• Joanna (7/5): 3 day trip to the beauty of the North. - The agents during this booking were fast, efficient and highly responsive. I very much look forward to being hosted by them again in one pf their South Island properties too. Ocean properties are a team committed to superb standards & coupled with the privacy of an independant let this was fabulous. Leaving the Island to come home.

• Martin (4/5): Traumhafte Aussicht ….. aber viele Kritikpunkte - Toller Blick, große Terrasse Wir waren ab Mitte Februar 2026 für 14 Tage in diesem Apartment. Die Begeisterung für den tollen Blick (Orotavatal, Teide, Puerto Cruz und das Meer) war schnell vorbei. Insgesamt 62, zum Teil sehr hohe Treppenstufen führen hinauf zum Apartment. Das ist für ältere Personen mit schwerem Gepäck kaum zu meistern. Anfangs ließen sich die 3 großen Glasschiebetüren nicht abschließen, so daß die Wohnung offen stand. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde das wenige Tage später behoben. Das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer rochen feucht und muffig. In beiden Räumen blätterte von der Decke auch Putz und Farbe ab. Morgens waren im Wohnzimmer alle Scheiben komplett beschlagen und naß. Der vorhandene kleine uralte Heizlüfter (das sollte wohl die in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Heizung sein) konnte das nicht schaffen bei Nachttemperaturen von 12-14 Grad. Ein weiterer kleiner Heizlüfter wurde uns später zur Verfügung gestellt. Aber das reicht natürlich nicht aus, um eine 167qm große Wohnung zu beheizen. Im Schlafzimmer zeigte sich am Fenster rundherum Schimmel. Eine ausreichende Belüftung des Schlafzimmers war aufgrund eines fehlenden Insektenschutzgitters nicht möglich. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette werden in den dahinter liegenden Hausflur (nicht zugänglich) entlüftet. Ungeziefer kommt an der Eingangstür in die Wohnung, weil unter der Tür an einer Seite durch den schiefen Boden ein großer Spalt ist und so keine Abdichtung gegeben ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis paßt überhaupt nicht. „ Another Day in Paradies“ sieht anders aus.
• Jakub (7/5): The accommodation has an amazing view; unfortunately, there is more than one drawback. - Beautiful view and a spacious, airy living area. There are ongoing construction works in the building, which means noise during the day. The electrical system in the property appears to be underpowered – running more than one appliance at the same time (for example heating and lights) can cause issues. The hot water boiler is also insufficient and does not provide enough hot water.
• Mariusz (10/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. - Die Lage ist traumhaft; allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist die Anmietung dieser Wohnung wert. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist überaus nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben 16 Tage dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir jemals wieder Urlaub auf Teneriffa machen, werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
• elton (3/5): Lovely property which could be fabulous with a few extras and a small revamp in bedroom and bathroom - Amazing views and amazing property especially main room and terrace We had large mice or small rat infestation May have been due to maintenance and garden work , but they were aggressive and I was bitten in bed, power cut while cooking and fuse box wasn’t in property , 2 inch gap under front door where all the wild life was coming in and out ,pneumatic drills for 1 day we just went out after that , no dish clothes or tea towels which was strange.

• Mircea (10/5): Amazing location and experience - We only rented the main apartment so I'll only comment on that. The view is just like in the pictures, really breathtaking. That living room is simply amazing with the huge windows and open space. The kitchen was really well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It's a perfect destination for a couple. Lounging on the sunbeds in the terrace taking in the views is something I still think about While not in the city, there are several restaurants and shops 5 minutes away by walking. A rental car is recommended although there's a bus station just in front of the property. The owner lives nearby and he's really friendly and helpful. Checking in was very simple, we just arrived at the property and followed the instructions from the message we received, everything was already prepared. Overall one of the best places I've ever stayed in The bathroom sometimes had a damp smell
• Anna (8/5): Relaxing meditating views in a nice home. - Very clean, beautiful view, relaxing. The company took care and was attentive and solved some problems very quickly. At the end when leaving I wrote a note, like „ we’re leaving, everything is fine, thank you.“ I’ve never got an answer. That never happened before and after. Even in pure business situations you always answer to such phrases and are polite. As this wasn’t the case and I care, I didn’t felt welcomed by the company which is taking care:(
• Dagmara (9/5): Superb - Apartment is amazing. Modern, spacious and clean. The view from the terrace Was amazing! The online reason why I did not put 10 Was because The description of the flat Was not precised. Second room is separate, downstairs with lower standard than the main apartment. Keys had to be picked up from the office in Puerta de Cruz, communication and directions were clear. I will come back! Second bedroom downstairs
• Marcin (10/5): A beautiful and calm place to relax with a gorgeous view! - Gorgeous view! The apartment is very modern and spacious. It has a beautiful view of Puerto de la Cruz and El Teide. The kitchen is very well equipped. I can't say anything bad about this apartment. Everything is perfect. The apartment owner who lives next door is very helpful and nice. It was a great pleasure to meet him. Everything was good.
• Tudor (7/5): Very nice accomodation, mediocre administration of the property - Gorgeous view and terrace Difficult check in and overall communication with the Ocean Rental staff. Lack of proper kitchen and barbecue utensils, although most were provided after our request. Stiff mattress in the room below. Lack of hot water after aprox. 5-10 min of use.
