• Живко (10/5): - Апартаментът е страхотен! Силно го препоръчвам! Прекарах три нощувки съм много доволен! Изключително чисто и подредено е. Има всичко необходимо, заедно с много удобна спалня. Апартаментът се намира на пешеходно разстояние от централната част, а около него има всичко, което ви е нужно. Да, може малко да се наложи да обиколите за място на колата, но се намират и са безплатни, а и не ви вдигат чистачките. Самият блок също е приятен! Около него имате магазини, кафенца, ресторант, както и места, откъдето да си вземете обяд или вечеря. Рядко давам 10 от 10 оценка, но тук е напълно заслужена

• Миглена (8/5): - Апартаментът беше чист, модерно обзаведен, с голяма и оборудвана кухня. Имаше си всичко, от гладачна маса и прахосмукачка до кафе машина. Нищо не ни липсваше. Локацията също е добра, макар че сме въртяли по 30 минути, за да си намерим къде да паркираме. Единствения минус на апартамента е, че е доста шумно. Не знам дали проблема е от самата дограма или само уплатненията са за смяна, но сякаш спяхме на отворен прозорец. Покрай блока минава и автобус + че и летището е сравнително близо. Така че получихме пълен пакет шум - коли, автобуси и самолети.

• Zornitsa (9/5): Уикенд в София - Апартаментът се намира в нова сграда, дизайнерски обзаведен и уютен. Топло, тихо и приятно жилище. Селф чек ин и чек аут, които са удобство и за двете страни. Заварихме съдомиялната пълна със съдове (измити), на терасата стояха простряни чаршафи, в хладилника имаше останки от прясно мляко и масло. Хавлиените кърпи бяха доста износени и твърди, би било добре да се перат с омекотител. Липсвше поставка за тоалетна хартия и тя стоеше върху кошчето за отпадъци, което не е особено хигиенично. В района е много трудно да се намери място за паркиране.

• Pavel (9/5): Хорошо обставленная квартира в шумном месте не самого приятного района - Свежий ремонт и очень много техники: и стиральная, и посудомоечная машины, кофемашина с капсулами, Не говоря о более бытовых вещах типа микроволновки, Которая тоже далеко не в каждой квартире бывает. Много приятных мелочей: шкафов, для обуви выделенное место и ложечка, дуршлаг, и т.д. Тёплый пол в ванной, где быстро высыхали лужи, Если открываешь барьер душевой наружу. Раздельный комплект белья и хорошая удобная кровать. Смарт-тв, а не просто телевизор. Пропажа горячей воды при наличии бойлера над головой в ванной может напугать, но на самом деле вполдне это может быть сбой, а не Окончание воды в Бойлере. Шумоизоляция оказалась так себе, потому что и самолёты, и машины очень слышно. я знаю за собой повышенную чувствительность, но Стандартные меры, в том числе включение кондиционера, помогали плохо. И сам кондиционер расположен прямо над кроватью, хотя есть место и слева, и справа, а рядом с кроватями нет ни розеток, ни местного Света. Район хорош бесплатной парковкой, но единственным центром притяжения является большой торговый центр Сердика внизу, на его окраине. А в самом районе практически ничего нет и пешком добираться вверх На холм не очень удобно. И когда ходишь в какой-нибудь супермаркет по району вечером в полумраке, Ощущения не самые приятные. В качестве улучшений просится полка в ванной, потому что имеющийся шампунь и гель просто некуда ставить во время мытья, а также Заменить сковородку, потому что кастрюлей несколько, и они в хорошем состоянии, а сковородка только одна и Хуже.

• Michela (10/5): - Everything, it was a perfect place where to spend some days. Fully equipped, not that far from the city center, close to bus stops. The apartment is even better than it looks in photos, communications were clear and quick. Totally recommended!
• Desislava (8/5): Great cozy apartment - Very cozy and modern apartment in a nice centric area with amenities nearby and free parking! Everything was working well and the communication with the host was excellent! Some small things can improve the comfort tremendously - ex. Cotton bedsheets, shower gel, fix the isolation as the street noise was quite prominent. Still great value for money.

• Теди (10/5): - The apartment was gorgeous, super stylish, and had everything you might need! The TV was smaller, for this kind of apartment you would expect a better one. One of the remote controls of the TV was not working properly as well. But these are downsides I am willing to overlook and still book this apartment in the future.

Банята беше много чиста, но шкафа под мивката и дозатора за сапун са за смяна. Имаше и необезопасен контакт. Но това не е особено съществено.

• Richard (7/5): Great almost new apt. that should have been a 9 but... - 1. Apt. is super new & modern w/quality lighting. Bed & bathroom were also quite nice & spacious. 2. Decent view from the balcony on the 4th floor. 3. Very very quite area. No barking dogs, etc. 4. Location is far from the center as I knew-so that was a trade off. But there is a great Greek restaurant right across the street & a decent sized & well stocked small grocery store about 2 blocks away. A ride share app for the locals taxi co. into the center will run up to about $10 each way but more like $7. 1. Got lucky w/the washing machine as I randomly figured out how to use it since no manual provided. 2. The utensil drawn is hidden in the back of one of the kitchen drawers. I had to text the host as it where it was. This needs to be called out proactively. 3. Laundry was left hanging on the balcony. Not sure why as I checked in at 3 pm on time. 4. This story is why I could not give Niko a 9. On my last night of 4 I walked to the nearby huge mall for a quick dinner at the food court. When I returned there was no power. My standard USB cord w/a standard charging adapter somehow blew the fuse & both it & the cord were ruined/burned out. Turns out Niko lives close by & figured out how to reset the power. After that happened I was down to my backup charging adapter & cord & that cord was on its last legs so I needed a backup for my long flight back to the US. Niko brought one from his home but it didn't work. He said to go get one at the mall. It was almost 8 pm & they would close at 9 so that would mean taking up about another hour of my time & I still need to pack to get up at 4 am for my 6 am flight. I asked him to at least drive there & pay for one (probably about $5) since his power set up blew up my cord & adapter-it was bizarre, this had never happened when I have lived in Belize & Mexico as well as the US or anywhere on any international vacays I have taken-I mean charging a phone uses so very little power. In the end Niko refused to replace my destroyed items as he would not drive to the mall & replace it. I was not pleased to end my 3 week vacay to Bulgaria after a couple of weeks in Georgia, Armenia & Turkey on a negative note.

