  This holiday home has a flat-scrPearl Garden located in the residential street with excellent transport Links, 1 min walk from North Wembley Station, which easily access to London Euston . There are plenty of local shops, grocery stores nearby. The house is very spacious and cozy, consists 3 good size bedrooms, 1 living room, separate kitchen, full bathrooms on two floors, and big good view garden. it is very suitable for family or group friends to stay.een TV, electric kettle and tumble dryer.

• Pratik (6/5): Good stay overall - Location was fabulous. Bang opposite tube station and Tesla store. The beds were small. We had kids. So felt little cramped. Air conditioner wasn’t there. We went through a heat wave for a nights and couldn’t sleep all night

Al lado del metro ( directo al centro en 30 minutos), supermercado en frente, y más servicios Se escucha el ruido de los coches pasando y el jardín está totalmente descuidado y sucio

• David (8/5): Perfecta pero el sofá cama estaba roto - La ubicación al lado de un supermercado y del metro que en 30/40min estás en el centro de Londres El sofá cama estaba roto y no funcionaba bien, no se podía dormir cómodo, si no tenéis que usarlo o soys 6 es ideal.
• Ligia Cosmina (7/5): Multumitor - Locația foarte aproape de metro,bus și câteva magazine,lenjerie foarte curata.Am comunicat faptul bine cu gazda și ne a dat voie sa intram chiar mai repede cu câteva ore. Zgomotul de la metrou și tren era puțin deranjant,iar la interior mai erau chestii care se puteau îmbunătăți dar în general a fost bine.

• Asta (7/5): Good location for concert in Vembley - Convenient location: close to the metro and within walking distance to Wembley Stadium. The apartment was clean and the service was very good – staff responded quickly to any issues. Plenty of street food options nearby as well as a Tesco supermarket. The neighborhood itself didn’t feel very pleasant. A lot of noise from the street and the overground train – it was quite hard to sleep at night. The living room is really only suitable for 4 people, so with 8 of us it felt overcrowded.

• Amy (8/5): It was the perfect place for my large family to stay in London. - I liked the closeness to public transportation and grocery stores. There were several hot days and nights. A stronger fan would have been nice.

• Laura (8/5): Good value and location for Wembley venues - The location was great for our visit to Starlight Express in Wembley. Also proximity to the tube station was fantastic for heading into London. Parking is tight. Some of the rooms could do with some TLC in particular the kitchen. Towels are very small and additional pillows would add to comfort. The living space is tight if 6-8 adults intend to spend much time toying the house
• Jose (9/5): Simple and cozy house, some minnor problems tough - The house is simple, but very cozy, and we were very well acommodated. The bedrooms as spacious. The house is located very far from the London's toursit attractions, but it is just a few steps from the North Wembley train station, from which we can go to to the city center in about 50 minutes. There is no dishwashing machine, which is not good when we have 8 guests. The floor of the kitchen is freezing all the time, I really suggest replacing that floor. Although there is two bathrooms, we could not take showers in both ot them simultaneously, because there is not enough water pressure. Altough we have a good stay, I feel that I pay too much for what we had.

• Natali (9/5): Good location and property, quiet neighborhood - Property is super close to both train and bus station, making transpiration very easy. As well, right across the street there is a Tesco branch with a good verity of products. In the property, 2 full bathrooms, 1 with stand in shower and 1 with bathtub. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and clean. The host was very communicative, and willing to help, the group I travelled with arrived earlier then the usual check in time, and the host was willing to assist us by letting us store the suitcases once we arrived, allowing us to enjoy the day unencumbered. Wifi connection throughout the house was good and strong. The bedroom on the ground floor is facing the street, not allowing much privacy. There are thick blinds installed in thee room covering the large window, but that did not allow any natural light to come through. The area and neighborhood felt safe and were quiet, but it was still a bit unnerving.

• Christopher (10/5): Really good Apartment for convenience - It's was clean on the inside, plenty of towels, close to the bus stop and train station, very convenient for shopping for groceries or other necessities, and lots of rooms and space for a family of five for all the adults and child. The loud noises from all the cars riding up and down the street and thats all I can say we have no real issues other than that

• Melanie (9/5): Lovely house, great location, tube so close aswell as local shops, really cannot fault it and will definitely book again - Location and garden, all great All good, would of been handy to have maybe a broom/cleaning products available maybe so we could clean up after ourselves more, felt we left a bit of a mess after meals etc but not necessarily a bad point just a personal preference

• Lakhumal (1/5): One of the worst experience - My guests, who have travelled from US and Europe, when arrived at the property at around 12 midnight, the code provided by the host to access the property did not work. I frantically called the host numerous times but did not get any response. I then called Booking.com, through whom I had booed the property, they also tried many times but could not get through and eventually gave up. Now I had eight guests who traveled long hours at my hand to sort them out. You just imagine the trauma, inconvenience, anxiety and trouble for me and my guests. I have to call my local contacts to accommodate my guests for one night. I went to bed at 4am and next day our conference was to start at 10am. On the next day they provided another code that worked and the guests went to the house next day. This was one of the worst experiences for me.
• Jade (8/5): Really enjoyable and comfortable - It was very spacious and comfortable. It’s right next to the station,Tesco express and takeaways. Water pressure in both showers dropped quite a bit.
• Anonymous (1/5): Not a family friendly venue. An unclean and unloved. - Close to tube station. The property was really unclean, the garden hadn’t been cut for months (Which was a huge selling point) , one mattress was heavily soiled, one bedroom door handle wouldn’t open from the inside and none of the bedroom lights worked. Might work for people attending gigs or football matches but not fit for a family.
• Charina (7/5): Good - The place is cozy and close to public transportation. Lots of little shops to buy food. Small places to purchase inexpensive fast food like pizza and so on. The place by itself was clean, the rooms were pretty big. We liked it generally. In one of the bedrooms upstairs the door once it's closed, couldn't be opened from inside. It was extremely uncomfortable for the kids. They often forgot about it and each time someone got locked inside and got scared to death. In addition in one of the rooms, there was no light only a night lamp. The bulb on the ceiling was out of order. These things should be fixed before the host lets someone in. Especially the door!

Bath room shower was leaking. No garbage can in the bathroom. The top bathroom light was not working. The place was VERY DUSTY.
