- Dawn (1/5): Terrible - Nothing I arrived to be told I couldn’t stay here it had already been booked to a family on a private rental
- Arune (1/5): Never ever pick up this property. - - The property literally scammed and left us with nothing - without any notice in advance they took our payment and on arrival we “kissed the closed doors”. After reaching owner, he just replayed - “sorry, property is closed. We will refund.” and hanged up. Seriuosly? Refunding in that moment was the least of our concern. We had emediately to find new acommodation, and obviuosly you can imagine the last minute reservation prices on the weekend in London on Christmas time.

- Gary (8/5): Not quite as described, but comfortable bedroom. - Spacious bedroom. Includes two chairs and wardrobe space. Newly carpeted and decor, and very warm. Shared Kitchen has cups and plates and there is a kettle, cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge available. Close to various takeaways and lidles supermarket. Bus stop close by for links onto town. Nice bedroom, but: The "private bathroom" was not as described, it was a shared add on beyond the shared kitchen and sitting room. The "apartment" is a 2 bedroom shared ground floor apartment and the internal entrance door stays open for access!! However, luckily, there was not another guest staying in the other bedroom that night. The upstairs apartment is occupied and the lady came into the apartment and knocked on our bedroom door to ask us to turn down the heating, as it was too hot upstairs. There is no assumed "parking on site", unless you have a disability parking permit. There is free on street parking and other surrounding streets, if you can find a space. We had to park in another street and walk down with our bags. No WiFi, told to use mobile internet for the good smart TV dependant on connectivity. This should be resolved, as the host said it was waiting to be installed on the Monday, 1st January 2024. Was told on the phone it was a continental breakfast with coffee, meats etc. BUT, was left a loaf of white bread, box of cheapo cornflakes and Weetabix, 1/4 of used tub margarine, half carton milk and half bottle of orange juice and a yoghurt each. The tea and coffee were from the cupboard. Nice room to stay in, but be aware it's not as private as it appears.
- Katrīna (10/5): Nice, cozy place with a very helpful owner; friendly atmosphere between other travelers. - Fantastic communication with the owner, very helpful and understanding about our missed flight and late check-in. Open to communicate, told everything very clearly and in details so we wouldn’t worry. The place itself is very cosy and nice, it was clean. Also very good breakfast in friendly atmosphere with other guests, got to meet other travellers for a moment and talk with them while drinking a cup of coffee. Don’t have any negative experience about this property.
