• Monika (8/5): Somewhat mixed feelings... - All in all, we had a comfortable stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious and exactly what we had hoped for. As a family of five, we often struggle to find holiday accommodations that offer enough comfortable space for everyone, but in this aspect, this place was simply beyond perfect. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made a huge difference for us and added a lot of comfort and convenience during our stay. The swimming pool was absolutely amazing! Our kids loved it so much that it was almost impossible to drag them out of the water most days. It definitely became the highlight of their holiday. The location in a residential area was also great - just a short walk to the beach, with a very conveniently located grocery shop nearby and several restaurants along the beachfront. Ample parking close to the property. Overall, we felt it offered great value for money. Despite the unquestionable advantages, the place left us with somewhat mixed feelings. It felt as though the villa wasn’t entirely finished or fully decorated yet, but at the same time, some areas already seemed a little tired and in need of attention. We noticed a few issues, such as signs of leakage and insufficient lighting in certain places. One feature we personally didn’t enjoy was the “open plan” bathrooms. Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, and some guests may not mind it, but for us, the level of privacy, especially in two of the top-floor bathrooms, felt quite questionable. Another thing we missed was any kind of information about the property or the local area. In many places, there is a small guide or information folder, which we always find very helpful. Without it, I sometimes felt a bit guilty bothering the host with questions that could easily have been answered in a simple information sheet. The furnishing was also a bit modest and occasionally felt incomplete. For example, there were no bedside tables, which is a small detail but can make quite a difference in day-to-day comfort. Providing a broom and dustpan would also be helpful for longer stays. There is an extra payment for heating the swimming pool. Absolutely worth it but came as a surprise. Cash only, so be prepared. It’s also worth checking the opening hours of nearby facilities in advance. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and discovered that the only place open to buy essentials was a petrol station. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, which is nice and peaceful, but it also means that the availability of certain services and shops nearby is limited to specific days and times.

• Severine (10/5): Ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung und perfekter Gastgeber - Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist ideal – Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, die Nachbarschaft ruhig, sicher und familienfreundlich. Auch Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche besser ausgestattet als erwartet – alles da, was man braucht, inklusive Basiszutaten und ausreichend Verbrauchsmaterial. Der beheizte Pool ist ein echtes Highlight und ermöglicht ganzjährig Badespaß, selbst wenn im Nordosten mal keine Sonne scheint. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super – sehr freundlich, schnell und bestens organisiert, sowohl vor als auch während der Reise. Ein kleiner Punktabzug nur, weil keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und das Haus an einigen Stellen leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen zeigt bzw. noch nicht überall vollständig fertiggestellt wirkt. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen und in dem wir jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen würden! 🌴☀️
• Tomer (7/5): נהננו מטוד והיה כיף בעיקר בזכות המרווח והבריכה - אבל מלא בתקלות ובעיות קטנות שמונעים מהוילה הזו לתת תחושה של יוקרה ופינו - היה מאוד כיף להיות בוילה הזו עם משפחה וחברים - מאוד מרווחת, בריכה מחוממת וכיפית (קחו בחשבון שעל החימום הם מבקשים תשלום נוסף), חללי ישיבה נחמדים ומעוצבת יפה מאוד. אבל, יש גם לא מעט מינוסים ופינישים שהפריעו לנו בחופשה שדרושים לוילה הזו כדי להיות מוצלחת - ניקיון לוקה בחסר. כבר כשנכנסנו לוילה היו המון אזורים מאובקים, מצאנו מגבת מלוכלכת ברצפה של אחד מחדרי האמבטיה. - המון ציוד תקול: צלחת של מיקרו שבורה, חלונות שבורים שלא נפתחים כמו שאמורים, דלתות אמבטיה שלא נסגרות וגורמות למים לדלוף לתוך החדר (האמבטיה נמצאת ישירות בחדר השינה) ועוד. יש בדירה המון תיקונים קטנים ולא יקרים שהיה אפשר לעשות ואם יעשו יקפיצו את הוילה הזו ברמה, כי כרגע כל הדברים האלה מעכירים על השהייה - בדירה 3 חדרי שינה, אבל אין מזגן בכלל ובימים חמים זה מאוד קשוח. בחדר שינה אחד יש מאוורר ובלילה זה מספיק, בחדר שינה אחר יש מיני מזגן נייד אבל הוא דולף מים - ובחדר שינה שלישי אין כלום ובמהלך הימים זה כמו סאונה
• MANUEL FERNANDO (10/5): Y porqué no "Luxury". Sin duda un 10. - En líneas generales toda la habitabilidad del lugar, además de la amabilidad de Joan tanto antes, como durante y al finalizar. Es un lugar excelente para familias, parejas y otros. Dispone de amplias estancias en las habitaciones, servicio individual en cada una de ellas, un comedor generoso, exterior grande donde si vas con niños pueden disfrutar de espacio y una piscina "climatizada" que te da el relax que muchas veces buscas. Además de una zona exterior "chill out", donde puedes compartir tus ratitos. Está además a 2 minutos exactos de la playa, puedes ir andando o a la pata coja y llegar rápidamente. Dispone a la vuelta de 2 esquinas de un supermercado Spar, vamos que tienes de todo en un plis. Sin duda, un lugar excelente para volver. Muy recomendable.
• Lorena (9/5): - La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Cercana a varios servicios y a la playa. Destacar, la atención del dueño en todo momento, rapidez en contestar y resolver imprevistos.
• Villarrubia Migallón (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - Villa muy bien ubicada a cinco minutos caminando a la Playa de Melenara, de arena y con bandera azul. Varios servicios también muy cerca, como supermercados, farmacia, restaurantes... La villa es muy fresquita porque siempre corre el aire. Además, es muy espaciosa y tiene de todo y si falta algo, Joan, el dueño, te lo proporciona enseguida. La piscina es de sal y con posibilidad de climatización, sin duda lo mejor de la casa. El dueño es muy atento y está siempre pendiente de todo. Lo que menos me gustó fueron las cortinas de la habitación principal, que dejan pasar bastante luz. Sugerimos poner otras más opacas.

• Sergio (10/5): Estancia tranquila y agradable - El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y Joan fue amable en todo momento. La casa era cómoda y perfecta. Todo estaba tal como se mostraba en las fotos, la recomiendo.

• Damian (10/5): Exceptional - This villa is beautiful, very clean, it has everything you need. 2 minutes to the Spar store, 200 metres to the beach and restaurant. The owner is very nice and helpful, very good and quick contact
• Maksim (10/5): Exceptional - Swimming pool was 32°C, I could not take the kids out of it. Very clean villa, responsive staff, supermarket only 100m away, highly recommended place to stay
