• eugenio (7/5): - La ubicación es buena, con comercios al lado No pudimos abrir el.spfa cama, aunque nos apañamos. La luz del baño no se apagaba, muy poco ventilado con una sola ventana para todo el apartamento que es un bajo reconvertido.
• Sonia (2/5): Es insalubre la humedad que hay en la casa - Lo mejor del apartamento es el fotógrafo que hizo las fotos. Cambia mucho la realidad Para empezar, cuando entramos, el olor insoportable a humedad. Durante toda la estancia no se fue y es que además sólo hay una ventana que da a la calle y que puedes abrir con la persiana bajada porque si no, te ve todo el que pasa. Además, hay basura y escombros en la misma puerta y por los bichos, tampoco te puedes arriesgar. Luego las manchas de humedad por toda la casa. Hay una en el salón muy grande con moho que además en otro comentario lo puso un huésped que no se ha resuelto. Por cierto, de esa estancia tengo que decir que nos pasó idénticamente lo mismo. Interruptores de la luz rotos, sabanas y toallas que huelen mal, cajones sucios, sartenes sucias, falta cubertería, no había cuchillo de sierra para cortar pan o carne, la televisión no funciona ningún canal, ventana tapada con cinta de embalar, la tapa del wc es más pequeña que la taza y resulta incómodo, mala comunicación con la anfitriona. Aunque tarda en contestar, es cierto que le pedimos toallas porque eran pequeñas y estaban sucias y papel higiénico, que nos dejó un rollo para tres noches y lo solucionó

• Jaime (1/5): - Nada. El sitio está muy descuidado, olía a humedad y tabaco y además tiene moho en la pared. Había menaje sucio y se escucha la calle (el techo es falso y hay una rejilla que da a la calle). Los interruptores van mal y en general se ve descuidado. La cama super incomoda, un colchón fino y con mal olor, las almohadas horribles. En general te recomiendo que busques otro sitio.
• Jose Manuel (7/5): Acogedor pero no perfecto - Que estaba limpio. La foto del perfil no se corresponde mucho con la realidad pero en general el apartamento está bien. La atención de la chica que entrega las llaves, muy atenta y puntual en cada momento. Que junto a la cabezada izquierda de la cama está la canalización del agua general de edificio y estuvo toda la noche cayendo y circulando agua de forma ruidosa.

• Lidia (9/5): Fuimos 4 personas. 2 durmieron en el sofá cama y 2 en la cama. - Todo muy limpio y había lo necesario para pasar unos días. El personal correcto. Devolvieron la fianza lo más rápido posible. Había tostadora, microondas, ventilador, estufa, agua caliente… Y muy cerca del centro, en uber entre 7 y 15 minutos. Mercadona a 5 minutos andando y un centro comercial muy cerca. Hospital a 6 minutos en uber. En las fotos parece más grande. Faltaba alguna manta para pasar la noche. La ubicación no estaba mal, lo único malo que por la noche se escuchaba a gente gritar pero nada fuera de lo normal.
• Fco. Javier (3/5): Sucio y mal mantenido - El sofá y el baño La limpieza era pésima. Daba mucho asco, las sábanas estaban sucias, las toallas estaban con manchas, la calefacción no funcionaba, la puerta de la calle no quita ni ruido ni frío. La peor experiencia en Booking
• M Del Carmen (7/5): Bien, justo lo que se necesita. - La zona donde se encontraba, cerca del centro comercial Plaza Río, y de parada de metro, bien y lo justo para descansar un par de días. Éramos 2 adultos y un bebé y solo nos dejaron dos toallas, una de ellas un poco sucia, por debajo de la puerta entraba suciedad de la obra que había justo al lado!

• Ruth (4/5): Poor choice - The girl who met us was friendly and kindly helped make up the sofa bed. There are lots of late night supermarkets and restaurants close by. You can walk to Atocha around 40 mins but it’s also close to the underground and bus stops. We chose it as it was about a 30 minute walk to the Caja Magica. It’s a bit shoddy and grimy. Needs an intense deep clean and a new coat of paint. There were damp patches in some parts. The toaster on top of the microwave on top of the dented fridge was covered in dust. There weren’t any basic food products, so if you want to cook you will have to buy oil etc. The sofa bed was comfortable but the bed had a very soft mattress and I’m not really sure how 2 people would sleep in it. We paid a lot of money to stay over a weekend. Can’t really recommend it, unless you’re desperate

Le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas alors qu'il fait chaud. Heureusement quand je suis arrivé ils ne faisaient pas trop chaud. Il y a de l'humidité sur certains murs. Un peu de mauvaise odeur sort du tuyau de douche.

• Stan (2/5): Very poor - The room is spacious and has large windows overlooking the street, which are unusable due to the constant foot traffic. My worst experience of a lifetime: - Checked into a dirty place, with months-old dust everywhere. - The AC hadn't been cleaned since World War II. Full of mold!!! - The heating function didn't work, and they weren't willing to help me fix it or provide a heater. - My wife caught a cold because of this, and my immune system was compromised. - The kettle didn't boil for 45 minutes, and they didn't care or offer any advice or replacement. - From the first morning, we were woken up by the sound of sewage coming from under our bed! - The sewage sound was followed by a sewage smell from a small door on the floor, and the owners ignored our questions about whether it was fixable. Our first days and schedules, as well as our experiences and first impressions of Spain, were ruined. They don't care about anything! They made us leave without any help or explanation. We spent many hours and one night handling everything over chat and phone calls with Booking, and we had to rent another place for a much higher price and one that was twice as small. Overall experience was disgusting and humiliating. Don't support this attitude and unprofessionalism with your money.

• Weber (10/5): Really good - Super good, insane location close to a market and a metro. Only the landlord could learn too speak other language other than spanish.

• Maria (7/5): Good - Good price for what is offered People didn’t speak English and was very hard to communicate. Also thy had the wrong name for the booking and we had to wait for long at the beginning outside the door before entering.

• Beatriz (7/5): Good - The location is cool and in a quiet area. - Unfortunately, some of the lights in the apartment were not working, and the bathroom light had to stay on all night. Besides that, the stay was good and I would definitely stay here again.

Opposite of the apartment a large supermarket. Many excellent Chinese restaurants nearby, an evolving China-town The person who brought us the key was late about half an hour. When calling the telephone numbers given in the booking confirmation, the people spoke only Spanish, no way to communicate.
