• Zoltán (10/5): - Első osztályú elhelyezkedés. Jó közlekedés és sok látnivaló a közelben. Szupermarketek és éttermek a szomszédságában. Szép épület és szoba. Közös konyha. Az előszobában volt egy külön ágy a gyereknek. Csak vállfás szekrény volt, egy polcos is hasznos lett volna. A konyhában sajnos limitált a felszerelés (nincs mikró és kés sem)

• Guest (8/5): Romada huzurlu bir konaklama - Vatikan bölgesinde sessiz güvenli bir konumdaydı. Kahve, çay vb. bir sürü imkan vardı. Çok temizdi her gün temizlendi odamız. En sıkıntılı yer duştu, duşta bir kapı olmadığı için su sürekli taşıyordu dikkat etmeniz gerekiyor duş alırken. Odalarda minibar var fakat o kadar gürültülü çalışıyorki geceleri fişten çekmemiz gerekti.
• Chloé (9/5): Excellent séjour ! Merci - Très bon séjour chez Andrea, la chambre est fonctionnelle et l’emplacement est idéal dans Rome. Le bruit extérieur de la rue ne s’entend pas à l’intérieur. Les explications pour arriver jusqu’au logement sont très claires. La douche mériterait un petit coup de propre au niveau des joints et le dessous du lit un petit coup d’aspirateur.
• Heribert (9/5): - Ideale Lage um Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants und typische Cafés in der Nähe und trotzdem nicht zu überlaufen.
• Jean-Paul (7/5): Mal débuté, mais finalement ce n'était pas si mal - L'emplacement est excellent, l'immeuble est magnifique, cela étant attention, c'est une chambre dans un appartement commun. Peu d'intimité. Finalement, malgré quelques déconvenues, c'était pas trop mal, mais nous aurions aimé savoir à quoi nous attendre. C'est particulièrement propre, bien entretenu chaque jour. Le lit est très confort. Pour ce que nous classons en 3 étoiles, il est bon. La présentation de booking qui intègre cette chambre transformée en hôtel, un airbnb amélioré, dans les classements d'hôtel est carrément trompeur. Compte tenu des plaintes des hôteliers européens, ça n'a fait que confirmer notre mise à l'écart de ce site. Cette chambre n'a rien à faire dans les choix "hôtel" c'est de la tromperie, et c'est à booking que nous en voulons. Du coup les 4 étoiles ne sont pas méritées par rapport à un hôtel, la chambre est un 3 étoiles, ce qui est déjà pas mal, mais certainement pas 4. L'emplacement n'est pas mal effectivement mais on ne se couche pas sur le trottoir et on ne se lave pas dans les caniveaux, tout proches soient-ils du Vatican ! La chambre doit rester le premier critère de qualité ! Pour une telle chambre, il est anormal d'être réveillé par les camions poubelles, parce-qu'il n'y a pas de double vitrage....On entend tous les bruits de la rue. La salle de bain est assez petite et de type motel américain pas plus. Par ailleurs, il y'a quelques dysfonctionnements, en particulier une inondation dans la salle de bain à chaque fois qu'on prend la douche.

• Shafaq (6/5): The room was nice, the staff was fantastic but the room can use a bit more maintenance - The staff was fantastic and were very helpfull. The customer service very good. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady did a great job. A cupboard with doors for the cloths, a bigger table to work in the room, a comfortable chair for the table and a fridge that does not make alot of sound.

• Toshko (10/5): Great location, quiet and very clean. - The location is perfect close to everything but at the same time on more quiet street. The rooms are very clean and cleaned daily. The check-in process is very easy. There are a lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, though the cleanliness could use some improvements. We encountered a minor issue with a water leak from a neighbor's bathroom. The host made a considerable effort to accommodate us, by changing our room and offering a breakfast voucher, which we greatly appreciated

• Omolara (8/5): Amazing staff and great location - The room was clean, smaller than I imagined the pictures but good overall. The staff were AMAZING. Andrea was very supportive when we arrived till we got to the hotel and Yudy helped with checking us in. They were both wonderful and made the stay comfortable with no issues at all. The location was great, easy to navigate the city and had good restaurants at walking distance. Andrea helping with a taxi at 1am when we were checking out was the cherry on top. I will save more money to get myself a bigger room 🙂

Quiet and convenient neighborhood with nearby restaurants and markets, with reasonable walking distance to most attractions. Providing a microwave in the kitchenette would be helpful for some guests.
• Anamaria (9/5): Nice place to stay in Rome - A very nice stay, the room was clean and cozy, and the area was quiet and nice. The location is very close to Saint Angelo Castle and Vatican. The metro station Lepanto is about 5 min walking. There are 2 small supermarkets near the the apartment and the street is very nice, with some cafes. Gelatteria Latte di Neve, with local icecream, is very close. The temperature in the room was low, and it was cold, but we called Andrea, and the problem was solved quite quickly. The breakfast is actually composed by 1 coffee, 1 croissant and 1 bottle of juice at the cafe downstairs... so you shouldn't expect for a more consistent breakfast...
• Fardin (8/5): Very good - Best location, big clean room with windows. Very nice staff It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t sleep well on either night due to the cold. The room temperature was quite low, making it uncomfortable. The staff explained that, according to municipal regulations, they were unable to turn on the heating before November 15. They did turn on the ventilation system, which helped a bit during the day, but it was turned off again at night. For me, this was a missed opportunity to make the room perfect. As a result, I would not choose to stay here again during the winter months.

