Ils demandent le paiement et les informations de passeport et personnelles pour ensuite augmenter le prix de 1200$ en proposant d'annuler ou de payer le surplus. Booking n'offre aucun support à la clientèle.

• antonella (9/5): - Beautyfull apartment in the real center of Madrid. Everything is very close! In the apartment there are two bathroom for 6 people and 2 children, it sounds good isn t it? I readed in the previous comments to this apartment a problem with one of the bathroom but I was sure the owner repaired it!! No! It was not possible to take a shower in one of the bathroom, all the floor was plenty of water and I had to dry it twice! Therefore 6 people and 2 children used only one bathroom! The owner sent a plumber to repair it but the day after we had the same problem!! This is a serious problem of this apartment. When we arrived we had to go to take the keys in a place that is at least 10 minuts walking from the apartment. This is not confortable when you have small children and suiticases!!

• Shawn555 (8/5): - 房间足够大，6个人住都很富裕。出行方便，所有的景点、超市、商业街都很近，楼下饮食一条街很闹热，但房间很隔音，一点不吵闹。 住的地方离取钥匙的地方很远，来回找路走路大约2公里，很不方便，大热天找来找去耽搁了1个多钟头，非常影响入住心情，感觉店家只顾自己方便，没考虑房客的入住便捷性，希望改进。
• Gheorghe (10/5): Excellent! - The apartment has an excellent location , in the middle of everything. The apartment is very spacious, with multiple beds, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The AC was a blessing and installed in every room . I have one suggestion. The host should take in consideration replacing the TV with a smart TV to give the guest the option to watch Netflix and other movie channels. The shower in the second bathroom was out of order which was an inconvenient for 6 pp.
