• Федоришин (10/5): - I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Italy and was very pleased. The rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located close to attractions and cafes. The atmosphere was very pleasant, which made the stay even better. I would definitely come back here again and recommend this hotel to other tourists.

• Quentin (9/5): Superbe emplacement . Tout à moins de 10min de marche. - L’emplacement est idéal; proximité du centre-ville et au bord de la rivière. Parfait pour courir tous les matins! Quelques pannes de courant mais cela vient de la ville; il n’y en a eu que 3 et assez courte. Le proprio était disponible en cas de besoin!

Also I really apreciated not having any key to enter the rooms, so I didn't have to worry about the late arrrival and early departure, which was really helpful. Below-average bunk beds. Even the share room can be nice. But those bunk bads were unstable, and climbing onto them was very uncomfortable for both the person climbing up and for the person sleeping below. Also it would be nice to have a small light at each bed, and not only central light.
• Seyedeh (5/5): Strange check it - Location and cleanliness The check in process was strange, they sent me a link and asked me to pay taxes and after that they gonna send me a code for the door but I didn’t want to pay through to the link , because it was unknown number without any photo so they sent me another location to pay taxes! It was so strange! Finally i paid personally at another office! But i was uncomfortable with this process and it makes me mad and angry after having long flight 😠

• Emily (5/5): Good location but essentially a hostel - expensive for what it is - Good location not far from Duomo. The double room is fair, basic but fine for a couple of nights. Aircon works well. It’s not very clear from booking that you are sharing the bathroom with 4 other people. For the night we stayed it was full of mosquitos and very dirty from other travellers. The main room door was open when we arrived so we worried about the safety of our belongings n
• Madelyn (8/5): Nice and convenient - The location was great! We were able to take the metro from the airport to a close station and walk there from the metro station. The facilities were nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the sites and, if we couldn’t walk, the metro was very convenient. The check in process was a little difficult and unclear at points, but the people on WhatsApp for this place were very prompt in their responses.

• Eric (7/5): Hope you get good roommates - Great location. Basically a 2 bedroom apartment turned into a self administered hostel. It was easy to access and clean although very basic. Since there’s no personnel there you gotta hope that the other travellers are nice and there’s no conflict. The night i spent there, there was a father arguing out loud with his teenage daughter in the middle of the night turning lights, going in and out and speaking out loud. Not the hostel’s fault, but who do you turn to in a situation like this, right? It was very easy to get into the hostel as the building and suite door were open when I arrived, which made me worry about security. However nothing went missing

I have known there was a shared bathroom but it's not the same to share a bathroom with 2 persons or with 6 persons. The bathroom was not clean most of the time.

But most importantly, I got a cut from the bunk bed and there was no first aid kit available in the house. This is unacceptable and unsafe. Would not recommend.

• Pepe (4/5): hopefully i was with my mum and managed to have fun of the situation - Good location There was no duvet cover, the duvet was unprotected and therefore unhygienic, you have to wonder if they are washed, the first night I was asleep and 2 people came in at 1.30am, then the 2nd night, the person who was sharing my room arrived at 3am, right in the middle of the night, which is quite frightening.

That's all My overall experience at the easy room italy balcony was very bad. Only after paying the booking amount through booking.com, I came to know that I also have to pay city tax(€ 6.3) also. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. Also I was facing some problems in finding the location of the property, I was not helped for the same. I was told to arrange yourself to find and get entry into the property. Even they didn't pick my call the second time. Next on arrived at the property I came to know that there is no room heater and no hot water to take a shower. Next morning I have to leave the property without taking a bath. I won't recommend anyone to stay at this property.

• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Modern and basically clean apartment with kitchen facilities. Partly-made bed with cotton sheets. No air con but enough fan power. The whole check-in procedure was too messy, reminding me of a Crystal Maze escape room puzzle (though in reverse) with complex instructions that you don’t need when you're travelling in summer heat in a foreign country and are quite stressed enough. And all because it saves the host time.

• Lisa (8/5): This was the perfect place for us to spend our short one night stay in Milan. - The Location was in easy walking distance to what we wanted to see. It was a quiet secure building, rooms were a good size and facilities adequate for our needs. Anyone wanting to prepare meals, there was a functional kitchen. There was a washing machine which was very useful to us at that stage of our trip, although we needed to get detergent. No included breakfast. Maybe a basket of breakfast supplies would be a good addition.
• Rui (8/5): Great location, clean house but no air conditioning - The location is really good, walking distance from the main touristic spots, everything was clean and there’s a washing machine. There’s no air conditioning and the apartment gets really warm. When the feels like temperature is 35°C during the day and 28 at night, a fan won’t do much in a warm apartment.
• Angela (7/5): Good - The location was perfect, just 10 min walking to the Duomo and close to restaurants and groceries. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The building also has an elevator which is appreciated. The room was also quite big. The pillows were too low and uncomfortable, like in other hotels in Italy. It didn't have parking (as expected in the center of the city), so if you go by car like us this is not the best apartment since it's impossible to park in the streets and the parkings are incredibly expensive (8h 40€). We ended up parking our car in another parking outside of the center which was 4€ for 12h (20min by metro from the apartment).

• Christan (7/5): Overnight stop in milan - Location was great. Walkable to restaurants and the Duomo. Loved that it had a washer. No line dryer or stand. I had to put the clothes all over the apartment to dry them. The instructions told us to pick up key at one location and when we arrived, the lady greeted us with an attitude. She said we should have went to the apartment- it would have been easier for us to do that but we were following instructions. Apartment was pretty basic.

• Odelle (7/5): Good - Looked like the photos and was spacious. A slight lack of power point availability compared to the size of the apartment. There were also no blinds/curtains on the windows which was quite uncomfortable and made us feel uneasy (particularly the bathroom)

Must have been unlucky as I heard some people celebrating in the building and could not sleep until late. There was no kettle and we had to boil water for a tea in the pot. At least pots were there.

Didn't like it that there was no air-conditioning. The weather was very muggy, so we kept the windows open, but there were mosquitoes.