• Leticia (10/5): Wonderful! - The place is superb! The rooms is really nice and comfortable. Full of nice details. The building is beautiful and safe, and the locations is wonderful. Close enough to walk to the Vatican or city centre but with a great array of buses and metro around, and surrounded by Great restaurants, shops and cafes. There’s nothing we didn’t like.
• Niall (9/5): Andrea was a great host and communicator. Any questions or guidance they were very helpful in assisting. We loved the ar - The location is really good as it’s not on a busy main road. It was clean and convenient for access to central Rome and local public transport. There are some steps to navigate to get to the room so be mindful of this if you’re carrying a lot of luggage or you have some disabilities or injuries.

• Kamila (9/5): Superb - Really great room, in a great location, you can visit the whole city on foot! There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and two shops opposite. Really good place! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Possibility of making coffee in the hall The air conditioning, which turned off and the room was too warm when it was almost 40C outside. Unfortunately, this made the stay in the room often uncomfortable. Wifi wouldn't work in the living/sleeping room and I often had to go out to the hall to use the internet freely

Everything was amazing, from the strategic position in the city to the luxurious amenities, the bathtub and the beautiful building, the rooms were spotless and the owner was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Definitely recommend!
• Erkkip (8/5): The basics in a superb area - The location is really perfect to discover Rome and very suitable for first timers visiting Vatican as it's 15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood has really plenty to offer, bars, restaurants and is very safe. The room is big and very clean, comfortable bed. The centralised air conditioning is very poor and not operating as it should. There's a fan in the room but it's not very efficient so it feels very hot. The windows aren't well insulated so you'll hear noise from the street but the location is not noisy. The TV doesn't work as it's not connected to satellite or antenna.

• Magdalena (7/5): Good - The place is in a very good location, close to the metro, train and bus stops. Easy to find and in a very safe and pleasant area. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable, and there are necessary addings for you to use. It has a common area with a kettle and coffee machine. There are lovely local cafeterias all around this neighbourhood, so perfect for breakfast. You should be aware of a couple of things before booking that room, which I believe will make your choice more informed. The place has modern style, which is a very nice looking but for some may not be very functional. It's fully open space, where the bathroom is divided from your bed only by a half glass wall. So, if you wish privacy while using the bathroom, it's difficult to do so. Rome has an obligatory city tax/tourist tax that needs to be paid per each night of your stay. So for us, it was an extra 24€=6€ per night per person. While I was booking the room throughout booking.com, it was said "all extra cost and taxes included." And then the last evening of our stay, we got a reminder message about 24€ tax in cash that needs to be left in the room. I believe it wasn't well communicated and very misleading. It should be very clearly stated during the booking process. We were lucky as we only stayed two nights, but I can imagine someone's disappointment if they were staying more nights. It can be quite a big extra cost. The air conditioning is centralised in that building, which means it's not possible to regulate it to your needs or switch it off. For us it was too cold at some stage and it was impossible to change it. TV wasn't working for us.

• Diana (10/5): A comfortable & conveniently positioned room near restaurants, a minimart, cafes and Vatican City. - The room was clean, large and located in a beautiful, historic building. Also, Andrea (the host) was friendly, professional and easy to contact. He was also accommodating with holding our luggage after check-out while we went sightseeing. We couldn't use the bathroom after check-out as the cleaning staff said that it was already cleaned for other guests.

Also very quiet.. we met the owner who was very helpful and kind, he also messaged during our stay to see if we needed anything which was lovely. The room is a great size for 3 people to stay in. The room has everything you need, iron/fan/bath towels, room was cleaned each day which was great. Very happy stay and I will return. 10/10. We were only a 2 minute walk from the bus stop (one block) and 5 minutes to the metro..... a small shop over the road and cafes and restaurants in Easy reach. We found it a great location for us to travel to the vatican city and colosseum on the metro and bus which was very quick. Ideal if you want to explore Rome and also enjoy the peace at night. The photos match the property perfectly. There was even a local map in the communal area. Nice little touches added.

• Irina (10/5): Totally recommend - Two most important things for me: 1. Communication between us and the owner of this property. It was very easy, always helpful, and also individual approach. 2. The location was brilliant. We never used a public transport. It was walkable to everywhere. I totally recommend this property, because this is the best option for value for money. This may be important for those who are sensitive to the sounds of the city at night. It's better to take earplugs with you. However, this did not bother us at all, but maybe it will be useful for someone to know in advance.
