• jürgen (5/5): Muss mal renoviert werden - Lage war ok Der Geruch aus der Kanalisation war wirklich eine Zumutung. Das muss man doch beheben können. Das Zimmer war zwar optisch auf den ersten Blick ok aber beim genauen hinsehen fängt es schon an zu bröckeln.
• Richard (7/5): Correct stufio for a short stay - - Studio was correct - Digital key was handy (directly from the phone) - Bed was like a camping bed, very small, shaky and uncomfortable. Not easy to sleep at 2 people in the bed. I slept on the sofa bed and my husband in the bed haha. (Sofa bed was stronger and more confortable than the bed..) -FYI one side of the building is on the street, and the other side is the start of huge construction site right in front. We were on the contruction site side,we mostly stayed on the weekend so it was ok. Otherwise note that it starts around 7am or so. - Not major but there was no bare minimum condiment like salt or olive oil which would have been nice to have.

• Ayham (10/5): - We had a great stay at ALMA Suites in Valencia The apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable and exactly as described. Even though everything was handled online, the communication and service were excellent. The team always replied very quickly, professionally and helped directly with every question or request. The check-in and check-out process was very practical, simple and completely uncomplicated, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. The location was also excellent — close to the beach and with everything you need nearby. At the end of the street there is even a 24/7 supermarket, which was extremely helpful whenever we needed something quickly. There are also many restaurants, cafés and shopping options around the area, so everything is very convenient. Overall, the service was top quality and we really felt welcome during our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Valencia and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for everything

• RAUL (7/5): Bien, pero ya que es un apartamento se podía facilitar más su uso. - La terraza Hay que depositar una fianza de 150 euros, algo poco usual hoy en día. El apartamento tiene lo básico, casi con la idea que no lo uses. Ni un poquito de sal, azúcar, una cafetera de cápsulas que dejan 2 cápsulas para 2 días, eché de menos una cafetera tradicional. Si vas con la idea de desayunar llévate todo todo En la TV no se pueden ver los canales tradicionales salvo que seas un experto y te descargues una aplicación en móvil y te conectes vía móvil
• Elena (10/5): Bonito y confortable - La suite superó nuestras expectativas. El apartamento es grande, modern amueblado y decorado con muy buen gusto, limpio y confortable. La ubicación nos permitió ir andando hasta la Ciudad de las Ciencias y los Jardines de Turia. La calidad del alojamiento es net superior a la de una habitación de hotel. Cada vez que visitaremos Valencia, vamos a buscar lo primero la disponibilidad de alojarnos en Demetrio by Alma. Hay pequeños desperfectos en la cocina (el fregadero atascado y el cubo de la basura roto), pero seguro que es de fácil solución.

Poczucie bezpieczeństwa w mieszkaniu, dobrze zabezpieczony apartament ze świetnie działającymi sprzętami, taras jako powiększenie pokoju dawał poczucie dużo większego mieszkania. Idealny dla 2 osób. Problemem ogólnym, nie tylko tego apartamentu, a raczej regionu jest brzydki zapach z rur/ścieków/stęchlizna - najlepiej, jakby wietrzyć mieszkanie 24/7, to raczej wskazówka niż coś do przyczepiona sie, tak po prostu tam bywa.

