- Nadja&Ali (9/5): Penthouse ist perfekt für große Familien - Sehr groß, sehr schöne große Terrasse, bequeme Betten Beim Regen ist Terrasse auch nass. Schlechte Qualität der Fenster, man hört alles, obwohl man im siebten Stock ist. Leider gab es keinen Besen oder Staubsaugen, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätten wir gerne sauberen Boden gehabt, wenn schon keine Reinigung vorhanden ist.

Very spacious apartment. Cleanedregularly. Constant leak in one of the bathroom ceilings. Several attempts made to fix no joy so 4 people using one bathroom not ideal especially for the price. Twice unable to use the pool as builders closed it due to ‘issues’

- Christine (7/5): Bel appartement mais résidence non entretenue - L’appartement doit dater de 2020 donc assez récent. L’arrêt de bus est en bas de l’immeuble et le tramway à 50 m Bien que propre l’appartement n’est pas entretenu et rien à disposition dans la cuisine. Nous n’avons jamais mangé dans l’appartement mais un torchon de cuisine pour nos tasses de café aurait été apprécié. Nous avons malencontreusement cassé un verre et pas de balai ni de pelle pour ramasser. Tous les bains de soleil sont cassés et impossible de s’asseoir.

- Nicola (10/5): Fabulous penthouse apartment - This apartment was spacious, comfortable and had amazing facilities including 2 expansive balconies with views. The beds were really comfortable. It had the real wow factor. We arrived late evening and it was a self check-in with clear and easy instructions. Whilst the location outside the hustle and bustle of the city was great you just need to be aware it’s about 20 mins back from the city centre. Not a complaint, it’s a lovely area with everything you’d need and the sea views and breeze were welcomed. I’d choose it again.

- Luisa (8/5): War ein schöner Aufenthalt - Das Apartment war sehr groß für 2 Personen. Der Blick aufs Meer & in die Stadt war sehr schön. Der Pool-Bereich ist nicht sonderlich groß. Da relativ wenige Gäste regelmäßig den Pool nutzen war es aber ausreichend. Da der Pool auf dem Dach ist, ist er nicht tief, schwimmen ist somit nicht möglich. Aber für eine kurze Abfrischung völlig ausreichend.

- Claudia (6/5): OK stay in flat with poorly supplied kitchen - The air conditioning The kitchen is seriously under-supplied: I am not talking about making great dishes: Even a simple pasta dish is nearly impossible as there is only 1 pot for the water, no second for the sauce which you end up doing in the frying pan as there is no microwave either. There are no scissors, no toaster. The pool was locked from one day to the other without any communication or explanation, seemingly to do a repair but this was only communicated after we complained. There is mould in the bathroom between the shower door and the floor, I have taken photos.

Nice balcony with sun from the morning, and shadow in the afternoon. Good/comfortable bed and sofa. Some traffic noise, especially from 07-09 in the morning

- Tereza (8/5): Great stay. The pool is the “icing on the cake”. 🥰 - The apartment was super clean, with nice towels there were enough. AC was helpful in the days od crazy hot weather. Comfy bed. The house overal was silent during the day and even in the evening. Small store behind the corner, restaurants and cafe as well…what was the best of our stay is a rooftop pool. A bit full in the afternoon, but nothing unbearable, the rest of the time the pool was empty. Clear water, shower next to the pool. In the morning you can practice there. So amazing. And all the time you are feeling like at home. Some of the room's furnishings could use some renovation. The shower door didn't close properly, the shower didn't seal. The seat was very used and had stains. For longer stays, it would be nice to have something in the apartment to sweep the floor and a dish towel, but this was nothing that couldn't be done, just a note for the owner. Quite noisy at the rooftop because of trafic down the busy roads and constructions.

- Meghan (8/5): Fab modern apartment in a great location, perfect for a long weekend exploring Athens! - Great facilities, well stocked kitchen and it was a pleasant surprise to find two bathrooms! Also very modern, nice balcony and easy to get around - a perk to be able to run along the marina too. No faults exc that it was pretty loud outside, especially on Saturday night - I was woken around 4am, potentially from kicking out time at the club next door? It was also on the more expensive side.
- Price (5/5): Passable - Nice big apartment with a cute balcony onto the main road. The roof top pool is pretty although not heated so pretty cold in the spring. The locals are very helpful and friendly. Coffee machine. The property is advertised as being close to the sea but in reality we had to cross a tram line and go through a slightly scary industrial estate to get to the sea front. As stated in another review if you want to access the sea this is not the apartment for you. The apartment is also above a night club and during the week was okay but the noise at the weekend was pretty bad and so we left a night early and went to another hotel for our last night….. fine if you are planning on partying at the weekend, but not for us.

Clean although decoration is basic and almost minimal. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing value for money. Would like to have a bottle or two of water in the fridge.

Danielle and her team were amazing. Extremely helpful. Very personable. We were a group of ladies and booked two flats, the Penthouse & 1 bedroom. Felt completely safe. The views from the Penthouse were stunning with a 360 degree view. They were spacious, comfortable & spotless. The rooftop pool. Especially as it was really hot when we were there. Transport into the centre of Athens was really good. Good security as a code was required to enter the building. Several eateries close by. Plus a Lidl 5-10 mins walk away. The harbour was also walking distance away. We went down one evening. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, crockery, cutlery & kitchen towels The chairs & sun loungers need replacing & could do with a few extra.

