• Straková (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo úplne nádherné a presne také, ako na fotkách – možno ešte krajšie naživo. Najviac sme si zamilovali terasu a tie úžasné západy slnka, ktoré mali neopakovateľnú atmosféru. Všetko bolo čisté, útulné a perfektne pripravené, cítili sme sa tam naozaj skvelo. Hostiteľ bol veľmi milý, ochotný a komunikácia prebehla bez problémov. Celý pobyt sme si maximálne užili a všetko bolo jednoducho super. Určite odporúčame každému, kto si chce oddýchnuť a zažiť krásne miesto s výnimočnou atmosférou.

• Timothy (4/5): Zeer teleurstellend met de foto’s in realiteit voor deze prijs geen aanrader daarom is de laatste review van 2024 blijf - Deze villa was zijn geld niet waard , was nog vuil en en vies bij aankomst,geen ligstoelen wel zwembad maar 18graden op een plaats waar geen zon komt ligt op een straathoek met heel veel lawaai,nergens parkeerplek en na veel beloftes stuur hij u op laatste avond om 23u stuurt hij dat we vroeger moeten vertrekken ook bij aankomst rap sleutels gegeven en was weg ,eigenaar slaapt in de onderste gang van het huis met toegang in het huis !! Maar alles was stuk of versleten en overal lag rommel villa met zwembad zonder ligstoelen om te zonnen ha ja is de noord kant zon komt daar om 1uut per dag triestig dit te moeten vertellen maar voor deze prijs ga beter dichter bij de kust want de andere zwembaden zijn oud en versleten met kapotte stoelen dus laat u niet misleiden door de mooie foto’s want deze bedriegen de realiteit

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and communication was easy from the beginning. We really appreciated the hospitality and felt very comfortable during our stay. • Anne (10/5): - Det lå i et rolig og trygt strøk, oppe i høyden. Det var fine uteområder, der man kunne slappe av. Likte også at det var eget svømmebasseng. Interiør og møbler var nøye utvalgt og gjorde det «hjemmekoselig».

• Giulia (6/5): All in all we had some nice sunny days here to break the winter time. - Beautiful modern stylish villa with stunning see view. Modern kitchen with hoven, microwave and water filtering equipment. There are two amazing main balconies -one in the main room and one in the living room. Great external area, although end of December/January it is a bit windy it is nice. The swimming pools both the internal and the common one are NOT warmed up and swimming in it in winter is not possible, but are available and nicely maintained. There is a close by Mercadona and shopping mall where you can get all you need and some amazing restaurants that are walking distance that the owner recommended. Three bathrooms - one at the ground level with just cold water in the sink and a non functioning shower; one with the shower at the upper floor where unfortunately only hot water comes up after two minutes making the exercise of having a shower more like having a sauna; a bath tub in the main bedroom that we didn’t use as we wanted to avoid humidity in a room where the blinders were not 100% functioning and we were running the risk of not being able to properly charge the air. The beds although the mattresses may require charging are all provided with the necessary duvets and blankets and this is very appreciated and much needed because in winter within the villa is cold given the fact there is no heating.
• Mark (10/5): - Everything. Beautiful apartment. Really nice host. We had a minor issue and he rectified it for us. The entire villa would be a dream to live in. Very tasteful decor. All mod cons. Lots of seating and lighting. Very minor point, but the sun didn't hit the veranda until a bit later in the day. This was winter, and you got sun in the afternoon. You also have a second communal pool a very short walk away you can use if you're desperate

The outdoor terrace was a lovely peaceful space to relax with a fabulous view. Both the private pool and communal pools were perfect places to cool off. Nothing - we loved it all

• Miguel (10/5): Semana de relax con vistas y piscina privada. - La ubicación es estupenda para recorrer Tenerife Sur. Muchas playas a 5 min en coche con parkings a precios razonables. Nos gustó especialmente la playa del Duque. La casa es muy cómoda con dos terrazas, piscina y unas vistas al atardecer espectaculares. La decoración y equipamiento son muy completos. La ubicación bastante elevada hace que tuviéramos una brisa fresca muy agradable todo el tiempo. Eso sí, es necesario tener coche, la playa está a 20 min andando pero la vuelta es cuesta arriba. Fuimos 5 adultos, 2 en cada habitación y uno en el sofá cama del salón o en un un colchón suelto que nos facilitaron. Por poner algún pero, prefiero los colchones más duros, pero es cuestión de gustos.

It really made a massive positive impact on our holiday. We even watched the sunset from the bedroom balcony afew times (highly recommend). Pablo was very welcoming and polite. Only a message away if needed. It really felt like a home from home. We will definitely be booking again! Nothing to dislike at all.

