• MIREN IOSUNE (6/5): Con un poco de mantenimiento seria perfecto - La casa es muy cómoda, amplia y con mucha privacidad, el desayuno lo puedes tomar en la terraza por donde sale el sol muy agradablemente. Las camas son muy cómodas y las almohadas también. Hay hamacas para tomar el sol y cuerdas para tender la ropa. Se pueden aparcar dentro hasta 4 coches. Estaba bastante poco cuidado en cuanto a limpieza se refiere, la ropa de cama y las toallas daba la sensación por el olor que no estaban muy limpias tampoco. La puerta verja de la entrada no funciona siempre. Uno de los días que falló, llamamos al administrador y envió a un señor que vino en media hora, pero otro día llamamos al administrador dos veces y no solo no contesto sino que todavía no me ha devuelto la llamada, conseguimos entrar con la ayuda del dueño del bar de enfrente. En la descripción se refiere a 5 habitaciones y tres baños pero la realidad es que para entrar en la quinta habitación tienes que pasar por otra habitación y baños solo hay dos, un en la planta baja para 4 dormitorios y otro en la 1° planta para otra habitación. Hemos echado en falta colchonetas para las tumbonas. Aunque dispone de lavadora y secadora, la secadora no seca, le limpiamos las filtros ya que estaban bastante tupidos pero aún y todo no secaba la ropa.
• Michel Louis Marie (1/5): Katastrophal!!! - Die Lage entspricht nicht den Angaben auf Booking. Ein ungepflegtes und runtergekommenes Anwesen mit einem Haus, dass unbewohnbar durch Feuchtigkeit, Schimmel an den Wänden und unvorstellbar schmutzig ist. Wir haben ein Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern gebucht und bezahlt, doch leider gab es nur vier Schlafräume. Von den angeblich 3 Bädern, war nur eins zu benutzen. Nach einer Nacht in diesem Haus, sind wir mit Atemproblemen in ein Hotel gewechselt. Es ist unmöglich in den feuchten, nach Schimmel stinkenden Räumen zu schlafen, ohne gesundheitliche Probleme davon zu tragen. Auch ein erholsamer Urlaubsbeginn ist so nicht zu genießen. Ein neuerlicher Wasserrohrbruch der 24 Stunden nach Ankunft eintrat, hat die Situation nicht verbessert. Der Vermieter war nicht zu erreichen. Die einzige Telefonnummer die wir hatten war ein Mobiltelefon, dass meist ausgeschaltet war. Die Telefonnummer gehörte auch nicht dem Vermieter, sondern wohl zu der Person , die die Obhut über das Haus hatte. Nach 2 Tagen war das Wasserproblem noch immer nicht gelöst. Die Vermieter sind auf keine unserer Beschwerden eingegangen. Gerne hätte ich zu den benannten Problemen die passenden Bilder hochgeladen, doch leider war das nicht möglich. Es war eine unschöne und teure Erfahrung aber mit etwas Glück bleibt sie hoffentlich eine Ausnahme!
• Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the village,Very quiet and laid back. You definately need a car to get anywhere. I enjoyed my stay at the villa.It had all the facilities that you need in a villa. The manager Rosa and her father were very kind and gave clear communications to check in and check out.Perfect thank you. The garden was lovely and there was parking for multiple cars in the gated property. The pool was like a plunge pool.Small area to swim Always clean and filterrd..Well maintained There was 4 sunbefs to chill on. The kitchen was new There was a pub opposite if you fancied a little drink. A very happy stay.Thank you No negatives