They were kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to help in different situations, which made a big difference for us. • Iris (9/5): Fijne tijd gehad in perfecte studio. - Het licht in het appartement, veel ramen, de netheid, de TV waarmee je makkelijk op Youtube kan voor een sfeermuziekje, de ligging van de studio, de ventilator boven het bed, heerlijk bed, heerlijke douche. Gewoon een mooie en praktische studio. Ik miste een snijplank en een scherp mes in de keuken en misschien wat meer borden en bestek zodat je de vaatwasser niet zo vaak moest aanzetten. Dit zijn details, de studio was perfect voor m'n dochter en mezelf.
• Cristina (4/5): En resumen, muy bonito en las fotos por la decoración y demás pero creo que hay cosas muy básicas como unas buenas almoh - Me gustó mucho lo rápido que te atienden aunque sea todo hibrido pero no falló nada para abrir el apartamento sin problema. La verdad que al llegar a la planta de nuestro alojamiento olía muy bien. Nos dejaron entrar media hora antes y salir media hora más tarde sin coste ninguno y sin poner pegas. Sin duda para mi, una de las cosas que son muy importantes en un alojamiento son las almohadas y eran demasiado incómodas imposible para dormir bien…tuvimos que poner los cojines del sofá pero era demasiado alto, la verdad que eso hizo que no fuera una buena estancia….nos levantamos con dolor de cuello… Otro punto a mejorar, la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, no quise usarlo y en el baño se salía en agua de la manguera de la ducha… Por último, comentar que no nos sentó bien que nos cambiaran de opinión cuando acordamos que llegaríamos antes y pagarlo y al día siguiente nos dicen que ya había un cliente que salía más tarde. Mi opinión fue que ese cliente para salir más tarde tenía que pagar mas que nosotros por entrar antes y prefirieron elegir la opción de ganar más dinero. Después de decirnos que no podíamos que les disculpáramos nos dicen que las maletas las podemos dejar allí y encima pagando tambien más…ya que teníamos un evento justo a la hora que nos dejaban entrar y no teníamos donde dejarlas, creo que una vez dices que si a un cliente y se organiza tienes que asumir las consecuencias i am menos darle una opción sin pagar…a mi me dijeron que en vez de 8€ por dejarlas diera 5€…Eso no nos gustó.
• Marcos (7/5): Aceptable, podría repetir. - Estaba todo bastante nuevo, el acceso a través del móvil muy cómodo, el baño muy bien, el apartamento muy luminoso y espacioso, etc. Nos dejaron un bebedero para la perrita y chuches y juguetes. El sofá un poco sucio, la cafetera no funcionaba y la puerta corredera de la habitación estaba rota. Además el hecho de tener que aportar fianza me parece un punto en contra.

• Diletta (8/5): - Appartamento stupendo, spazioso e luminoso. Moderno ed elegante. Abbiamo passato un weekend a Valencia e soggiornare qui è stata decisamente la scelta giusta. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, anche se la signora delle pulizie è entrata in camera mezz'ora prima dell'orario di check out. La struttura offre inoltre un servizio locker per lasciare le valigie. Il letto. Per una struttura così ben curata e moderna, visto anche il prezzo, ci aspettavamo un letto discretamente comodo. E' stato il motivo per cui ho dato 8 e non 10 alla recensione. Era veramente scomodo, cigolava continuamente e ogni volta cambiare lato o muoversi leggermente diventava un problema. Nella parte superiore del supporto aveva delle rotelle, le quali si spostavano ad ogni nostro movimento. Materasso a molle antico e scomodissimo. Cuscini sottilissimi, era come non usarli. Veramente un gran peccato

• Alejandra (4/5): Nos decepcionó. Precio elevado. - La ubicación con respecto al paseo marítimo y a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Con recto a la calle, es solitaria y por la noche insegura. Éramos tres. Teníamos solo una cama y luego el sofá cama. Muy incómodo este último. Hemos visto con mucho dolor de espalda. Deberían decir con antelación que ha obras cercanas y bajar el precio, ya que no son condiciones para el descanso. Aunque esto sea ajeno a la empresa, ya hay que ser transparente con la situación y que el cliente elija con antelación si le merece la pena estar con ruidos de obras por la mañana y al mediodía. El baño tenía muy mal olor.

• Róbert (6/5): Big and modern but NOT PRACTICAL. - The apartment is spacy and there is enough of light (big windows). Comfort beds and pillows. No direct and personal contact with the stuff and the service-provider. Everything is communicated via Whatssapp and takes dozens of messages, it slows down everything. Too much of the service is EXTRA CHARGED (luggage room, early check-in, late check-out, coffe filling for the coffe-machine…) — things that are normally included. The place seems very modern, but facilities are reconstructed very cheapily. There are many things that already start not to work: lights, roller blinds and before all the AC system. (The heating did nor work properly. It was March and it was 15 degrees outside, so I needed heating, but it was not possible to leave it running constantly. The system always turned off completely after reaching the set up temperature. I always set it up before going to bed, but than woke up in the middle of the night because the room was cold again as the temperature dropped after it went off and I had to turn it on again. It took them 3 days to repair it, but it did not work totally right eventually anyway.) And there is no sound isolation on the windows or walls so there is car-noise during both in the night and morning, it is hard to sleep.

• Martine (8/5): Nice and comfortable apartment - The apartment was large and comfortable Quite central in that neighborhood, not too far from the beach and restaurants The people in charge (that I actually never met...) were quite nice when I became sick and had to stay longer. The system to enter is terrible... They give you two codes to use with your phone: one for the door downstairs and another one for the apartment but these codes failed miserably almost everyday and I had to ask for new ones many times. Very annoying. Also some guy got my code one day and entered in my apartment!!! Good that I was just seating on the couch and not under the shower!!! The area is s bit iffy at night with some guys talking very loudly in the space in front of the door downstairs. They were not clients and it felt desagreable.
