• Fiona (7/5): - The hotel was very close to a train station, convenience stores, restaurants and a short walk to Ueno Park which was stunning in cherry blossom season, and close to Tokyo National Museum. The rooms were quiet, and had windows that opened for those that like fresh air. Despite being a small hotel, we always seemed to have to wait a long time for the lift.
• Hanne (7/5): Godt til prisen. - Morgenmaden var virkelig virkelig godt, til prisen. Stor variation. Dog mange mennesker (i forhold til pladsen). Super tæt på toget, og alt hvad man har brug for, fra spisesteder til indkøb. Det var træls at elevatoren var den eneste måde man kunne komme fra etage til etage. Man kunne ende med at vente op til 10 minutter før der var plads i myldretiden om morgenen. Vi kiggede endda efter trappen (som jo burde være nem at finde, hvis der kommer brænd?) men forgæves.

• Salim (5/5): Comfy - Clean hotel, friendly staff. The low rating is mainly due to one issue. I found it very unpleasant and greedy to charge 2,300 yen per hour for early check-in, even when the room is already clean and ready. The fact that early check-in is only possible if the room is ready makes this policy even more frustrating. I arrived from Osaka around 13:00 and was quite tired. The receptionist informed us that standard check-in starts at 15:00. The lobby was crowded with luggage and there was hardly any place to sit. Because of this, we decided to pay for early check-in just to be able to rest. As soon as we paid, we were checked in immediately, which clearly shows that the room had already been available. Charging per hour under these conditions feels unreasonable and is the main reason for my negative rating.
• Alison (9/5): Very happy with our choice but would upgrade to a larger twin room for a 7 days + stay. - Room was clean and reasonable size. (Hollywood Twin). Check in and out was efficient. Good location within walking distance to many attractions and railway station very close by. We would choose a larger twin room for a 7 day stay. Didn’t detract from our stay but caught us by surprise .. every room no matter what size or configuration has an approx 30cm step up / down into the bathroom ( exception of the specific disability room).

• Shelvie Verani (6/5): Don't bring your kids here - The only good thing is the location being close to JR uguisudani. Within 5 min walk and there is also bus stop across the street that can take you to Asakusa. On the north exit of Uguisudani, there is family mart, seven eleven, don quijote, and matsuya. Very convenient. First, the location. Even though it is closed to JR station, I didnt realized that Uguisudani is the hub for love hotel. We walked on the wrong way on the way to the hotel and we passed many love hotels behind Candeo hotel and also on the side. Staff was not friendly. Maybe 1 or 2 is ok. I came earlier than check-in time, and the front desk told me I can't check in in a rude manner. No hospitality at all, no smile, and no greetings. Room is not sound proof. I can hear my neighbour having s*x and the bed creaks. I am in the 10th floor and I can hear the siren loud and clear. The room is small but ok size better than AP* HOTEL. Hotel still use key lock instead of card key but it doesn't bother me as much. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I dont have a choice.
• Kazuko (3/5): 高いクオリティーは望んでませんが最低げんのホテル宿泊のサービスを提供して欲しいです - 朝食がとても良かったです。連泊しましたがお料理が豊富でお料理の内容が変わって飽きずに美味しく頂けました。 コンセントがお風呂場に無い、ベッドサイドにコンセント１口、お掃除用の壁床下近くにコンセントがありますが ポットを使うのも床、ドライヤー使うのも床、携帯を充電するにも不便、 収納する場所が少ない、荷物が置け無い、壁は広いスペースがあるので棚、フックなど設置しても良いのでは。。。 フロント近くにコーヒーマシーンのサービスが　ですがカップが設置して無く部屋からカップを持参して利用するとか。。。サービスしてるパホーマンスなんでしょうか

• mimi (5/5): 離車站近方便，但廁所管線舊可能會有臭味 - 離車站算近，又有全家、藥妝店、唐吉訶德、麥當勞、すき家，地理位置優秀 是比較舊的大樓，廁所水管容易有臭味。一開始進去的房間廁所有一股很濃的尿騷味，但不是馬桶裡飄出來的（因為我們有聞馬桶哈哈哈）最後發現是管線。換房間後比較沒有臭味了，但還是有一咪咪。

• Hisako (5/5): 眺望が壊滅的 - 朝食が豊富で良かった 宿泊客の荷物を2機しかないエレベーターで運ぶため、エレベーター前でだいぶ待たされる。 200個くらいのスーツケースを1人のスタッフさんが運んでおり、エレベーター独占でした。

• Laura Marie (5/5): Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung aber für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen - nahe zur JR Line Station, gute Anbindung. Nahe zum Ueno Park. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, mit zwei große Koffer zu zweit eher ungemütlich weil alles vollgestellt ist. In dem Hotel gibt es so viele Zimmer und Stockwerke sodass man zu Stoßzeiten beim Lift ewig warten muss um überhaupt runter zu kommen. Es gibt keine Treppe um das umgehen zu können. Die Betten waren nicht besonders gemütlich und das Zimmer ist sehr altmodisch.

Zona tranquila, con tiendas y restaurantes al lado y la estacion de tren a 5 min directo a zonas como Estacion de Tokio, Shibuya y Akihabara. Los ascensores. Solo hay dos y estan constantemente ocupados, a veces para bajar a recepcion estas un buen rato esperando.

• Bec (8/5): A budget stay that served its purpose… a clean place to sleep for a couple of nights - Location was not terrible, it’s a nice clean budget hotel. Location wise I probably would have liked to be a stop closer to Ueno Park.. that was not expected on my part. I also am unsure why the cups for tea/coffee were not exchanged when the room gets made up and if there are clearly used tea bags why this may have also been left in front of the TV

• Avery Hoai-Viet (7/5): Great for the location (close to Ueno park, Uguisudani station) and professional - Good check-in staff and service; clean, easily accessible and centrally located Close to a lot of love hotels, but not necessarily a changeable dimension or a con, but gives it a slightly less family-friendly atmosphere (it's Tokyo, so there were tourists and families everywhere).