- Lyn (7/5): Very disappointed in the location, as in the photos it looked like you crossed a road and were at the marina. - The rooms were lovely. The pool was not heated, very cold. If you’re looking for easy walking distance to the marina, or a beach this is not for you. Very noisy location, lots of horn honking and traffic noise. 1 cup supplied for two people, no tea or coffee supplied.

- Sarah (9/5): Beautiful apartment and great value for money. - Roof top pool was lovely even if the water was a bit cold it was still lovely to relax up there. Apartment was big and well equipped. Bed comfy and good shower. Coffee machine. Plenty towels and shampoo etc. staff were lovely. Soundproofed. After having a shower the bathroom floor gets really wet. It takes a wee while to drain away so would have been handy to have a mop of some sort to help drain away. I used the bath mat and a towel which made me feel bad as they got soaked. Also some cleaning cloths would have been ideal but there is a Lidl close by.

Cute rooftop swimming pool area Quite noisy during the evening as windows were situated to Main Street. Cleaning could of been done better, found some random hairs in the bathroom and also floor wasn’t cleaned, toilet was constantly playing up, and the water was keep running during the nights non stop which was really irritating, swimming pool area had limited spaces as one part was completely closed for some maintenance works

Staff were friendly. Near the tram and bus stop so very easy to navigate into Athens with public transport Only thing I’d say would improve my stay was if there was a spatula or some other kitchen utensil to help cook Also, it would have been nice if the pool had a light in it for night time use.

The reason for that is the fact that it’s not in a prime location, it’s very quiet so who ever is searching for peace is the perfect place to be. In addition, the apartment is SUPER close to a train station. Line 7 will take you wherever you want to go. And, it’s very easy to catch a taxi when needed. And the apartment is HUGE!! Loved it

We were perfectly close enough to get where we needed in the city and even better situated for our early Ferry departure the next day. Couldn't close it. The noise was the worst. Terrible insulation at the windows. Never a quiet moment, not even at night. There were a review or 2 that mentioned the noise. I should've listened.
- Paulien (8/5): Recommended - The pool on the roof is the biggest plus. It has pretty views and is very nice to cool from after the Athens Summer. The appartment is very clean, kitchen has basics and bed is comfortable. I could really recommend. Is about ten euros with Uber to the centre, but there is also a busstop in front of the hotel.

The lengths they went to ensure our comfort where impressive, we arrived to the apartment with all the AC units switched on and ready for us, the rooms were clean and lush, and there were even complimentary coffee pods for our use in addition to dish soap, pasta, wine glasses, plates etc… Our favourite touch was the 24/7 rooftop pool, which we made good use of! This was all a pleasant surprise, and we’ll be sure to be back!
- Mitesh (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and had two balconies, good shower facilities, and the air con worked well. The sofa bed had no bedding. There were no kitchen utensils despite their being pots and pans ( can't really cook anything without utensils). Water leaked from the shower, which soaked half the bathroom. There were no mops brooms or brushes. There was a single bin under the kitchen sink, no bins in the bathrooms or the bedrooms. These are small things that should be in place for an apartment that advertises itself this way.

- Xhennani (4/5): Disappointing - The AC was great- very spacious apartment. The pool most definitely doesn’t get cleaned. I asked for extra towels and didn’t get it. I also asked for a mop and bucket but didn’t get it- this is due to the water from the shower always leaking out into the bedroom. The shower door was so stiff and difficult to open and close. The shower was also not very clean on arrival. We weren’t offered house keeping whilst being there over the course of 10 days.
- Joybusigin (8/5): Our stay at the hotel was good - The place was clean and beautiful There was a leak in the shower and all the water ran out of the shower. Our entire stay we had a wet and dirty shower because of this. We have already seen the comments about it, it is not clear why it is not taken care of. In addition, we asked for towels and toiletries - the response was not quick. At check out we were delayed for 20 minutes and the hostess was standing at the door for us to leave. There were no air conditioners in the lobby and it was unbearable to sit there for even 5 minutes.

- Dimitra (9/5): Clean, comfortable luxury rooms with a rooftop pool to relax. - The apartment was really spacious and clean. Plenty of space, big rooms and very nice design. Location is a neighbourhood that is good if you want to explore the centre, 25 minutes by bus or explore also South suburbs of Athens like Glyfada and you would like to also go to the nearby beach (25 minutes by metro). Bonus is the Stavros Niarchos foundation which is walking distance 10 minutes and it definitely worths a visit if you are around. Bed were good but a bit too soft for our taste. We would have prefer a bit firmer mattress.

- Eva (9/5): Athens end of June period - The room (full on apartment, large), we had a very big pattio and the apartment is nicely decorated. The woman helping us was really really nice. There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel and a nice bar to drink something in the evening (Notos). There are many busstops and even one in front of the hotel. Its quick to go to the beach with the beachtram. Maybe a little bit far from the centre of Athens. At least 30-40 min.
