• Vanessa (2/5): Etwas im durcheinander und schlechte unsaubere Umgebung. - Sauberes Zimmer Der Lärm der Bar unterhalb und das magere Frühstück/ Willkommenspaket mit dem Voucher für Bar Linari. Der Check in zu spät. Die Verbindung in die Stadt Busse verspätet und keine gute Lage. Viel zu kleine Dusche man kann sich nicht einmal umdrehen !!! Das Bett quietscht ziemlich. Sehr laut man hört alles die Eingangstür und den Lärm draußen. Also alles im allem Preis/Leistung nicht gut, zu wenig Angebot für den Preis im vergleich zu 3 Sterne Hotels bieten wesentlich mehr und haben den selben Preis.
• Matteo Benjamin (8/5): Un bel soggiorno nella suite Arya - Camera accogliente e pulita, ben fornita con letto matrimoniale, cucinotto, bagno più un balcone ampio e confortevole. Lo staff è molto gentile e professionale :D Peccato per l’odore un po’ sgradevole che proveniva dal bagno e lo scarico del wc difettoso. Inoltre vicino la struttura vi è un locale notturno con musica abbastanza alta, per questo delle finestre insonorizzate sarebbero state perfette. Per il resto tutto bene!

• Mireille (5/5): - Der Raum mit Whirlwanne ist schön Das Hotelzimmer befindet sich über einem Club - Nachtruhe gibt es keine. Das Zimmer wurde trotz "please make the room" -Schild nicht betreten. Die Zeit fehlte auch, um uns Coupons für das Frühstück (= nur einen Kaffee und ein Croissant in einer Bäckerei) am zweiten Tag zu hinterlegen.

• Ritschie64 (5/5): - Die Lage war gut. Die Zimmer rochen sehr moderig, das war echt unangenehm. Leider fand auch keine Reinigung statt. Unter den Zimmern gab es ein Latino Café und dort wurde laute Musik bis 5 Uhr morgens gespielt. Ab 5.30 Uhr bellten dann die 4 Hunde im Nachbargebäude. An Schlaf war da nicht zu denken.

• Jenn (4/5): - nur die Jacuzzi Das Bett ist sehr schlecht, das Frühstück musst du in einer Bäckerei(sehr chaotisch) abholen, bekommst du nur einen Kaffee und ein croissant. Gibts ein Club in der Nähe, sehr Laut bis in der früh konnten wir nicht schlaffen. This room is so not worth the price!

• Thabile (7/5): The place is beautiful with bright colours, very clean and the staff is super friendly. - The place is clean and ideal for international travellers. The relationship that the owners have with nearby facilities is also great as you can get discounts on selected restaurants. I wish the room service frequency can increase. There is also a club downstairs which can disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper, but is good for travellers looking for fun
• Helmi (9/5): Good apartment hotel in a peaceful location - Clean and spacious room with everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful and gave us good instructions to find the place and get inside. There were some free snacks and drinks in the room when we arrived. We got breakfast vouchers to a nearby cafe, the breakfast included a cappuccino or espresso and a croissant with several filling options. Bus and train stops were a short walk away which made it easy to travel to and from the city centre and the airport. The location was quite peaceful with only a little traffic noise and some distant music on some nights but it didn’t disturb sleeping with earplugs on. There were many nice restaurants close by, and we got discount coupons for two of them. The place was a bit difficult to find at first but we got help from the host on the phone. The street was dimly lit which felt a bit scary at first but nothing threatening happened and we felt safe there when we got used to it. The shower cubicle was quite small which could be a problem if you are a bigger person. There were some fragrance sticks in the room, creating quite a strong scent which is not good if you are sensitive to smells or have asthma or allergies.

