Chauski (8/5): Расположение апартаментов достаточно хорошее. Не далеко от метро ( примерно 6 минут хотьбы) . Номер чистый , со всем нео - Номер чистый , две относительно большие кровати. Все в рабочем состоянии. Номер очень тесный. За счет малых габаритов , окон нет, кроме как выходящего на балкон.

Shoko (7/5): - 料理をするためのまな板、包丁、トング、菜箸や、お皿、カップ、マグ、お箸などフル装備で、自炊する人には最適だと思いました。部屋は限られたスペースの中に、とてもうまく冷蔵庫、机、椅子、電子レンジなどが配置されていました。炊飯器もあって、至れり尽くせりでした。隣や上下の音はどうしても響きました。あと、部屋に独特のにおいがあったように思います。臭いわけではないのですが。

m_fred (6/5): Cheap and secure, but dirty by Tokyo standards - Great price. Detailed instructions with photos sent via booking.com on how to unlock the door. Felt safe and secure. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of shade from the heat on the streets. Air con had a damp musty smell to it. Bath/shower drained very slowly and there was lots of hair under the grill that floated to the surface. Not a lot of natural light. It's a 10-15min walk to 2 different stations, slightly far but manageable.
Ethan (7/5): Cute lil apartment stay - Good variety of facilities, microwave, fridge and kitchen to cook in. Aircon worked quick and kept us nice and cool throughout the night. Windows easy to use for breeze and the balcony nice to hang laundry out, dried nicely out there. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was dirty women's sanitary items under bed from previous occupier so might need to clean rooms a bit more, missing under the bed is easy to do so didn't bother us much, also hard to find on maps.

Lorena (7/5): Overall, it’s good if you’re in a budget . Make sure to pack light because there’s no elevator an need to carry your lug - It’s cute and small . Close to public transportation and mini market. Staff was nice . Very quiet area. Check in and Check out was easy . When we arrived there was smell . Also, bugs (maybe water bugs )around the bath tub. After taking a bath the water will drain slow kind of like it was plugged. Half the time the AC wouldn’t work. The water was cold for 2 days. Was able to fix the issue after to contacting the property. I wish there was instructions on how to turn on the water heater and the AC.
Brock (6/5): Next time would probably spend a little more to get somewhere a little bit bigger and nicer. - Location was good, far enough out of the city in a more quiet and local area with plenty of convenience stores around and a local grocery mart. Bus stop which we mainly used to get to and from Shinjuku was a minute walk around the corner. Foul stench coming from the room each time we entered, think something to do with the plumbing system. The bed my wife and I slept on was uncomfortable, gave me a lower back ache the last night we stayed. The water would pool in the shower and would take overnight to drain. The room is quite cramped, we are an asian Australian family of three and not that large in stature but found the space to be small especially with luggage but that is to be expected for the price. It is also quite a walk from the local train stations, around an 11 minute hike.

Kolbi (10/5): convenient to stay - The apartment was very practical, comfortable and pretty clean. It had all the necessary facilities for a short or even long term stay. Facilities were convenient and The staff was extremely responsible. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation in the area and at the same time it was located in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in Tokyo, and there was no noise or disturbance at night, even on weekends. It is very close to the city center and many popular tourist centers are located near. You can easily go to the airport from the nearby Waseda station. In my opinion, unlocking the apartment was very different from what I had experienced in Germany or other countries. So I suggest you make a complete guide for foreign travelers, because it may be common in Tokyo or all over Japan, but it doesn't seem like it to foreigners. Please be sure to tell your guests in advance to bring a travel adapter for Japan so they can use their own electrical devices and chargers.
