always available. None.
- Arun (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location.
Walkable to variety of shops and restaurants.
Great connections to public transportation.
The heating was great.
The staff is quite helpful. Especially, Rabib was very helpful and friendly, offered assistance any time of the day. Walls were thin. Could use better insulation to seal noise from outside.
- Kush (9/5): Superb - Spacious and quiet apartment rooms in a decent location.
- Michelle (10/5): I booked this as a Christmas present for my son and his wife, they have visited London many times and they were very imp - The location is fantastic, the response rate when we had a query was really fast and helpful.
- O (6/5): I was unlucky with my stay but there were little things that could have improved the stay. - It was a great space for the cost - it’s big and it was clean enough. Getting in was easy enough. The electricity didn’t work when I returned home at 11pm and the flat was freezing and pitch dark as a result. I called the number I’d been given but didn’t get a reply until I used WhatsApp and then, to be fair, they relocated me immediately to another flat in the building. The bathrooms had been cleaned but there was some mould. There were no instructions I could find to tell me how to operate the heating or WiFi.
- Lim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bethan (10/5): Really central to where we wanted to be. Comfy beds and good facilities, kitchen was well equipped - Good location and easy self check in!
