• Nelida (9/5): Don de gentes. - El acceso a preparar mis propios alimentos, hubo limpieza. La ubicación es excelente, cerca al parque del retiro y avenidas principales. La atención de David el anfitrión fue de cordialidad y respeto. Me ayudó mucho. Que no haya ascensor.

Me resultó engañosa la propaganda. Era un piso de dos habitaciones que compartían baño. No respondía al titular o nombre. No respondía a lo que creí contratar y me pareció muy caro para lo que ofertaba.

• larisa (10/5): Очень удобный вариант размещения в центре Мадрида - Лично мне все понравилось- отличное местоположение ( буквально в нескольких шагах от станции метро Ибица и парка Ретиро) Замечательный хозяин, который встретил меня у выхода из метро и помог с багажом и на протяжении всего проживания был доступен и очень любезен и также проводил меня к метро при отъезде. Спасибо, Давид!! В отношении удобств- я знала, что они общие с другими постояльцами, поэтому проблем не возникло, все содержится в чистоте.Есть маленькая кухня. Комната у меня была маленькая ( видела, что другая комната больше, вероятно и цена проживания в ней другая), но для одной ночи вполне приемлемо. Ночью было тихо, постель удобная.Что еще желать за эту цену в центре Мадрида? Рекомендую и сама при приезде в Мадрид и наличии свободных комнат обязательно остановлюсь здесь. Такого нет

• Antonio (10/5): - David, the owner was extremely kind, responsive, reliable. The people living in the apartment were very kind and respectful. Fantastic position, next to Parque Retiro with plenty of metro /bus stops around. Lively street with several bars, but the room is on the back of the building so there's little noise. Very clean apartment. The only flaw is that the room is at the back of the building, so it's quite dark and the window is small. But minor problem if you're there only to sleep and chill.

David is amazing and very attentive to my needs. YOU WILL HAVE A HOUSEMATE from the other room. Just be warned. That means everything I leave my room I'll have to lock my room even going to bath. Maybe it's just me otherwise my experience having another person in the apartment is fine. Furthermore, You can hear the noise from the street. Trash trucker will pick up trash at 12am. Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about it.

• SILVIA (8/5): Un oasis de tranquilidad junto al Retiro - La ubicación fantástica. La misma calle da al Retiro y además el piso es muy tranquilo. Nada de ruidos por la noche. El chico que lo gestiona es encantador y muy atento y disponible, da mucha tranquilidad saber que ante cualquier problema va a responder. Dadas las dimensiones del alojamiento es difícil tener intimidad en el alojamiento si hay otra persona hospedada en la segunda habitación.

• keval (10/5): Nice neighbourhood close to the city centre - The room was comfy. There’s a washing machine in the apartment so that’s useful. Despite facing the road and being a light sleeper, I was never woken up by any sound. There are cafes and restaurants minutes from here as well so you won’t go hungry. I should add that David was generally pretty responsive with regard to queries. Nothing in particular. :)

• Nicoll_ (9/5): Bine - Camera este micuta, suficienta pentru o singura persoană, orientata spre curtea interioara; a fost liniste. Patul /salteaua si perna au fost confortabile, curate. Am dormit bine. Camera este intr-un apartament de 3 camere, in care imparti spatiile comune (bucataria si baia) cu ceilalti calatori si cu gazda, asadar sunt obiecte personale in baie si bucatarie, nu sunt spatii goale ca intr-un hotel, dar a fost ok si curat. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost foarte buna, am primit un video cum se descuie usile. Locatia este pe strada principala, aproape de metrou, magazine, pub-uri. Nu au functionat prizele din camera pentru a-mi incarca telefonul si/sau bateria externa. Asta a fost un disconfort.

Душ и туалет всегда были свободны, мы не мешали друг другу Есть кухня, которой можно пользоваться. Хозяин предоставляет все, даже полку в холодильнике выделяет. Очень чистая и светлая комната, не шумно, удобная кровать, телевизор и большой шкаф. Быстрый вайфай Расположение потрясающее. Рядом парк ретиро, рядом метро, и в целом все в пешей доступности. Я обходила весь центр пешком, если вы также любите гулять. Много ресторанов и кафе вокруг, всегда найдете где поесть У меня нет нареканий и вопросов. За такой бюджет меня устроило все.

It has a shared bathroom and kitchen, but I was lucky not to have a neighbor and had the whole place to myself. The room is very small, but the bed is comfortable. Overall good value for money, considering prices in Madrid The owner likes messaging in all caps for some reason. There's no bedside lamp, only a lamp on the ceiling.

Mis à part ça la chambre est très petite mais vu le prix rien a dire dessus

Platz im Kühlschrank und voll ausgestattete Küche. Dusche sauber und bequem. Schöne Wohnung. Klar, man muss ein bisschen geduldig sein, wenn der andere Gast zufällig auch im Bad oder in der Küche ist. Aber da jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hat, ist es nicht schlimm. Für diesen super Preis bei der Lage ist das durchaus akzeptabel.

• Nick (9/5): Excellent stay in lovely neighbourhood - The apartment was exactly what I wanted. It's clean and comfortable. I can't speak highly enough of David and his sister who went out of their way to help me and are really friendly and thoughtful. David was great at keeping in touch and checking that everything was ok. The apartment is small but it's ideal for solo travellers like myself or couples who want to use it as a base to explore the city. The location is the best bit of all. You walk out of the building onto a street that is full of life at all times in a lovely, safe neighbourhood, with so much choice to eat or just have a drink. The Ibiza metro station is right round the corner and the glorious Parque El Retiro is only a couple of minutes walk away. Nothing