La camera è molto carina e ben arredata , curata pulita e profumata, noi avevamo quella con l'idromassaggio.. Quariere ricco di locali per aperitivi o ristorazione per cui non serve allontanarsi troppo la sera per mangiare bene piatti tipici romani o una buona pizza Molto rumore fino a tardi quando é aperto il locale sottostante ( per fortuna è aperto solo in alcuni giorni nel fine settimana)
• Akiko (5/5): Great location and value for midweek stay. Avoid weekend if you want relaxing getaway. - Good location. Everything is very clean. Good in room amenities. Check in is complicated if you don’t have a local number (or use what’s up) to call the property manager. On weekend club downstairs is loud midnight to 4AM. Noise level is high. Didn’t get last day breakfast vouchers (told that would be available in the morning but not early enough for our departure time)
• Morad (10/5): I would like to try this experience again,and would recommend it for solo travelers and Couples also - The place was super clean and everything inside it was literally NEW., near the most famous places to visit, and it takes around five or ten minutes to reach so many places on foot, it was so easy to contact the manager, and the staff were super professional. • Oleksii (10/5): - Good district, quite calm, but at the same time not far from the city center. Metro station is within 10-min walk. Bed is super comfy, there was also a sort of a separated backyard with chaise longue. The conditions genuinely were great. A few remarks: 1. Wi-Fi signal was strong in the corridor, but quite weak in the room. I think it would make sense to put a signal extender. 2. Even though the room had absolutely everything for living/cooking/relaxing, I did not manage to find a corkscrew when I desperately needed it :) Maybe I missed it though.

• Camila (10/5): 100% recomendado, seguro vuelvo! - La habitacion es muy comoda, limpia y bien decodara. La cama y las almohadas sobre todo muy comodas. La ubicacion es excelente, hay estacionamiento gratis frente a la entrada y se puede ir caminando a muchos restaurantes buenisimos de testaccio. Ademas del desayuno incluido, nos dejaron botellas de agua, te, cafe, tostadas, etc. El acceso es con varias escaleras, por lo que se complica un poco si estas con maletas pesadas.

• claudia (7/5): - Zona molto piacevole e vicina al centro, si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Trastevere. La colazione compresa si fa presso un ottimo bar pasticceria poco lontano dalla struttura. Le camere sono nuove e molto carine. Purtroppo il dato negativo è stato un terribile odore di fogna che ci ha accompagnato soprattutto la prima notte. Sicuramente non dipende dai gestori che anzi ci hanno offerto gentilmente di cambiare camera ma è un problema notevole. La struttura inoltre è posta sopra ad una discoteca che però si sente poco.

• Shawn (8/5): Very good - The room was very comfortable. Shower a little small and only 10 minutes worth of hot water. Thursday night through Saturday, there was a Latin club blasting Reggaetone below the room to where the walls shake. This explained the ear plugs by the bed. The location was about a 15-minute walk to trains, but easy access to the Vatican and Colleseum and attractions. All in all, it's a good place to stay except on weekends. Small.shower, limited hot water, loud club below.

• Alison (8/5): Very good - Good location, easy to access city centre. Nice area, local cafes, restaurants. Vouchers for breakfast at nearby excellent bakery. Very noisy night club which doesn't stop until 4am directly below the property. Thankfully, not every night!
• Rafael (5/5): Great location and comfy bed but very noisy - Confortable bed and good location. Pity that there is a night club just below the rooms so very noisy to sleep. Very loud - even the provided earplugs did little to drown out the noise of the constant barking of the dog, the booms coming from the nightclub at 3am, and the voices of those coming in and out if the club. We even got to listen to a fight that broke out at 4am.
• Khairina (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Location is good, within walking distance to all sorts of amenities and restaurants but peaceful for a restful stay. Only 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum which makes for a nice morning stroll. Beautiful room, complete with a TV for entertainment. Basic toiletries provided. There was even a small coffee machine to use. All sorts of gift cards for discounts for local restaurants. This room is ideal for an individual or a couple. Angy was really helpful, went above and beyond to help and told us that we can get a discount at the restaurant. She's always available to answer questions. I wish we had stayed longer in Rome. Important to note there were many USB ports in the room to charge our phones so if you were flying from the UK and forgot your adapter, you have nothing to worry about. A great attention to detail from the owner. Overall, me and my other half had a very pleasant stay. A bit tricky to find for the first time, a description of where the property is would be helpful for future customers. But I was contacted by Angy in a timely manner anyway and she helped me with accessing the property.
• Laura_v (9/5): Cozy and comfortable - The room was cozy and comfortable, the spa bath was amazing. The decorations are simple yet nice. The room was super clean, we had complimentary lil snack and coffee. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. The space between the shower doors is tiny. Both me and my partner had struggled to enter it (I curvy but my partner no, yet he struggled to pass though the doors), however the bath had the option of the shower, so not really a problem.

We booked deluxe double room "Air room" wich was brand new, very comfortable, fully equipped, clean and beautiful! Angelina was an amazing host always available and very kind person! ❤️ Highly recommended!