• Anna (10/5): I am absolutely certain to recommend this apartment for staying. - I had a good experience of staying here. The location is very good - the central bus/train stations are in 20 minutes by direct bus from the apartment, 5 minutes walk to shopping centre, and very close to the city centre. A lot of groceries and coffee shops near the apartment. In the apartment were all necessaries for comfortable staying. It’s not a problem in general, but it will be better if couple of water bottles and coffee capsules for coffee machine can be available in apartment. The bed and towels were clean, which is very important for me. Nothing to complain. Just one little thing with the key box: for woman with even short nails - it is really hard to open it😀

• Daniel (10/5): Delightful apartment in a modern new building - This is my second stay in Niko's fantastic apartment. The bed mattress is one of the most comfortable I ever slept on. The apartment is meticulously clean and the host communicates really well. The construction of a building on the other side of the road is finished and I am happy to say that it does not block the view as there is a large gap between the building directly opposite Niko's apartment and the nee building which is aesthetically very pleasing. Probably Sofia's best cafe and bakery is a 45 second walk from the apartment. It is called the Aroma world cafe. N/A

A free spot on the free parking on the street is very hard to find at evening. There were some crumble breads in the kitchen cabin. The bathroom shower doors had stains on it. The TV was missing in the bedroom, and the one from the living was not a smart TV (for normal TV watching is good).

Free parking spots are available in the streets around it and there is a nice park nearby. But the biggest asset is actually the host. He was very helpful from the first moment and made extra efforts to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely come back during our next visit in Sofia.
• Joelle (10/5): Most exceptional appartment - The best appartment I ever had ! We came here for a competition at Asics Arena right accross the park. The appartment was clean, and although not big, had been so well optimized that we had more than enough space and equipment than needed. The host was very quick to reply and efficient and very friendly. He speaks english well enough. There was a real thought put into lights to make everything bigger and into storage space. There's lots of shops around. It is not far from the mall and tram station to the city center. Perfect for 2 or 3 people ! I will definitely come back here next time ! If I really need to find something to say, I'd say there isn't a big volume of hot water in the bathroom so you have to be quick when taking a shower. Also, the cleaning lady rang at 11 am sharp and speaks only italian, so by the time we managed to understand and translate what she meant to say ("please go away and leave the key, I need to clean"), we would have already finished packed and go.

• Craig (10/5): Top tier experience - Amazing apartment, smart and stylish design, I would live there in a heartbeat if I could. The facilities were well thought out and everything was modern. We felt at home as soon as we passed the threshold. The bed was really comfortable and provided an excellent night's sleep. The host Niko went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided even storage for our luggage after check out as we had a wait before we needed to travel to the airport. He was a joy to converse with and provided recommendations for food in the local area. Not only one of the best apartments we stayed in in Bulgaria but up there with one of the best within our many travels across Europe and beyond. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else next time we visit Sofia. In short a great guy and offers fantastic value for money with his quality apartment. We were only in Sofia for one night meaning we only got to enjoy this apartment for one night. We look forward to our next stay

• Elitsa (8/5): Mint, well staged apartment - Mint apartment, the design, set up and energy is very appealing. You’ll need to poke around the cupboards a bit but you’ll find just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It was quiet at night. Straight forward, easy instructions to get in and out. Couldn’t find parking at 11pm after circling around for 20 mins I parked illegally.. also the bed was a little too high for my liking but nothing wrong with it. The construction across the apartment may not be for everyone.

• Elitza (10/5): Great stay - We were travelling with our cats and we had a great stay at the apartment. It‘s perfectly equipped and furnished. We had everything we needed in the apartment and we felt very comfortable there. We can fully recommend the apartment.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is delightful and meticulously clean. The appliances are of a high standard as is the quality of the renovation. The bed mattress, pillow and covers are fantastic. Host is very helpful and responsive and he gave a tip about a good local and cheap eatery nearby (the cafes, bakeries and cake shops in the vicinity are of a low quality as is usually the case in Bulgaria and that is unfortunately also true of the venues in Serdika Center shopping mall that is a 15 minute walk away). I loved to gaze to the blue sky when seated on the rocking chair in the living room but as a 6 floor apartment building is getting constructed the view will unfortunately be obstructed by the summer of 2024.

• Megi (10/5): Exceptional - The apparent is amazing. It is very modern and really good renovated. It has everything you need and the location is perfect: Not so far away from the city center, but still not in the middle of the city noise. There are cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, mall and a park around the building. The host is very nice and helpful. Great value for the money and I would say much better than many hotels.
