• Osama (9/5): Excellent experience, nice place for families who like to spend a quiet relaxing holiday - The location is excellent, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Mostafa, the receptionist who took care of everything from the moment of checking in to checking out. The food of the breakfast and dinner was good and delicious. The chief and staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade to a capacious suite instead of two rooms without extra charges. Rooms were clean and house keeping service was good. Beachfront is very nice. The facility and service at the beach can be improved as they have a very beautiful beachfront.

• Hindd (8/5): Good value for money - The room cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The pillow cases and the bed sheets were super clean and smelled nicely. The rooms itself were clean too. The staff were very cooperative and friendly and one call away. I didnt try the breakfast there but tried out the dinner once and was below average. The room has no microwave or stove so heating takeaway food or cooking something was not an option. There was a kettle which was very old but did the job.

• Yehia Beshir (8/5): A quiet nice stay - طاقم العمل بأكمله في منتهي الذوق والآدب الغرفه كانت تطل علي حمام السباحه وحمام السباحه كبير وجبة العشاء والفطار كويسين جدا - set menu واعتقد ده لسبب قله الاشغال في هذا الوقت من العام ولكن المكان مجهز لل open buffet في المجمل .. اكيد هكرر الزيارة تاني وشكرا كانت زيارة عمل وليس للترفيه وجئت في فترة شتاء وبرد شديد ولم تسنح لي الظروف لاستكشاف المكان بشكل كبير ..

• AbdurRahman (10/5): Sea from heaven - They upgraded us for free, great stuff with great hospitality. Also the sea looks like heaven. I cannot complain since the value is double what we paid for.
• Alex (10/5): Amazing staff. - I enjoyed my stay at the Regina Resort mostly because of the staff, they were just wonderful, they really did everything possible to make me feel welcome and valued particularly Mostafa and Hani on the reception desk and all the restaurant staff led by chef Mohammed who cooked the most wonderful soup for dinner. The pool was good but I suspect it could get very busy during the high season. The buffet was not in operation when I visited but both a breakfast and dinner there was plenty of good quality food and I was asked if I wanted more. There were veggie and vegan options too. The beach is a mix of pebble and sand with the addition of some building sand on top, sadly it’s plagued with tar balls which I suspect come from the oil rig visible in the distance. Parking was easy but again I suspect it could be difficult in the high season.
• Sara (8/5): - The hotel is super clean, the room is very spacious with 2 A/C, TV and mini kitchenette, the pool is huge and cleaned regularly, food is very tasty and in large portions, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive to all requests immediately specially Mahmoud Hamed and Mustafa, beach is clean with no rocks, and you will need a car to get to nearby shops though it has its own mini market but there are few other beaches with walking distance The facility needs a bit of maintenance Beach is a bit far, less than 10 min walk with stairs

What we liked more was the treat, since we arrived, Moustafá took care of us in everything we needed...good tips out off hotel and even ofering me a Jacked because was a bit cold in the pool, adorable! And by the way, lts the recetionist that l saw in one week going arround Egypt that speak so good English! Congratulations to have this professional working with you! Needs to finish the buildings arround

• Moataz Omara (10/5): - كانت إقامتي في الفندق تجربة مميزة جدًا من جميع النواحي. الموقع رائع بالقرب من مدينة الزعفرانة، والشاطئ في غاية الجمال والنظافة، وحمام السباحة منظم ونظيف بشكل ممتاز. المطعم الذي يشرف عليه الشيف محمد يستحق كل التقدير، فالأكل متنوع ولذيذ جدًا ونظيف، ويعكس اهتمام الفريق بأدق التفاصيل. شكر خاص للشيف محمد، رئيس الطهاة، على جودة الأكل وتنوعه، وللشيف محمد، رئيس الويترز، على أسلوبه الراقي وتعامله الممتاز مع النزلاء. وخالص الشكر والتقدير للمدير العام الأستاذ ناظم، على متابعته الدقيقة لكل التفاصيل وحرصه الواضح على راحة الضيوف. كانت هناك مشكلة بسيطة أثناء الإقامة، وتم حلها بسرعة واحترافية كبيرة من قِبله، مما يدل على خبرته العالية واهتمامه الحقيقي براحة النزلاء. شكرًا لكل العاملين في الفندق على جهودهم، وأتمنى لكم دوام التوفيق. تجربة رائعة وأنصح بشدة بزيارة الفندق. My stay at the hotel was a truly pleasant experience in every aspect. The location is excellent, close to Zafarana City, with a beautiful and very clean beach, and a well-maintained swimming pool. The restaurant, supervised by Chef Mohamed, deserves special praise — the food was delicious, fresh, and varied, reflecting great attention to detail. Special thanks to Chef Mohamed, the Head Chef, for the excellent quality and variety of dishes, and to Chef Mohamed, the Head Waiter, for his polite and professional attitude toward all guests. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Nazem, for his continuous presence, professionalism, and genuine concern for guest satisfaction. I had a small issue during my stay, which he personally resolved quickly and efficiently — a true example of strong leadership and dedication. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their efforts and hospitality. It was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

• Andrew (6/5): Good, but needs extra housekeeping attention. - The property has a view of the pool. The room felt more like a chalet than a typical hotel room. The food was good, and the pool was clean. The sea was a bit rocky near the shore, but the sand starts just a little further out, making it nice for swimming. the cleaning service needs extra attention — I had to call the housekeeper twice before they finally came at night and apologized. The furniture was a bit old but still in good condition. The only downside was that day-use visitors crowded the pool, which made hotel guests feel a bit uncomfortable. The sea, on the other hand, was nice — the weather in October is amazing
