• Kristina (2/5): There no dryer how they write on booking, tor them dryer is dryer rack - Location, gym pool Communication was pretty easy, but the way they handed over the apartment was just unacceptable. We rented the apartment for a week and as soon as we got there, we started dealing with minor household issues that the agency hadn't sorted out before we moved in. There was a strange smell in the shower, and after showering, there was a lot of water, meaning the drain was clogged. There was no plug in the bathtub, so we couldn't use it, and it was only resolved on the 30th day. The kitchen was chic and spacious, but there were no knives for cooking, which also added to the inconvenience. Usually, when you move in, there are basic necessities, but here there wasn't even salt or napkins, and there was only one dishwasher tablet, even though they knew we would be staying for seven days. It's not a problem to buy these things, but it looks like we are filling up the apartment because we won't be taking all this stuff with us when we leave. And when we had questions about the bathroom, the team asked us to take photos and provide other details, which I don't think is appropriate to ask a customer because when a customer arrives and books an apartment, they want a comfortable stay and to go about their business, not deal with apartment issues. The complex itself is great, there is a gym and a swimming pool, although there are no sun loungers, but everything is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, all these small details that the team did not prepare in advance made our stay uncomfortable. Therefore, I cannot recommend this apartment for a stay, although the area itself is chic.

• Gerald (4/5): - Property not cleaned properly. Garage door opener not working. Kitchen appliance not working. Kitchen furniture unstable and unsafe. Drains in bathroom sink and shower very slow to drain. Bedroom light not working and bedside lamp broken on arrival.

• Joan (9/5): - The apartament was lovely, plenty of room, had everything you needed. Very safe and secure. Just one little point, the doors are squeaky..
• Karyn (1/5): Dissatisfied and disappointed - Did not like the property and it was falsely advertised and not well appointed Not clean, no access to garage as management didn’t provide the remote. Dirty lounge inside and stained. No cushions on outdoor furniture. Showers blocked and not well appointed

We informed them, and they promised to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. Also reported three broken chairs and a large, loose ceiling tile in the bathroom, but received no response from the owner. Dirty shower. Poor furniture on the balcony. A lot of noise from cars on the balcony. No information from the owner.

Large space, air conditioned, plenty of hot water, good fridge, hob, oven and microwave. Nice complex, well maintained communal space. Poorly maintained apartment. Not as advertised. Sofa stained and grubby. Two dining chairs wobbly felt unsafe. No seat pads on outdoor furniture. One curtain missing. Two handbasins had no drain plug. Bath had no drain plug. No towel rails or hooks in bathrooms. Mishmash of bedding. One hand towel. No bath/shower mats (4 bath towels were provided). No tea towels. Dishwasher door misfit making opening stiff and heavy. Filter missing from D/w. Leak from water inlet to washing machine. Ironing board no fitted cover. Kettle (cheap and nasty plastic) lid hinge broken. Mishmash of cutlery. No information book - would be useful to know about bins/recycling. Whether water ok to drink. How to get TV channels etc. Other than the information book, all these issues were reported to the agent. They sent in a cleaner in on the first evening which was an improvement in the standard of cleaning. They also visited to check on the leak and the dishwasher. They added salt to the dishwasher and brought 4 new bath towels.

• Zina (1/5): Beyond disappointing stay - The only thing I liked about this hotel was its convenient location. My recent stay at this property was quite disappointing due to several issues. To start with, the couch in the house was dirty, and the outside seating had no cushions. When I contacted management, I was told they removed the cushions because they get very dirty and are hard to clean. The same excuse was given for the couch. There was also no duvet available, and when I asked about it, I was told that because it was 40 degrees outside, they only provided the duvet cover. However, the duvet in the house was dirty and uncovered, which was unacceptable. Overall, the house was not clean, and everything felt very cheap, from the harsh white lighting to the flimsy kettle and cutlery that bent easily under minimal pressure. The checkout time of 10 a.m. felt unreasonably early and didn’t make sense given the other shortcomings of the property. To add to the disappointment, there was no garbage bin or soap in the second bathroom, and the overall quality of furniture and amenities was very poor. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained, making for an overall unpleasant experience. Beyond commercial building and management.

• Hope (10/5): Best apartment location ever! - Amazing! The owner was so helpful when we struggled to find it and the whole place was so clean and styled amazing. Exactly like the pictures. Perfect location never more than 10 minutes away from where you need to be. 5 min taxi from the strip. Can’t thank the owners enough we will be back! Nothing but make sure to bring your own cleaning products etc as this is not provided.
• Stuart (8/5): Lovely apartment in a good location to enjoy the beach and also as a base to explore the wider area - Great apartment with lots of space, in a great area with shops very close by, several nice restaurants in short walking distance and near to a lovely beach. Parking garage is a great convenience, minor issue with the door occasionally but plenty of good parking around the building as a backup Pool area looks lovely, but there are no loungers or seats so not really anywhere to sit in the sun.

Parking place nr 7 in garage. New building with elevator, playground and swimming pool. Very responsive host and quick to act. Apartment new and very bright. The host needs to improve cleanning standard a little bit.
