• Ana Bosolova (9/5): Удобно като локация, но шумно настаняване - Местоположението е удобно поради непосредствената му близост с Капана, заведенията и основните забележителности на града. Безспорно удобство е и осигурения паркинг към мястото за настаняване. Това, което не ми хареса е шума. Основният проблем дойде от това, че тъй като стаите са разположени една до друга на обща площадка и, очевидно, изолацията между отелните помещения не е на нужното ниво, другите гости в мястото за настаняване не проявиха никаква съобразителност (да не кажа, елементарно възпитание) и от рано сутринта започваха да говорят на висок глас и да се смеят с пълно гърло, дори и в общите части на етажа, все едно са сами. Предвид това, че се касае за настаняване през почивни дни, в които дни би следвало часовете за тишина да са от 22:00 часа до 09:00 часа сутринта, смятам, че правилата на мястото за настаняване в това отношение трябва да съобразени с комфорта на гостите в дните за почивка и да се променят от 07:00 часа на 09:00 часа сутринта. Освен това, от рано сутринта започна почистване на съседна стая, с тропане и шумове, които напълно нарушиха спокойния ни престой. При положение, че е предвиден диапазон от 12:00 часа до 15:00 часа, в който отразък следва да се извършва подготовката на помещенията за следващите гости, за мен е неприемливо да се прави почистване в ранните часове на деня, особено през уикендите.

• Violeta (9/5): Чудесна локация в красиво и уютно място, с шумни съседи - Мястото е близо до Капана и напрактика е на главната улица. Комуникацията свързана със настаняването е подробна и своевременна. Стените не са шумоизолирани и се чуваха всякакви шумове от останалите гости в съседните студиа.

• Antonio Jorge (8/5): A good option for a short stay - The location was good, and having private parking nearby was very convenient. Check-in was easy, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it worked well for a two-night stay. The apartment is on the third floor without a lift, which was not a problem for us but could be important for some guests. The shower pressure was poor, and there was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as available. Noise was not a major issue overall, but at times you could hear other rooms, depending on the other guests.

Il y a plusieurs chambres dans ce « complexe » avec cuisine commune, mais nous n’avons absolument pas été dérangé par les autres locataires. L’hôte est très réactif par message et répond à toutes nos questions. Le parking pour se garer est à l’entrée de la rue piétonne et très proche.

• Ana Belén (9/5): - Habitación muy limpia y amplia. Reformada y luminosa. El alojamiento se encuentra en un barrio céntrico con amplia oferta gastronómica y de ocio. Olor a tabaco en zonas comunes. Aunque en cuanto a calidad precio nos pareció bien, hubiesemos agradecido el favor de poder dejar el coche por mas tiempo en el parking privado. Sin embargo tuvimos que adelantar 5€ adicionales para garantizar la plaza y apenas hicimos uso de él porque finalmente nos fuimos pronto.

The location, facilities, the size of the room and the bathroom, the staff - even though I didn’t see anyone bc it’s self check in, Rosi was super nice and gave me all the instructions on WhatsApp before my arrival and helped me with suggestions. I guess the only thing that I could say something is that the rooms are on the third floor and there isn’t lift (which is informed in the description and as soon as you book your room the staff text you the same information). For us was everything fine, but just a heads up.

На няколко крачки са всички забележителности, които би искал да видиш в Пловдив, включително и Марица. Паркингът е малко отдалечен, ако си с куфари кофти, няма как и да се доближиш до мястото за малко, отзад е полицията не ти дават да влезеш дори и за 5 мин... Но това са бели кахъри, макар че, добре е да се знае.

Интериорът е подбран с вкус, а стаите са изключително чисти и светли. Перфектното съчетание от уют, локация и отношение. Препоръчвам го горещо на всеки.

Asansör yoktu(açıklamalarda var mıydı hatırlamıyorum belki burayı tutmazdık, eşimin dizleri hasarlı) Mutfak paylaşımlıydı ancak kaldığımız yerde 5 stüdyoya yetecek mutfak eşyası /ekipmanı yoktu. Odada ufak 2 kişilik masa ve sandalye olmasını tercih ederdik.

И това замъглява очите на самата стая, с мрежите на прозорците. Иначе нощната лампа до прозореца не работеше, само информативно, за да се коригира и не успях да си пусна телевизора, малко съм скарана с техниката, пък съм и от по-старото поколение и като ми излязоха настройките, а не някакъв канал, направо го изключих, знаейки, че няма да се справя. Но това ни най-малко не помрачи престоят ми.