• Donovan (10/5): Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a wander into town. - The property has amazing views and relaxing spaces to sit outside on both balconies. The location was great for us as it was away from the noise of the town but within reasonable walking distance when we wanted to eat out. It took us around 20 - 25 minutes to walk down to the promenade. There is also a large supermarket within about a 10 minute walk or a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for making the most of South Tenerife while having a home like space to enjoy your holiday privately even cook up a meal in the fantastic kitchen. host was very informative and easily contactable, providing us many local suggestions. property already has basic products so if you want to cook, clean or do your washing you wont have to go buy everything. You can walk to plenty of places but there is also great parking. Nothing, everything was absolutely fantastic.

Pool wasn't clean. Location was too steep for us.

• Tina (10/5): We loved the apartment and the host was excellent - The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for us. The little pool is a fabulous addition, in fact we didn’t even use the bigger shared pool next door. Although it was seldom busy, there was no need to leave our terrace, we simply relaxed in the sun and dipped into the pool to cool off. Pablo is an exceptional host, and from the time we booked, until we left, he was in contact and was able to give great recommendations and advice. The apartment is modern, and had everything we needed to have a chilled out stay- it really felt like a home from home experience as all the equipment that we needed was to hand and it was plentiful and in really good condition. I have stayed in other places with only minimal plates, cups etc which have been outdated, whereas here there was plenty of everything. The decor is beautiful and all appliances and internet were simple to set up and use. It is one of the best apartments I have stayed in, and without doubt one of the best hosts. Nothing about the apartment, it was only the location that was difficult for us. We wanted to go to Tenerife to practise speaking in Spanish but as the apartment is situated in quite a big tourist area everyone spoke English. It’s quite a walk into town ( well back up it seems quite a hike ) and the town itself was not really our cup of tea. However that’s purely personal and what was really convenient was having the big supermarket where we could buy fresh fish every day. We hired a car and went into the small villages and towns in the surrounding hills to get a truer flavour of the island. Would highly recommend doing the same as car hire is cheap and the autopistas are easy to drive. The real bonus being that you then get to go back to the beautiful apartment (via the supermarket for provisions) and take a sunset swim and enjoy a sundowner on the terrace.

The apartment is gorgeous with beautiful views and gorgeous balcony’s with plants galore. It’s quite a walk back up the hill from the beach but easy with a car or good for exercise!! Pablo gave us lots of restaurant advice which was great. We will be back thank you :)
• Nikolas (10/5): Perfect huge quiet apartment with fantastic views and welcoming friendly host - Exceptional apartment, with a lot of space, tastefully decorated, pool, terrace with a fantastic view, all appliances needed, three bathrooms (two showers and a hot tub), balcony at the master bedroom. In a quiet private complex of houses/apartments, so a really nice base for a vacation - almost too nice to leave the house on some sunny afternoons spent on the terrace or watching the sunset :) Pablo was a very good host, very friendly and welcoming, could not have been better, very easy check-in and check-out, super flexible, and thanks again for your advice. Can’t recommend it enough! One thing to note is that there are two queen-size beds in the two bedrooms suitable for couples, but the sofa-bed in the living room is really a non-extendable sofa/couch with cushions instead of a mattress, which may not be suitable for a very tall or large person to sleep on. We managed to make it work, but just a note for future groups.
• Neil (10/5): Perfect relaxing villa a pleasure to sit outside in a very well thought out space to relax & chill - Our host Pablo was brilliant explaining the Villa and all appliances even made a stunning coffee From coffee machine for us very helpful in settling us in for our stay we would highly recommend this villa most of our stay was spent relaxing in an amazing outside patio the arranged potted palms added a tranquility which was perfect we look forward to returning
• Laura (10/5): Amazing stay in an amazing private pool house - Lovely stay, Pablo was super helpful! The house is very well equipped and any queries were answered quickly! Short but steep walk to the bars/restaurants but taxis were readily available as Pablo provided us with a number of a local taxi firm. We also had access to a communal pool located virtually outside the Villa which was amazing. The only small issue we found, was that the shower downstairs didn’t heat as well as the bathrooms upstairs no matter how long we ran the water.
• Abdul (10/5): Memorable happy holidays, fantastic apartment with private pool. - Host Pablo was exceptional, he knows how to look after the guests, excellent location, views were amazing, very nice and clean, interior designing is well thought off, bring sea in to the apartment. Well equipped, modern kitchen. Best of all was the cute indoor private pool,my three boys and wife loved it. There is also a big community pool just outside the apartment. Pablo communicated immediately after booking and received us well. He also guided us regarding local authentic places to visit and eat fresh food, which was helpful. We had a great time. We want to come again. None, only one suggestion is the second bedroom can get warm, we needed a table fan, which Pablo and Anita provided after we requested.
