• Alirioan (8/5): - Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia larga Por la ubicación, tiene humedad, lo cual se mejoraría con algún sistema de ambientación.
• APOSTOLOS (5/5): Απλά ένα πρόχειρο κατάλυμα για διανυκτέρευση. - Η τοποθεσία Υπάρχουν 2 καναπέδες στο σπίτι οι οποίοι πρέπει να καθοριστούν οπωσδήποτε, είναι πάρα πολύ βρώμικοι. Επίσης η θερμοκρασία του ψυγείου πρέπει να αυξηθεί. Τέλος πρέπει να συνδεθούν τα κανάλια στην τηλεόραση. Φυσικά για όλα αυτά ήμουν ενήμερος από προηγούμενα σχόλια που είχα διαβάσει για το κατάλυμα, γιαυτό και δεν βρέθηκα προ εκπλήξεως. Είναι όμως σημαντικά και πρέπει να διορθωθούν.

• Eleni (1/5): - Το διαμέρισμα στην περιγραφή αναφέρει κλιματισμό ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ. Ιουλιο στην Αθήνα με 37 βαθμούς. Είχε ένα φορητό κλιματιστικό όπως μου το ανέφεραν στη συνεχεία κατόπιν παραπόνου μου και έναν ανεμιστήρα για το σαλόνι, όπου δεν υπήρχε ελεύθερη μπριζα (λόγω tv, internet) Η tv δεν έπαιζε, μου πρότειναν όμως να έρθει κάποιος να το τσεκάρει Είχε Φοβερή υγρασία, από την 1η ώρα μέχρι και την τελευταία μύριζε όλο το σπιτι μούχλα, σε απελπιστικό βαθμό Το φορητό κλιματιστικό έκανε πάρα πολύ θόρυβο ώστε να κοιμηθείς, όπως επίσης και το ψυγείο Κρεμοσάπουνο για τα χέρια το άφησαν εντελώς άδειο. Δεν είχε κουρτίνες, οπότε έπρεπε να είναι κλειστά τα παντζουρια συνεχεία κ μαζί με την μούχλα ήταν αποπνικτική η κατάσταση Πάρα πολύ ακριβό γι αυτα που παρέχει ή μάλλον που δεν παρέχει και την κατάσταση του σπιτιού.
• MARIA (1/5): Great location but no AC and not clean. - Great location and easy check in. The unit smelled like smoke and was dirty. Only clean things were the sheets and towels. There is no air conditioning despite the description stating that there is. The owner said the portable AC unit broke in April and she hasn’t been able to get the replacement parts. She should remove AC as a feature of the apartment as it is deceiving, especially for renters coming during the hot Athens summer! It is obvious that she has no intention of purchasing a new AC unit. We vacated the apartment immediately and had to pay for a hotel. I made the owner aware of the issues but no remedy was made.

• Bálint (3/5): Poor - Good location and spacious apartment. There was visible mold in the bedroom.
• Robin (7/5): Overall good value for money. - Location was convenient. Place was spacious and offered good value for money. Check in was easy. Not fully clean. Wet mat in kitchen (leak?). Iron but no ironing board that I could find. Tv but no remote that I could find.
• Paula (1/5): An apartment with mold - The apartment is in a basement, so there is not natural light. BUT the worst thing is that there is MOLD in the main room, literally close where you are sleeping, cuz and in the hallway. There is so much humidity in the apartment, you can't breathe properly. An apartment with mold shouldn't be rented, not everything is about the money. We were with a baby and we had to leave the next day and book another apartment. There is also a huge hole in the terrace where someone could easily enter, it is little bit scary.

• Tsolakidi (3/5): Find something better - Very good location THERE IS NO AIRCONDITION JUST A CERY SMALL HYMIDIFYIER. The sink was not functioning and they said that they couldn’t fix it and that we would have to use the kitchen sink for everything. They didn’t prepare the blankets so they weren’t clean and they didn’t have the duvet covers on and the cover was really dirty. The place not very clean and the toilet paper holder was broken. The apartment is in the basement so not very safe

• Gisela (7/5): Great location. Great value for the money. Not the best place for a woman travelling alone. - The location was superb for attending a conference at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre. The apartment is really close to the subway station and is nestled in a real neighbourhood that lets you get a feel of Athens rather than just touristy spots. The apartment is a semi-basement. The windows of the bedroom open onto the ground of a patio which is shared by other people, so I could not safely leave the windows open at night. There is a musty smell in the kitchen related to the pipes.
• Nekruman (1/5): Very bad for your health because of the mold - The apparent is in the basement and smells like mold everywhere, they shouldn’t rent this place at all. They shouldn’t lease this place. We had a to leave in the middle of the night

• Thea (10/5): The apartment was huge even if it was a basement and it was convenient - I love how near it is to the metro station directly from the airport. There are restaurants nearby. I hope they would have provided body wash and shampoo as we do not have during the stay. But otherwise it would have been fine.

• Despina (4/5): Underwhelming. - Location and easy access to the metro. When you first walked in it smelt musty, and gross. It took a couple hours for that smell to go away. And there’s no air condition.
