Carlos de limpieza y mantenimiento lo vimos el último día y es muy agradable. El gestor del alojamiento nos puso en contacto con Fabrizio que nos recogió del aeropuerto a un precio correcto más aún siendo horario de noche Había un temporizador o extractor que saltaba y se escuchaba ruido por la noche de algún aparato. No del exterior. La ubicación, un poco lejos el centro. Hay un metro cerca y a pie a unos 15 minutos de la Plaza del Vaticano. La llegada al ser de noche fue un poco liosa pero llamamos y lo solucionaron

• Gabriela (4/5): - Location was ok, walkable to the vatican which was useful to us, we only stayed here for our last two nights of our trip back from florence as we wanted to see the vatican The apartment had three rooms with a shared hall, We were able to pick a room out of rooms 1 and 2 and we picked number 2, unfortunately this room was not well managed , the paint on the bathroom ceiling was chipping constantly and falling down on our towels and clothes , the shower-head was black (maybe mould or limescale) and the shower-head holder was broken so the shower-head was hanging. And there was no iron in the bedroom.

• ANA PRISCILLA (10/5): - Quarto muito confortável, equipe solícita e próximo ao ponto de ônibus, porém como é um pouco mais distante, é bom se programar pra levar entre meia hora e 50 min de transporte público até os principais pontos turísticos. Mas amamos a estadia!

• Ruby Ann (10/5): very comfortable stay and good value for money - the accomodation is really nice picturesd dont fo justice. the bed was really comfortable and host is easy to communicate with. itd just 10-12min walk st peters basilca. there is also a mini mart across the street. just the toilet i guess needs updating its bit outdated and lights was dark.

• Katsiaryna (10/5): Great stay near the Vatican City - The localisation of the apartment was great near the Vatican City. We had cleaning every day, in the apartment we found everything we need: coffee, tea, AC and Netflix. The host was very nice. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and of course we will back here next time.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and spacious. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The location’s great, it’s close to the Vatican and the metro and bus stations are not far either.
• Aleksandra (7/5): Good - The neighbourhood was nice and there was public transport stations nearby. The staff was nice. The room was clean. Very few facilities. Some small table could help. The cleaning service comes every day but they don't provide shampoo and toilet paper if missing. What was a bit weird when we arrived we found out that the rooms are part of one big appartment, which might disturb privacy.
• Marta (6/5): Fine for a short stay - Location. Prati is full of good food, close to the metro and other transportation options. Around 15min to Basilica. Possibility to leave the luggage until the flight, even after the check out. The bathroom hygiene leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately on a ceiling there was a mold. The facade is still under renovation, so it's hard to predict the weather, or just have a bit of sun light.

• Madelaine (9/5): Comfortable stay in a prime location - It was conveniently located near the Vatican, in a quiet area, has a nearby grocery, lots of good restaurants and public transport access is a few meters away. The check-in was a breeze, the room is clean and spacious, pleasantly surprised that there’s a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

• Jovana (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is very good, there are a lot of nice places to eat. Also the supermarket is just across the street. Good connection to the city, since the metro Ottaviano is near. I realised this is also a very good location if you are coming from Fiumicino airport, you would only need 25 minutes if you take the shuttle bus to Aurelia and then the Freenow taxi. I also appreciate the housekeeping, because they clean your room every day. The room is not sound proof, I could hear conversations from the apartment above. Although I had a nice rest, I prefer a firm mattress and this one was just a little bit softer. This is probably just temporary, but the building is under some kind of construction so my balcony was covered with a cloth of the working space and not much light could come in.

Its location is convenient, within walking distance of the Vatican and other major attractions. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and clean, with daily cleaning and coffee replenished each day, ensuring a comfortable stay. The reception guy is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome. The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved, but this is a relatively minor point.
• Dora (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and just like in the photos. I loved the decorations and the staff was really nice and helpful. The location is great, close to the Vatican and close to a metro station so it was very easy getting around the city. I absolutely loved the room and the whole theme. The reception and hallway is filled with posters from movies and its really cute. I loved that they offer you wine glasses and there was a wine opener in the hallway that you can use. Also the television is a smart TV and we were able to connect to our Netflix account. I definitely recommend.

The staff was nice and the location was very good. - It was clean and cozy, there was a coffee machine and tea, and water in the fridge. A little noisy (neighbours and outside) and for some reason was charged 24€ city tax instead of 22€

No shower , no sleep

It also hard to find - we were lucky as our taxi man helped find it but would struggle on arrival if we had arrived by tube as he hadn’t been there to show us
• Alexandra (8/5): Nice and cozy - The stay was lovely, smooth check-in and check-out. It was pretty easy to find the enterance. You'll see a yard with the number 25 next to the gate, just enter and then you can ring the exact apartment. The yard is across the street from the supermarket, you can't miss it. We had everything we needed, hair dryer, hand soap, body wash, even a coffee machine. Strong WiFi. Good water pressure. The room was exactly as in pictures, we had the room (and bathroom) with Batman pictures. I have only 2 complaints and a note to make. The note is about the mini fridge, if you're a light sleeper you might find it kinda noisy - I had no issue with it, I was really glad it was there. My 2 complaints are: 1. please invest a little more in towels 2. Please buy proper duvet sheets, it's not practical nor comfortable to use normal bed sheets (one under it and one above it) as they will slip to the side the minute you move.

• Reza (7/5): Good - Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, far from the bustling nightlife of Rome's city center. The friendly staff provides excellent assistance during check-in. The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Unfortunately, during my stay in August 2024, the building's facade was under renovation, and the entire exterior was covered with scaffolding and tarps, completely obstructing the view from the windows.
• Mary (9/5): For a short city trip, this accommodation is recommended. Very close to famous tourist attraction and just walking dista - The cleanliness, location, staff. Carlos was really nice. The water from the shower suddenly changes temperature. No place to put stuff (soap shampoo) inside the bathroom while taking shower. I requested for a romantic package but it was done in a different room. However, it was okay because we still stayed in the right room.

• Anoop (8/5): Great, convenient location - Great location at a 10-min walk from the Vatican and 4-8 min walk from Bus station and Metro. The room was as seen in photos and it was a comfy stay. Once checked-in, it’s fairly smooth as well. Will recommend the place despite the negatives given below. Would’ve liked a bit more support for arrival. This is an apartment in a building & there’s no sign anywhere. Even on Google Maps, you need to search for the address & not name of the property. Building had renovation going on, which wasn’t mentioned to us at any time (no noise or disturbances though, but made it difficult to find). Tried reaching the phone number given (multiple times) and no one picked up. And this was during normal daylight hours, so I wonder if it’ll be a similar response at odd hours. Finally, some other resident in the building guided us and let us in.

A very clean place which has everything one needs for a short stay. The site states that the room has a balcony . Unfortunately due to construction works there was no access to the balcony which the property did not mention in advance.
