- Alan (10/5): An affordable apartment in the District 1 HCMC. Easy to get around. - Good location. Beautiful view of HCMC. Has a balcony which you can watch the sunrise. Great facilities provided by host Jayden. A pleasure to deal with and very accomodating. Allowed us to check out late and also provide luggage storage until our flight. Thank you Jayden. No convenience store close by. There is one down the road, which is a short walk.

Man konnte entweder zu Fuß alles erreichen oder mit der Grab-App sich jederzeit ein Taxi buchen und abgeholt werden. Der Gastgeber Jayden konnte uns stets jederzeit helfen, falls was gebraucht wurde. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Küchen-Ausstattung könnte man ausbauen aber nagut ich war immer draußen essen.

- Ngoc Anh (9/5): Very nice and good value apartment. - The property manager Jaden is nice, polite and very responsive. The location of the property is very good to access to different sites . The apartment is very large with all the necessary kitchen utilities plus a washing machine for a comfortable stay . The bathroom is the old design: no shower door and the sofa shows sign of age, should be replaced soon.

Was inconvenient to have to message and wait for host Jayden to read his what’s app messages so we could drop bags off before room ready, then get keys to go in on checking time and then pay. Host Jayden was rude, called me names and got angry when I said I would t pay full for the dirty room that I didn’t book. The rooms on booking.com are nicer. This room had washed dishes drying all over bench, ugly old furniture, aircon in bedroom didn’t work and neither did shower which we didn’t realise until late at bedtime. Next morning loud construction next door woke us up. Room was 3,495,000. I paid 3,000,000. He told booking.com we never stayed!! I have photo and video proof

- pietro (8/5): - nice location. spacious apartment with 2 rooms . lots of restaurants and bars around. sightseeings at walking distance. apartment and building are a little outdated. the front desk staff at the entrance of the building (not linked with apartment or owner) were quite rude and unhelpful

Walking distance from everything The bathrooms were a bit dated, it didn’t feel as clean,towels had marks, there was hair in one of the rooms on the bed. No toilet roll holder to keep the roll. Nothing very major but numerous small things that made the stay a little less comfortable.

- Rajesh Harishchandra (9/5): The stay was extremely comfortable and undisturbed. - We checked out on time but since our flight was in the evening so we wanted to keep our luggage for a little beyond the check-out time. The host was gracious enough to accommodate out request. We wanted to use the washroom when we returned to pick up our luggage but could not do that. We had to wait till we reached the airport for using the washroom.

- Yobin (10/5): Exceptional location - The location especially was excellent. The apartment style living space was exactly what we were looking for. The check in and check out process was quite seamless too. Amenities like a laundry machine was available in the apartment.

- Van (9/5): Central Location in District 1 - Nice Host - Deluxe apartment with fantastic city view. Convenient location. Right in the central of District 1. Very close to all famous attractions like Nguyen Hue Boulevard, Vincom Mall, Saigon Center, and some historical sites like Independent Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, etc.... Each apartment could only have one key which made it very inconvenient for group travel. We rented a deluxe 3-bedroom apartment for 7 nights. There were 5 of us. So, every time someone needed to go out separately from the group, that person could not have a key. In addition, even though the bathrooms were functioning but very old and needed to be upgraded.

- Kamila (8/5): Хорошо, но не великолепно - Большие апартаменты в центре города с прекрасным видом из окна. Хозяин был всегда на связи, отзывчивый и вежливый. Никаких проблем при заезде-выезде не возникло. Площадь апартаментов большая, три отдельных спальни, мастер санузел и общий санузел, огромный балкон. Мебели достаточно. Матрас и подушки удобные. Кондиционеры работали. В апартаментах нет того лоска, что на фото. Уборка могла бы быть лучше, а то всё какое-то заляпанное. Если улучшить клининг и устранить мелкие поломки, впечатление будет гораздо лучше
- Anthony (1/5): - The room that was assigned to me was not up to standard. There was mould on the bathroom shower curtains, loose hairs on the wall. The main shower directly leaked outside the shower under the sink, which was be design. There were very large noticeable stains on the the couch, the bedroom fan didn’t work unless the main lights were also left on, the wifi didn’t work, there was no room on the balcony as all the space was taken by the A/C units and random furniture.
- Jennifer (4/5): Stay away from this place - It is really rundown, we were so very disappointed by the state of the apartment!! AIR conditioning is dripping so we had to put a bucket there, heavy filth and dust layer under the bed, bugs live on the walls, rusty pipes and rotting wood. The owner has not invested anything in the property for many years and doesn’t care about hygiene, in every corner there is something to be fixed. The pictures that advertise this building are very very old!! We really REGRETTED booking this place. Furthermore, the agent Jayden is a bit cold and rude, not the friendly Asian welcome that you are used to.

- hadas (10/5): - נמצא במקום מאד מרכזי בעיר. הרבה מסעדות טובות בסביבה. רוב הזמן היה שקט בדירה יחסית למיקום. הדירה מאפשרת גם לאכול במקום למי שזה רלוונטי לו. שני חדרי שינה נוחים סלון מטבח ופינת אוכל מפנקים. היה לנו רק מפתח אחד לדירה ולעיתים היינו צריכים להתפצל

- Suman (9/5): Very nice place to book if staying with friends - The location is pretty good, the place is nice and cosy and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was pretty good. The host was very responsive. We really enjoyed our time at the accommodation. It would be nice if the place would be cleaned on a daily basis or once in two days atleast (but we were aware about the cleaning days during our stay so we managed). The entry to the building (the lobby) looks a bit sad but the apartment is pretty good no doubt. The place looks a bit bigger in the pics and I found it a little smaller in size but this was not at all a deal breaker for us.

It was clean and comfortable, Jayden was very helpful to accomodate early check-in for us. Bathrooms are a little dated and could use some updating. Difficult to get around if you are travelling in a family as there is only one access key.
