A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
As established in the current regulations from Andalusian government (Decree-Law 2/2024, of January 29) and in compliance with the Special Drought Plan of the Demarcación Hidrográfica de las Cuencas Mediterraneas Andaluzas (DHCMA) has been temporarily prohibited the use of swimming pools, Jacuzzis, saunas, water for irrigation, etc., until further notice with the aim of reducing consumption and guaranteeing the human supply.
Please note that it is mandatory to pay the full deposit before the check-in date. If you have not paid the deposit in full before this date, your reservation will be considered non-refundable and you will not be able to access the property.
In addition, it is essential to present a photograph of the identification documents (ID) of all guests who will be staying.

- Mikko (1/5): Nice place, bad service. - I would've liked to give this place a 4 or 5 star rating, because it's really a wonderful place, but I just can't, because of the agency that handles the rental. We rented the place after our wedding in Marbella for a few days, the idea was to invite some of our friends over because the place has a nice garden, barbecue and a pool -- perfect for a dinner and hanging out in the evening! However, we quite soon noticed that the dishwasher is broken, and many glasses and plates were a bit dirty from previous guests, so it has probably been broken for some time. So we decided not to invite any friends over, because of having to do dishes by hand.
The place has several bedrooms and bathrooms, we were staying upstairs in the biggest bedroom with an en suite bathroom. But the toilet basin there didn't work, there wasn't enough water/pressure to flush things down.
We contacted the agency about these problems, and initially they treated us like idiots: "did you turn on the dishwasher?" etc. After several requests, they finally send a service guy there to do something (not sure what, because we were away). After that, the dishwasher still didn't work, the upstairs toilet still didn't flush, but the whole bathroom was full of dirty boot marks.
This agency, Marbs Vacation Agency, SL (MVA) told us that they're the biggest and best agency in Spain. I don't think so. The guy who gave us the keys and showed the place was nice, but after that all communication was garbage (maybe because we had problems).
We think that the actual owners of the place are completely unaware of these problems, they have probably just hired MVA to take care of renting out the place. We asked MVA several times for the owner's phone number, so we could inform him/her/them about the problems. They didn't give it. Broken dishwasher

- Bramble (7/5): Weekend celebrating birthday with friends. - Great outdoor area and comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms and spacious lounge. Dishwasher didn’t clean properly, no scissors, tea towels or corkscrew although the owner brought one when requested. Kitchen not as clean as rest of villa.
- Barney (10/5): Amazing - Beautiful house and more than enough space for everyone Would be slightly more convenient to have more shops around it but there is a nice bar and local shop within a minute walk

The villa is stunning, with amazing interior and spacious rooms. The kitchen is outdated but it added to the character of the villa. The living room was homey and stylish. The garden was our favourite area, with a great pool, greenery, seating area and an area to eat outside (which we didn't get a chance to use, gutted!). The location is out of the way with nothing around (residential area), with a very small convenience store and bar around the corner. However, this wasn't a negative for our holiday as we had activities booked prior! Honestly, if you are hesitating to book this accommodation, don't! The address referenced for the location is incorrect. So we were walking around the wrong neighbourhood and trying to get into the wrong house. However the host had messaged on WA a few hours prior with clear instructions on where to go. Unfortunately, we were on the flight by then and had no internet connection when landing so I was not able to see this message. It would be beneficial if we received clear check-in instructions the day before travel so we could have rearranged transport and be dropped off at the correct location.
We then had to wait for the host to come to the property and give us a tour and house rules. This slightly delayed our activities for the day. Though this was only a MINOR inconvenience! Everything else was excellent!!!!

The pool and garden area was peaceful and relaxing and there was plenty of room inside. It was modern, spotlessly clean and overall a great place to stay.

We arrived late, check-in was easy and clearly explained remotely.
Very nice and spacious house. There is a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, and very pleasant terrace in front of the main door.
The apartment has been recently renovated and everything is there! The kitchen is well equipped, the towels and bedding were very clean.
We definitely recommend it ! Air conditioning/heating to be installed in the bedroom on the ground floor. We found a remote control but no split was attached to the wall.
Add duvets in the closets as it’s starting to get cold.
- Hallvard (9/5): Brilliant stay in Marbella - It was a fantastic location with a great outdoor area that had both terrace and a pool. Indoors it was mainly modern rooms with nice furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The place is located just under 10 minutes by car from the city center and relatively close to the city's other sights (such as the beaches). When we arrived, we were informed that the owners of the place were also immediate neighbors and had evicted several guests due to noise. This was unproblematic on our part, but it may be good to know in advance. After 10:30 p.m., all music should be turned off. It can also be good to know that two out of four bedrooms do not have air conditioning and can therefore get hot. Especially in the summer.
